Dominos is one of my favorite pizza places in Alabaster. Our order is always perfect, hot, and delivered quickly. I ordered a pizza last night from a different address from home using the app and forgot to change the address. The driver called when he got to my (empty) house and when we realized the mistake he drove it to the alternate address without complaint. (I tipped him well for it.) consistent excellence is key here! Also, I love their pizza tracker you can watch when you place an order!

Hands down Dominos is the BEST pizza. How do I know this? Because my 4 year old won't entertain any other pizza chains. I ordered a thin crust pizza w/ pepperoni and sausage, cheesy bread and a chicken Alfredo pasta with bacon. Tonight's delivery was slower than normal. 45 min wait... Bummer! However, the food did not disappoint. Still delivered good enough to eat. Nomm nomm nomm!

Kids had pizza for dinner. We ordered delivery. 2 or more 3 topping large for $10 Large Bacon, Ham, and Pepperoni Large Philly Steak, Onion, & Provolone The delivery guy was nice and friendly. Today's sudden storm scared us both equally lol. The pizzas was freshhhhhhh and hot and I haven't had Dominos much due to one not being close to my old home and they didn't deliver to my house. I enjoyed the seasoned crust and the freshness. I enjoyed the sauce not being sweet tasting like Papa Johns and I enjoyed using the app to order the food it was easy to use.

    Disgusting Marbled Cookie Brownie

They normally do a good job but this time was completely different. The pizza was decent but the Marbled Cookie Brownie was absolutely disgusting. It was completely over cooked, looked like it had been sitting for hours and rolled in grease. I've order this on multiple occasions and have never seen one look like this. Not editable at all.

    Turned out perfect.

We were greeted promptly and took a few minutes to look at the menu. I LOVE roast beef, so it peaked my interest. My wife chose the Smiley burger. We placed our order and grabbed a seat. Place was quiet even though it was probably 75% full for lunch. Roast beef was served hot in toasted sour dough. Cheddar, tomato, lettuce and horseradish topped the generous portion of roast beef. Bread was crisp and the beef was hot and juicy. Horseradish gave a nice tangy flavor. My wife's Smiley burger was hand patted. Juicy and perfectly cooked. Bun was soft inside and nicely toasted in the outside. Bread and butter pickles, onion, tomato and lettuce topped it off. But the star of the show were the fries cooked in beef tallow!! Hot and salty, crispy and a deep flavor. I would come back just for the fries. Although a little bit pricey for lunch, it was excellent! Staff were friendly and attentive! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thanks for an awesome lunch and excellent experience!

I supposedly talked to the Assistant Manager. He couldn't find my order to begin with but finally found it. Once he did I was told that they could remake the sandwich but I had to come to the store to get it. That wasn't a possibility so I asked him to refund the sandwich in question. Not only was he extremely rude but accused me of trying to get a complete refund which I was not. He ended up saying he was going to refund the whole order (Not What I Wanted). I tried to explain again and he hung up on me. What has happened to JJ? We have always placed large orders with them but now I will be looking for a new sandwich shop! Horrible service!!

Only concern was I asked for Champy's sauce with the tender basket, looked at it in the parking lot and noticed it looked like their honey mustard instead. Tried it, confirmed it tasted like honey mustard, then went inside with my receipt asking for it to be switched for Champy's sauce. Spoke to a waitress (not the one who helped us at drive thru) and I explained that I wanted Champy's sauce. She said "uh huh" confused and I held up what I had saying it tasted like honey mustard. She said yes Champy's sauce is honey mustard based. I told her I've been to (and worked as a teenager) at Champy's before in Tennessee and the color was more yellow than the orange I'm used to (like they added too much honey mustard) and again it tasted exactly like honey mustard. She explained that the Champy's sauce (and red heat) recipe was different at their location. I took her answer and left. Not sure if I indeed had honey mustard (they come in the same containers) and she didn't want to double check or if their Champy's sauce recipe really is just primarily honey mustard. I think the people of Alabama are missing out though on the champys sauce from the original location in Chattanooga, not sure why there is so much variation between locations. Other than that, everything was great!
