Invited my family out because i had such a great experience last time i came. It wasn't great. The food had issues one of the members of our party had too send her well done steak back because it was rare. The portions are still large and i still think a great value for the cost, but service was terrible. I had to ask for bread, had to ask for refills. Had to flag the waitress down for almost everything. I don't think we will be returning anytime soon. The new bar looks great however.

Wow!!! Joe's has popped up on my Instagram reels a few times and finally tried it yesterday and it did not disappoint. We were seated quickly and had an attentive waitress. Loved the music and they had cute Italian decor. Food - The toasted ravioli was warm, crispy and tasty! I got the fettuccine Alfredo and added shrimp - very good! My husband ordered the lasagna - best lasagna I've ever tasted! We ended the meal with a skillet cookie and had plenty of leftover pasta for dinner. We will be back!

Hunk of Tiramisu. Wasn't worth the price though I think. You decide though...

Sorry but since the new aka menu and bar you have fallen . First off the door greeter a man with a broken arm/ sprain put us at a table with a vent above. It was so cold I had to get my husband to go get me a jacket and I moved where my son was previously strike one strike two which was a huge one the bar isnt supposed to be officially opened til happy hour. Umm no where is this mentioned on fb on a sign . Thank goodness the bartender was there to teach the over worked waitress . She said she was supposed to learn it the day before. Didnt quite get why she didn't. You should be trained before opening. She didn't know much about the new cocktails or the new beer. I blame the manager! Its not professional!! If you say you have a new bar then you should have prepared your employee. Notice I said employee because the poor waitress was run ragged. Plus the bar should be open when your restaurant opens especially on a Fri. People are ready to relax. Many people after me wanted drinks that tells you waiting til happy hour is a very poor business decision. Thank goodness everyone got their drinks ! I dont blame the waitress at all. Thats a manager decision and one that would have cost him. Drinks are a money maker. Learn that hun! I dont frequent places that dont serve alcohol so we almost left. Now to their improved menu I'm sorry but what did you truly add pizzas that you can get anywhere, a few sides, wings maybe, a few entrees. Heck my husband can make homemade pizza and does a good job of it!! What did you do right the *New brussel sprout app was divine * The Prime rib entree was a bit misleading. You think its prime rib which is slow roasted with au jus and horseradish sauce. IT IS NOT THAT ! It is a ribeye steak with seasoning . You have to know the difference. We are not bumpkins hello. It was 40.00 bucks and that was not worth it!! My husband was disgusted by the misleading label. I'm not happy that I told him go here. So you need to be truthful and put that price down to 30 dollars. My son got a chicken sandwich and said it was all right. Here's the thing We usually spend more much more . We usually get 2 drinks each, apps, entrees, dessert at any place we go. We were hungry though and had to wait because the waitress didnt know how to make the drink and had to wait for the bartender. Who truthfully should have been ready . By that time We were just wanting to get it over with. Will we come back nope !!! You lost us as a customer your loss! Look at my other reviews which I include our receipts. It's a shame . Restaurants have to bring it and you failed miserably. If I'm spending close to $200 dollars you better have a working bar, knowledgeable employees, and well staffed which you are not and have never been. I didnt post pics cause honestly I'm NEVER coming back! ***I also have to mention that you lost alot of business that day because a group of people came in and saw noone to greet them . They left and I personally saw them meet others in the parking lot so you literally missed a group 10+ people because noone was there to greet them *** Because of your mismanagement this place will just limp along and eventually close. I've seen it happen before

I haven't been here in almost 6 years and it's only better than ever! I came here for my birthday with my husband and we couldn't think of anything wrong about this place! It was their first day opening the bar and the drinks were amazing! I had the Rose Gold Drop and the Pink Mamacita. My husband had the Smoked Old Fashioned and it came in a huge clear box with smoke. It was so good! I had the Lasagna Bianca and my husband had the Lasagna Original. Both huge portions and absolutely divine! Our server was awesome and attentive so I'd rate the service as good as the food. The mood was great, dark and romantic! Will definitely be back!

As usual, Joe's Italian never fails! Great food, great music, and great ambience! Once again, my waiter was Andy and he is always super nice and attentive! I wish servers would take notes from him because he has great customer service! Will be back again soon!

Sirloin cooked medium with mashed potatoes and broccoli

When I got back to the house and my jaws were still aching from chewing on dinner, I decided to do this review. I have been an infrequent satisfied customer of Joe's Italian since it's opening. I ordered something different tonight-the sirloin. I requested a medium temperature. Check the picture to see how it arrived. I could hardly cut it without shaking the table. I checked the steak knife thinking they gave me a dull one. Walmart steaks are of a better quality. When I showed the manager what his kitchen gave me, he smiled and walked away. Our sweetheart of a waitress said that others have complained as well. NOW FOR PART TWO Check the fine print at the bottom of the menu. No mater the party size, no individual checks! They will split the party into two checks, but that's it. Sit by yourself and you do get one check. Folks, whoever made this decision is an idiot. Whoever decided to continue selling bad meat is an idiot. My SS class will not be back.

    Lasagna Bianca

I have heard lots of great things about this place. One common feature has been people saying it "USE" to be great. Past tense. We got a kid free evening to ourselves and thought what about a quick little date night? Went in on a Saturday night, barely anyone there so seating was lightning fast. That's about the only highlight. Took almost 10 mins for a server to come over and get a drink order (and bring bread). We just ordered waters. We ordered Lasagna Bianca and Chicken Piccata. The tomato soup, he was happy with but to me it just tasted like vodka sauce. But hey, if he's happy I'm happy. I got a salad with mine. Was told their house dressing was Italian dressing mixed with ranch dressing-- odd. Especially for an Italian joint. But hey if it's what the people like...not my cup of tea though so I got just Italian dressing. The salad was a plate of lettuce, a slice of cucumber, and a single cherry tomato with dressing drizzled on top. .... Well even if it's a sad salad, I'm here for the main dish not the side sad salad. He got the lasagna Bianca. Keep in mind he has been here before but it's been about 8 years or so. Said he use to order this every time and it was his fav. It came out as this tiny cut of lasagna in a bowl of "cream sauce" and topped with broiled mozzarella. There was more sauce than there was actual lasagna. I even tried it and all I could taste was cheese. They charge nearly $22 for this. In this economy??? Honey, no. Not even worth it. He was really disheartened. Said the portion size use to be a lot more generous, to the point where he would have to get a to-go box. I think he ate the cut of lasagna in 4 bites.... Even for that little amount it was not out of this world great that would make it worth half the price. The chicken piccata... just no. The portion size, great. But the sauce was NOT right. Tasted more like mushroom sauce. No white wine or lemon zest flavor in sight. The breading on the chicken was soggy, even the top of it not touching the sauce. I understand it's pan fried, but even then not a bit of crisp or flavor to it. All I could taste was this earthy mushroom flavor throughout the whole thing. We were pretty bummed since we don't get to go out together very often. We thought "PLEASE let dessert be decent". We got a slice of strawberry cake and a slice of the triple chocolate cake to-go. We just wanted to get out of there. The chocolate cake was VERY good. The strawberry cake... meh. The icing was more like wedding cake icing and not so sweet. It wasn't dry, so at least there was that. Massive portion size. 2 people could easily split a piece, maybe 3 people. (My overall 2 star rating is just for the fact the cake was decent) Just a waste of a date night and ~$95 (included 21% tip) Atmosphere - too dark, too much moving cold air (I get Alabama heat, but things were blowing off of our table because of air movement). There was someone singing and playing guitar, and even myself being 30 something years old it was far too loud to just talk to my date across the table -- and there were less than 10 tables with patrons in the entire restaurant. We will not be returning. They have the potential to be a great restaurant for a small town. I hope they are able to turn things around.

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon since I had been having a hankering for a slice of pizza. I rarely ever crave pizza! My single slice was a nice portion and I enjoyed the supreme pizza overall. I would have preferred just a tad bit more sauce. The service was nice and friendly. The inside dining space has low lights and really felt like what I envision an Italian family's home to feel like. Cafe Trentuno was recommended on Yelp. At first glance, we were not impressed. It dated decor and there were no customers in sight. But the manager created us and took our order. He was very nice and informative of the menu. They do offer pizza by the slice at any time of the day. A plus if you just need a quick snack. They appear to serve Napoleon style pizza, so it was looking up. We ordered a large olive oil based, cheese with pepperoni and pineapple. I know it sounds weird but it's our favorite. Each pizza is custom made to order so it took a few minutes to be served. But the advantage was it was piping hot straight to the table. Olive oil was slightly sweet and tangy. Cheese was fresh and tasty. Toppings were perfect. Crust was crispy brown on undercarriage with nice crunch. Edges were crispy on outside and fluffy on inside. Manager suggested their balsamic dressing to dip the crust in, so we gave it a try. Highly recommended! It was a great choice! And of course, the Diet Coke was on point! Great customer service! Good pizza! We will definitely be back!

This store location is newly built within the last 2-3 years as the last location was old and outdated. The plus side is that there's a new building. The downside is that it's smaller. There no longer a sitting or bar area for buffets and salads, only pick-up orders. Also the parking area is shared with other businesses in the plaza, so at peak times parking may become an issue. In order to to avoid waiting, I would suggest calling ahead to place an order or yet order online. If you order online, you have access to their "deals" instead of having to carry around paper coupons. The store is clean and their health score is a 92, which is not too bad. A bell connected to the door rings every time it's open to let the workers know a customer is there. I've visited this location numerous times and have always had good customer service and food. If there's an issue with your order they will remake it for you with no problem. The food is always fresh and hot upon arrival. Other than the smaller size and limited parking, I would recommend this location.
