We both found the vinegar-and-mayo coleslaw somewhere between average and below average. I felt about the same about my baked beans. My wife thought the jalapeño hush puppies were average. If you want excellent hush puppies, Shrimp & Co. in Hueytown remains our standard. Both of our meals were also served with a thick slice of white bread, which fit the simple, down-home presentation.
