Alright, this is becoming one of my favorite pizza spots. I'm not sure if everyone knows, but they have such great lasagna and calzones. The lasagna dinner comes with a salad, so don't miss out on that special deal. It is amazing. The lasagna is cooked to perfection with those vegetables--black olives, green olives, peppers--you name it, they can do it. Now, let's talk about the calzone. The calzone is stuffed with vegetables as well. I was just craving a vegetable dish, so hey, if you want some vegetables, they definitely can make it happen on their pizzas and other specialty dishes. Stay healthy while you're eating and keep a smile on your face. This is a really nice spot. What happened to all original pizzeria? We've gotten amazing pizza from there for years but tonight we ordered pizza from there, and it looked awful. Thought maybe it was just an accident so we got replacement pizzas and it's like they changed the whole recipe and it's like Little Cesar's quality (if even, I like little Cesar's). Did they get new owners or something? So sad to see the quality of this place go downhill. read more

My husband and I have quickly become regulars of this little pizzeria. We've been looking for the perfect pizza place for years. Regarding chains, I'm more of a papa John's gal. He's more Dominoes. This place beats both and anything around. Lots of options. Consistently delicious! Great quality ingredients. The crust is perfect. Be careful doing business with this company. They changed my tip on a $28 order from $5 to $50 and the owner will do nothing about it. I have called him for a week and now he won't answer the phone or respond to my texts. I never received a receipt for my purchase. read more

Boyfriend stopped here on the way back home to an easy late dinner after he went out with friends. Pick up was quick, and was still warm when he got home (live in Birmingham). Since I was not there I feel like I can't really comment on the restaurants appearance. Bf overall seemed to think it appeared decent/service was good. Went with the classic cheese and pepperoni. Both were alright, very basic pizza nothing really out of the ordinary. I don't know if I would go out of my way again to get this pizza. read more

The food at this restaurant is generally delicious. My family has enjoyed pizza from this place several times. The service I just experienced was appalling. We go to pick up our order 20 minutes after the time stated during ordering. Once someone finally got to the counter to greet us, we were informed that the order would not be ready for an additional 20 minutes - 40 minutes after the original stated time. Well, what are we going to do besides wait, right? But since the time seems so off, we verify that we're talking about the same order and there wasn't some sort of miscommunication in which we were told the time for someone else's order. The person behind the counter says that, yes, he's talking about our order and that someone had to go to the hospital and for us to calm down and wait. Well, someone having to go to the hospital is understandable. We were waiting anyway. But to tell us to calm down? Especially when all we did was ask to verify that it was our order he was talking about? That's ridiculous. Furthermore, during the 20 minute wait the same rude employee was blaring unedited rap music with a lot of cussing. In private, I don't care what anyone listens to. But if you're in a business open to the public, with children inside, this is about as unprofessional as it comes. But, don't worry. The man eventually tied off the music in order to loudly FaceTime behind the counter. Why not, right? Clearly he didn't have any concern for customers. I have a new job and a new route to work which means I have a host of new restaurants to try out. Today it was All Original Pizza. AOP is a small store with one table and two chairs, geared for pick up than dining. They have done good deals on their pizzas. I ordered the large, one topping for $8 and change. The service was good and the order delivered (in store) quick enough. I loved the over sized pepperoni and the good amount of cheese they used. If I had one issue, the sauce was a little on the sweet side for me but didn't take away from the overall enjoyment of the food. I look forward to trying more of their pizza, subs and calzones. read more

We have ordered from here a few times and even though I didn't think we needed another pizza joint in Helena, this place is probably the best one we have. The crust is good and homemade I think, the ingredients are pretty fresh but the sandwiches are really lacking. The pasta is good and my favorite is the lasagna. We loved this place pre-covid, but this past year they have gone downhill. We went in June and no one was wearing masks or gloves... even though they limit the store to 2 customers who are supposed to wear masks. If that wasn't bad enough I watched one of the employees, in the middle of making a pizza, rub his nose and proceeded to eat cheese off the line. When I talked to the manager I was told they don't wear gloves because it's difficult to cook in them, but that he would make sure they stopped eating the food. Well, we gave them another shot. When I arrived to pick up my pizza I still didn't see masks or gloves... they told me my pizza was In the oven and would be 5 mins. After that time passed they told me it was still in the oven... okay??? And finally after 5 more minutes I was told they had given my food to another patron and they would start it now. A very nice variety of foods. I've had the spaghetti, fettuccine, meaty calzone, and club hoagie. Their bread is soft and very tasty. They do take a long time to deliver but it's worth it. 20 min usually for pick up so I recommend doing that. They add a ton of cheese on everything and so far haven't messed up an order. read more

In the ashes of the former Hungry Howies location All Original Pizzeria has risen. In what seemed like a blink of an eye this place transitioned from HH to All Original. As I entered today I realized not much changed with exception tot he signage and the menu the operation looks remarkably the same. Not a real reason to have an extravagant build-out of a leased space take out pizza joint I suppose. This place originated in the early 2000s in McCalla. Their focus is fresh and local. I'm not entirely certain why they chose a small community such as Helena with such a dense Pizzeria presence already. Further, they opened as a large recognizable franchise was shutting its doors in the exact location. Pretty Brave. I had to see what this place was all about. What intrigued me the most was not the varied Pizza offerings (similar to most others), the pasta dishes, the calzones, the hoagies or garden variety appetizers, what really stood out was the Muffaletta. Though a Muffaletta originated from Italian immigrants in New Orleans, I associate it with New Orleans, Cajun/ Creole restaurants, not a take out only pizzeria. There are 2 options a 5 and 9 inch. I didn't take into consideration they were talking about diameter as I wasn't expecting authenticity, and generally its a 10 inch served quarter/ half and so on. I order the 9 inch. The price of the sandwich was around 11-12 bucks. When I open the box as it turns out it was the size of a hub cap on a small motor vehicle. The 9 inch is a rather large portion, more than adequate for 2 to share. The ingredients were good though not entirely authentic. Their variation includes a Medley of Pastrami, Salami, Pepperoni, Ham, American Swiss Cheese, topped with Salad Mix. I'm not certain all of those meats made it to my sandwich. Additionally, the meat component was far leaner a portion than traditional. The olive salad was cool crisp not mushy and rather well done, a tad heavy on celery for my personal preference, but good nonetheless. This is a good sandwich. This is not an exact replica of what you would find in New Orleans. For the aforementioned differences and the fact that they didn't use provolone. Flavor was still very good. I enjoyed the sandwich very much. I would absolutely order it again. I am detailing and rating the place on the sandwich alone. This sandwich definitely stands out among the varied pizza joints in the area. I would have to say this is one of the absolute best sandwiches available in Helena. We've ordered the calzone on multiple occasions. Each time we chose a build your own and every time we were amazed at how delicious each one tasted. The ingredients have always been fresh and top quality. Freshly made to order and it's just the right amount of crust (I don't like really thick crust) with the yummiest garlic butter brushed on it so it melts in your mouth with every single bite. The owner is friendly and very eager to please his customers. On one occasion we asked if he could make a Stromboli steak calzone (we'd had the Stromboli hoagie before which was also superb) and he not only said sure he could make that but also he asked if we would call him after we ate to let him know how it was. It was the best ever most delicious Stromboli steak calzone and he should add it to his menu. We also group messaged everyone in our immediate family to tell them about it because they're always on the hunt for something new and delicious to eat. We very much recommend this business and have been ordering from them at least twice a week every since that first time. We do plan on trying his pizza next week. Also this is an independently owned local business with delicious food and a friendly owner so don't hesitate to show support and order from him! Tonight, I placed an order over the phone for a meaty calzone. As far as I could tell, I couldn't find the prices online. Upon walking in, I was told that my price for a medium meaty calzone was around $13. I was told over the phone that prices were $4.99 for a small, $8.99 for a medium, and $15.99 for a large. Brennan, who I talked with originally, was very nice. The main manager on duty, however, was extremely rude and condescending. He told me that he would never charge $4.99 for a calzone, or even $8.99, and he flat out told me that he didn't remotely even recall discussing prices with me. I asked for the prices of each one over the phone, and was told the medium was $8.99, which was the price I was expecting, but not the price I was given upon arrival. He offered no form of discount, apology, or even "I'm sorry." He also said that I was trying to bring down his business, which wasn't the case at all. If this main manager had apologized and wasn't as rude to me as he was, I would've had no problem paying the asking price that he was asking, but instead I was spoken to in a very condescending and aggressive manner. I'm not sure if this is how other people have been treated coming here, but if this is the way I'm going to be treated upon trying to do business here, then more than likely I won't come back at all. read more

Really good sometimes but to inconsistent depending on the staff. We always order extra sauce one time they want to charge it as an extra topping the next they just don't do it all. And sometimes they get it right? Occasionally they just give you extra cups of sauce on the side which is not the same as getting on the pizza. read more
