I am writing to a complaint regarding my recent shopping experience at the Michael Kors outlet…read morelocated at 915 Ridgewalk Pkwy Suite 808, Woodstock, GA. On 25th January 2025 I purchased a coat as a gift for my mother. Unfortunately, the size I bought was too big for her. The sales associate at the store influenced me to purchase the coat despite it being the wrong size by offering a 10% discount, making the item final sale. Instead of assisting me in finding the correct size--either online or from another store--the associate prioritized pushing the sale. The following day 26th January 2025, I discovered the correct size was available on Michael Kors' official website. I returned to the store, hoping they would help me exchange the item or assist with ordering the correct size online. However, the store staff refused to help or facilitate an exchange, citing the final sale policy. This lack of customer service and refusal to accommodate reasonable requests has left me feeling misled and scammed by the store's practices. I am share my bad experience in this matter Michael Kors don't allows me to change or return the coat As a loyal customer, Hope all the customers are careful for the bad business.I expected better support and service from a reputable brand like Michael Kors .I follow the Better Business Bureau.They will allow me to change the size.

I am always hyper aware that I am being watched fairly closely when I'm in the store but today I overheard one of the sales associates complaining about a black man that was asking for him to unlock the cage for him to buy a product and him saying it's a privilege for them to even be here and when I asked for clarification of what was meant by that comment, I was just meant with a lot of performative confusion, but needless to say, I heard what I heard and will not be back. The buy one get one 50% off sale made me able to get six pairs of really nice footwear for what I would normally pay for one pair. It was a lovely experience and not for nothing, some footwear brands actually still make shoes in real quality leather. I'm old school. Prices are decent, but do not scream outlet to me. They are a regular store in an outlet mall, not an outlet off-shoot of a brand, so be prepared for that. The staff is really helpful if you ask them for an opinion they are able to help and recommend. They sell casual clothing but you can also find a nice dress shoe for work or a dressy event. I don't know if the employee's name is Irene but that is the name I am giving her. She reminds me of a sweet little lady that everyone affectionately refers to as "Aunt Irene". She warmly greets the customers, compliments them and lovingly pats their back as she talks to them. This store carries plus and misses sizes as well as some accessories. The clothes are very modern and colorful at an affordable price. Today, I was looking for a couple of simple cotton shirts in solid colors, but was not successful. No worries, you can't be mad because you need boring and they don't have it! Bottom line: This is a nice store that has lots of cute pieces for summer. The ladies who work at this location are kind, friendly, helpful and really give great customer service. I deducted a star, though, due to their small in house stock. My husband wears an XL and they never seem to have any. The sales ladies are/were kind enough to special order several shirts in his size and hold them in the back until we could come back and try them on- which was 2 weeks later! I was shocked when we came back that the wonderful sales lady remembered us AND our names! Talk about service! We walked out with every shirt in his size and a stunning retro hot pink wool coat for me! Love this location and will definitely come back again!!
