Detroit was light and thick with excellent frico edge. Sauce was slightly sweet with nice flavor. Cheese was melted nicely with slight caramelization. The Figgie had fig jam, prosciutto, goat cheese, arugula and a balsamic drizzle! It was out of this world! I use figs and prosciutto on my pizza at home but never seen in at a restaurant. Highly recommend! Staff was attentive and answered questions about their Detroit style hydration. Apparently all dough is made daily in house each morning. Restaurant was large, but they had several areas blocked off. Only two available tables for dine in. Not sure if they had an event later that day or not.
