Literally the best takeout pizza I've had in a while! The pizza was hot and had great flavor. This is the best location we've tried.

Went inside Marcos to order, phone orders have been unsuccessful to get correct. Ordered to Philly pizzas , 1 with chicken other with no chicken add mushrooms. The one with chicken was fine. The one with peppers and mushrooms was orange. Dripping with grease!! Almost used a whole roll of paper towels trying to drain the grease. Ordering from Marco's was my nephew's idea. We encountered very friendly staff that made sure we received exactly what was ordered. We placed the order and walked over to another store and when we returned our medium 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni pizza was ready. Made my online order today at 2pm for a 4pm pickup and order a deluxe bowl(which are great!) A large pepperoni pizza and a steak/cheese sub with lettuce,onions,tomatoes...the picture is what I IMAGINED what I thought might receive... Ok ok ..... I should not judge a book by its cover. We pulled up and this restaurant was empty ..... pin drop empty on a Monday at 6 pm. We walked in and there are 3 young teens trying to learn the process. I wasn't sure about staying but my daughter was starving. We ordered a small meat pizza and cheesy bread. I learned that they don't have fountain drinks - just 20z bottles and 2 liters. After the nice young teens figured out the credit card machine- we paid and sat down. I wasn't sure if we went to the counter when called or if they came to the table? Very confusing set up - seems set up for drive thru and pick up with a confusing sit down option. One of the sweet teens asked if we wanted our 2 liter to drink so we said sure. About 10 mins later our pizza came out and the boxes were delivered to the table. Believe it or not - the pizza was really good. Thick fluffy crust well browned cheese. So while not the place we will eat in at regularly - we will be doing a drive thru more often and getting pizza to go! Glad we stayed - pizza good! read more

Ordered Marco's delivery tonight for dinner. I used the Marco's app, which was very intuitive and easy to use. I was able to make changes to the pizza. Add and remove toppings and even request it "well done". Check out was easy and secure, showing me all the charges and even allowed me to add a tip. Deliver was quick, and driver was professional and respectful. The pepperoni magnifico was thin and crispy. Loaded with two styles of pepperoni and cheese. We added pineapple to get a touch of sweet. The pizza was hot and juicy upon arrival with a detailed receipt attached. Great service, great pizza! Will order again! read more

as always, the only consistency to the Helena location is that it's inconsistent, cold lacking sauce, dry not at all what we ordered again again again again we can't eat this garbage but you have our money again. It's been going on like this for years where is the management for the Helena store? Where is the regional? Where is your franchisee? Terrible experience as a first time visitor and certainly my last. Just picked up an order from the Helena, AL location and they left out my drink - no big deal. I called to request a refund since I live almost an hour away and was just about home. I called in and spoke with someone and she advised me they can't refund and my choice is to come back or get a credit. As mentioned, I live an hour away. We rarely come in to town let alone get pizza. I let her know this and she refused any refund. I normally would not make a fuss about this but it made me wonder how many others this has happened to? It's very unethical to do this, especially if the customer did not receive a product they paid for. Buyer beware. read more

This is a great pizza place and all around good restaurant. We have been ordering from them for dinner for awhile now and they have yet to ever mess up an order or be late delivering. They are often pretty early from their estimated time. I like their subs but their pizzas are great as well. They have a deal right now for 2 or more medium one topping pizzas at 6.99 each. So my husband gets one with his type of toppings and my children just get extra cheese. And they put a TON of cheese on there. The kids love it. The sub sandwiches are super thick with meat as well. They do not skimp on ingredients. The delivery drivers are always fun and are so sweet to our outside cats and talk to the kids a bunch if they come to the door. read more

Called for a pizza and a Young girl answers the phone she was rude and unprofessional. I then spoke to the Mgr who seemed very callous about her behavior. I wasn't rude or harsh I was just trying to order a pizza. This is not the first time I've had this type of experience with Marcos. They have lost my business and anyone else I know. I ordered a pizza bowl (which my husband & I have ordered on numerous occasions & never experienced any dissatisfaction). I asked for extra spinach, there was an extreme minimal amount of spinach present in the bowl. I called back to the location and expressed my concern with the manager, Taylor, who was very condescending, very argumentative & lack customer service courtesy in solving this very simple problem...I stated that all I was missing was spinach...she argued that it was there... even though it was NOT physically VISIBLE to me, she gave a very lengthy & detailed explanation about topping proportions and extra charges and what was common knowledge for any pizza place that was absolutely rude and unnecessary...I reiterated that all I was missing was the spinach that I specifically requested, then she offered to remake the order. Upon picking up the the remade order, I noticed a gel-like substance that I have NEVER seen on a pizza in my entire life. I took pictures and I left a review on their website requesting that someone contact me. I have not received any response & it's been a week! I am so disgusted by this experience. read more

My husband and I always thought Marcos was takeout only? We saw it Saturday night and decided to stop in. The person taking our order seemed tired, kept yawning and very quiet with no suggestions after telling her it was our first visit, nonetheless, we ordered and were pleasantly surprised at how delicious the pizza was! If I could give this location and the manager negative stars I most certainly would! My children ordered a pizza. When they received it, it was not what they wanted. I called and asked that it be remade as we are frequent customers. The manager was very rude and snapped at me that she couldn't refund the money, which I never asked her to do. When my kids got home with the second pizza, it was burned! I took the pizza back to the store. The manager was once again VERY RUDE and would not accommodate us with an edible pizza. Marcos is always quick. Pickup or delivery. Pizza is hot and fresh. My fav is the pepperoni magnifico. Not crazy about the breadsticks or dessert items on the menu. They have generous coupons often. Give them a try. I always order online. It's not always easy to interface with their webpage. The tracker is great. read more

Sometimes Marco's is good, sometimes not so good. I prefer their thin crust over regular. I recently tried their cheese bread for the first time and didn't care for it. It was all crust with very little cheese. All in all, Marco's isn't bad, but I prefer Papa John's personally. Marco's drive thru window for carryout orders is convenient. read more

Filled with all the 5-star pizza yumminess a New Yorker could ever ask for. The old style pepperoni thin crust is perfection. Both hot, and cold the next day. The pizza is so perfectly crispy and just the right amount of greasy. I literally could eat this pizza for a living. I'd add a photo to my review, but the pizza is already demolished. Garlic cheesy bread is also yummy. Suggestion for a better white pizza is to make it also on that tasty crispy thin crust, and drizzle some olive oil, and add maybe a little bit of roasted garlic. The online order process was also really really simple. Maybe too simple for some, but I had no issues when ordering pizza the other night. We will definitely be getting pizza from Marco's again. This is really one of the best pizza places there has ever been around town. My introduction to Marco's pizza, was thanks in large part to the dumb little coupon books your kids make you buy, which I used at the Hoover location off 31 and my family loved it. My family were pumped to see a Marco's open in Helena, It does not disappoint! The service is prompt and friendly. This is my new favorite quick / takeout/ delivery pizza place. I'm pleased I will never have to order from the local Helena Pizza Hut again. The product and service at Marco's is far superior to any competing local pizza places we have in town... and we have several. The menu is far more than pizza and several patrons appeared to be enjoying a variety of their offerings when my son and I went in to pick up our order on Friday evening. All looked great; however, the pizza is what we came for. We had the Meat Supremeo and the Chicken Hawaiian and both were exceptional. We ordered a couple medium pizzas 2 adults one healthy 10 yr old boy and the pickiest 19 month old ever and we had left overs and I was able to enjoy a cold pizza breakfast (twice). I've also had the Pepperoni Magnifico special from this location a couple times and it may be my son and my favorite pizza right now.... Just delicious pizza. Two different pepperonis, Old World and Classic with some sort of special seasoning. As you can see in the attached pictures my wife and son could not give me a minute to take a picture before diving in. I also like the little grease filters they put between the pizza and the box. The box stays firm, no greasy imprint on you or the seat in your car and it absorbs the grease so the crust remains slighly crisp and chewy. read more
