Coffee n toffee milkshake (bit melted)
Ulyana K.

A fine little ice cream and frozen ice spot. Pretty reasonable prices and a decent amount of variety on the menu. I've had quite a few items from this place over the years, but just recently I tried their coffee and toffee milkshake. You can have any flavor of their ice cream in milkshake form. The shake was pretty good, but there was no real toffee flavor. No pieces of toffee on top or throughout. It tasted almost like cold brew. Not that sweet either. Their ice was somewhat mediocre. My friend tried their cherry ice and the color was very artificial. The flavor was also way too sweet and almost like cherry flavored medicine. Good portion for the price though. What this place does best are the soft serves, banana splits, and sundaes. The soft serve ice creams, especially the twists (part vanilla part chocolate soft serve), are really good. They are rich and creamy. Nice and sweet. That's what I would recommend if you come here. All in all, nice little shop with a fair amount of variety. The ice isn't the best, milkshakes are okay, but the soft serve, twists, and sundaes are amazing.

Pup happy hour!

We love this ice cream spot! The soft serve cones are delish and we've also tried their sundaes and candy mixed cups too and everything has been so good. Love the Wednesday night pup happy hour too!

Bada bing smoothie with strawberry mixed in..this is absolutely my favorite treat here. THe ice has great flavor and I always like to customize my ice with different toppings. I'll get a peach ice with raspberries mixed in or a mango ice with a banana. My dad really got me hooked on this place and the owner Jim is such a nice guy and great to talk to. He really cares about his business and the customers. On Wednesdays from 4 to 9 it's doggie days. You bring your dog in for a free ice cream cone and a biscuit. MMH!! My pup really loves it!! Plus it gets her out the house and around other dogs. They serve more than just ice too. They serve hard ice cream as well as soft serve with several topping choices along with mllkshakes, sundaes and fun toppings like cherry and blue raspberry candy shell and peanut butter crunch coat. I always like to try some new weird concoctions with different ingredients mixed in and they always seem to turn out great. One day Jim will put one of my desserts on the window :)

Bada bing joe'latti after hours of yard work

I crave the Joe'lattis. I highly suggest getting the "bada bing" Italian ice with vanilla ice cream. The bada bing is a cherry flavor with real cherries! You'll never look at Rita's the same!

Joe's is great! Fantastic ice cream and a very friendly staff. I almost always get the small hot fudge sundae and it never disappoints.

Menu offerings were so vast, it took me a while to read through everything because it all sounded so good! They have a couple of rotating specials and different grades of matcha depending on caffeine levels and a weekly rotation of their soft serve. In addition to matcha lattes, they have shaved ice, soft serve floats, espresso + matcha combos, refreshers, and combos I never thought of but wanted to try. I love a yuzu drink so I tried their yuzu cool, a yuzu blended ice drink topped with their grade 1 matcha. It was amazing. The matcha quality was fantastic and you could really taste the difference. My friend tried one of spring menu offerings, a peach based latte and loved it. There's very limited seating inside so be aware. Street parking outside. I can't wait to return!!

The black sesame flavor was strong and present, but I think the ube flavor was lacking. The earl gray ice cream has a very strong floral aftertaste. Earl gray has that tea taste usually, but it was very overpowering. The jade fog latte was good as a matcha with a lavender cold form but for $8 as a matcha with cold foam is steep. There's only about 5 tables in the store, but sometimes some ppl come here to study. Street parking is free nearby.

Since then, I've seen Leona's ice cream sandwiches at various supermarkets, but it's always been a tad on the pricey side! I would also consider myself an ice-cream aficionado but I can't say the same about the sandwich form! Fast forward a year and somehow I see a menu for Leona's ice cream sandwiches and they are the most luxurious combinations I had ever seen! I was under the impression that everything was dairy-free so I knew I had to finally stop by! We had dinner down the street and we absolutely had to stop by for dessert. Service was friendly from the moment we came in, and in addition to getting some very tasty samples I even learned the wallpaper was designed by the same woman who worked on the team art for the NFL Draft this year! Anyways, ice cream was delicious. There's a rotating list of flavors, and I happened to try the raspberry ripple, ube, and strawberry. They all happened to be dairy free, but I'm not sure that everything on the menu actually is. Everything is clearly labeled though! I wasn't a fan of the cookies that day so I ended up going with a scoop. Scoop size descriptions were also excellent! The mini is a golf ball, and the regular is a tennis ball. The strawberry was DELICIOUS and I would absolutely get it again, I also don't know how I could walk by in the future without stepping in!

With so many creative flavors, desserts, and toppings there is something for everyone here. On warm days, wait time can be up to an hour but I promise it's worth the wait. There are informational walls on Page's backstory as you get closer to the ordering wall and a huge menu to look at as you get closer as well. In additional to ice cream, they also serve quick American diner-esque bites, coffees, and drinks. The highlight is the ice cream but these options are not bad as well.

Luckily, we live relatively close, so we have plenty of chances to drive by and hope for a shorter line. My usual order is the Arctic Swirl with vanilla ice cream and M&M's mixed in, which comes in medium or large. It's simple, nostalgic, and always hits the spot. My husband's go-to is the Nancy B sundae, which is another favorite in our family. Now that my toddler is 2, she loves going to the "ice cream store," which makes Page's feel even more special for us. I love that it's a multi-generational business and hope they continue to have success for many years to come.
