I am not usually a Domino's fan, but the other night my family and I ordered it and I was pleasantly surprised. We got 2 large New York style pepperoni pizzas and the new garlic bread bites. Everything was fantastic!! The food arrived quickly and the delivery driver was very kind. They also provided loads of marinara sauce for the garlic bread bites, which was greatly appreciated. Again I am typically not the biggest fan of Domino's. I find that the amount of garlic sauce added to their items is sometimes a bit too much for my liking. That being said I was skeptical of the garlic bites. However, they were fantastic! A perfect savory side especially with the marinara. The pizza was also great! The larges are definitely large. One slice was about the size of 2 regular slices. Overall this was a really great experience and changed my mind on some of my past Domino's experiences. read more

Considering it's a game night (Bowl games 2018), I thought for sure it would take forever for delivery. I was wrong! I received my food 15 mins or greater before the Tide's kickoff, thanks to Steve, the delivery driver. I used the app to order a medium pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and an 8 count of sweet mango habanero wings. The pizza looked and tasted delicious. The wings were flavorful but a little too fatty for me. I also considered putting them back in the oven to crisp them up a little more. Overall a nice game night meal. When I have a taste for Domino's, this is my location. Not thrilled about the delivery fee but hey you pay for convenience of only having to walk to your door versus leaving out of the door. We moved recently from Iowa. Up there, we had our usual order, and it included a gluten-free pizza crust. We were delighted to see our pizza profile followed us! Our order arrived in record time. My family and I come here often for pizza and always have a great experience! This week, we got carryout and ordered our usual, which is a Large, Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza. Our go-to dessert with the pizza is the Marbled Brownie. Shortly after placing the order, we went to pick it up and they had everything ready quickly. I could feel how warm and fresh the food would be just by holding the boxes! The pizza was AMAZING; I love the thin crust because it adds a nice crunch to the warm, gooey texture of the cheese. I choose to add the crushed pepper for an extra blast of flavor. I'm also a huge fan of the Marbled Brownie! It was a perfectly-sized dessert to split between my fam and I. Dominos is one of my favorite pizza places in Alabaster. Our order is always perfect, hot, and delivered quickly. I ordered a pizza last night from a different address from home using the app and forgot to change the address. The driver called when he got to my (empty) house and when we realized the mistake he drove it to the alternate address without complaint. Hands down Dominos is the BEST pizza. How do I know this? Because my 4 year old won't entertain any other pizza chains. Kids had pizza for dinner. We ordered delivery. 2 or more 3 topping large for $10 Large Bacon, Ham, and Pepperoni Large Philly Steak, Onion, & Provolone The delivery guy was nice and friendly. Today's sudden storm scared us both equally lol. The pizzas was freshhhhhhh and hot and I haven't had Dominos much due to one not being close to my old home and they didn't deliver to my house. They normally do a good job but this time was completely different. The pizza was decent but the Marbled Cookie Brownie was absolutely disgusting. It was completely over cooked, looked like it had been sitting for hours and rolled in grease. I've order this on multiple occasions and have never seen one look like this. Pizza was as you'd expect. Same as our local dominos which is why we ordered from here. However, this dominos charges for Parmesan and red peppers. What happened to the free pouches that come with all pizzas everywhere always?! read more

Customer service at this location is just average. We usually order the same thing so I'm pretty familiar with how it should look. When I pointed out I did not receive double sausage, the cashier assured me it was right. There was also a small issue with the second pizza I ordered, but it was nothing I couldn't deal with. When I got home my husband said the same thing about the sausage so I decided to call and have the pizza remade. My son was screaming for pizza in the background so I asked if it would be ok if my toddler ate one slice because he was hungry and I was told no, the entire pizza had to be returned. I understand policy but thought this was a bit harsh - especially when the mistake was on their part and it would be thrown away. When I got back to the store the owner looked at the pizza and confirmed it was not correct and told me they would take care of it by remaking the pizza. There was no discount or apology offered. read more

My husband and I both love this Dominos. We always get our pizza hot (regardless of carry out or delivery) and it is always right! Keith has been running this establishment for years and you can expect good quality and a consistent product every single time. As for the guy below who thought that in 40 minutes a pizza wouldn't get cold --- I guess he is so used to his day-long-oven-warmed McDonalds Burger and Little Caesar's Pizza, i.e. GARBAGE. The system Domino's uses is to keep the pizzas hot for just a few minutes because they insure quality delivery times. It isn't meant to keep your pizza hot for an hour! Tonight, I wanted to try a different pizza joint other than my favorites, Pizza Hut and little Ceasars, and wow this Dominoes was a mistake. I happen to live just a hair outside of their delivery zone so I settled for carry out, placed my order online and proceeded to their store. I timed it out, arrived roughly 40 min after my order was placed and the pizza was stone cold by the time I drove 5 min home, and they didn't give me the "free" marinara that's supposed to come with it. I've never had to come home and microwave a carry-out pizza until this Dominoes crap. I immediately called and spoke to their manager, who didn't seem to care at all or even apologize after I unloaded about how they need a warming oven for finished orders. They have shelves instead, like in a sit-down restaurant that are "heated" on from the top, but WTF is going to happen when you stack boxes on top of each other!? The bottom boxes were COLD of course. Are their obsolete "shelves" even turned on? Anyways, the manager was a monotoned joke who didn't care. Needless to say I'll NEVER give this dominoes my business again. Here's a note Dominoes, copy what Little Caesars is doing and place a warming oven that's ENCLOSED to truly keep food warm. I work near Domino's pizza....The Date IS June 15th 2015. I called in an order of two pizzas and a two liter. I went to pick it up...they had not made it because they were not sure I wanted it. But wait 10 inured and tgey would make it.....i would Not have called if I were not hungry....no manager was present I asked for her name...they did not know number We order from there at least 5 times a week....apparently they can do without our business. Indecisive teenagers with NO MANAGEMENT. I will find our who the manager is .this is absurd and bad business. ..it doesn't even deserve one star. read more

I've used this location several times since it is 2 miles from my house. When I order carry out the wait is roughly 10 minutes. When I order delivery I often have it AT my door in roughly 15 minutes and still too hot to eat. They've never kept me waiting. Minus 1 star for delivery guy not always reading the "come to back door" delivery note. read more

I actually ordered online. It was a dark and stormy Halloween night, but the food came delightfully perfect. Even through the inclement weather, the delivery guy was friendly and cheerful and my pizza was delivered promptly and was still super hot! Monday night. After a hard day of learning and battling rain and cold, I have a hunger. A growing urge. Only one thing can satisfy this beast that is my hunger. Pizza. Dominos Pizza. I snatch open my laptop and begin furiously typing. "Doninos.com" says my address bar. Enter. Suddenly, a Spanish website appears. NOOOOO!! Typo! I scream. Yell. Throw the cat. A voice in my head says "Courtney, just fix it." So I do. "Dominos.com" says my address bar. That's correct! Enter. The website appears. Pizza. Breadsticks. Beautiful. I select delivery and enter my address. "Would you like to add this coupon?", says Dominos. "Medium pizza AND stuffed cheesy bread for 5.99 each? YOU BET YOUR SWEET ASS I DO!" I add the coupon. A pizza maker appears. Medium. Hand tossed. Extra cheese. Cheddar cheese. Add to order. I select my stuffed cheesy bread and begin to confirm my order. BUT WAIT. I need something to wash down this greasy treat. Coke. $2.49? Hell yeah! total $18.53. A steal. I check my wallet. 5. 10. 15. 19 DOLLARS! Confirm. But wait. I HAVE TO TIP! I search frantically for a few dollars. If this good man is willing to bring me my delicious, I must reward him. Piggy bank! I grab my piggy bank and smash it into the floor. QUARTERS! I count out 20 quarters. SUCCESS! I return to my computer. What's this? A pizza tracker? "Keith began custom making your order at 4:49 PM" HOLY SHIT, KEITH! I stare. Waiting. Minutes. Slow agonizing minutes.. I think it is over. I have lost. BUT THEN, "Keith placed your order in the oven at 4:53 PM" OH MY STARS! KEITH YOU ARE MY HERO. I begin to pace. Praying that Keith doesn't burn my pizza. It's beginning to feel like an eternity. Waiting. Finally, "Keith double checked your order at 5:00 PM" ARE YOU SERIOUS!? That man is a GOD! "Fuller left the store with your order at 5:01 PM" Who is Fuller?? Where is Keith? I trust Keith, I can't bare to lose him... Why, Dominos? WHYYYY? I fall to the floor. Wishing that it were Keith bringing me that pizza. I need Keith. I know him. In the midst of my screaming, I hear a knock. My pizza? It's 5:15 PM. Dammit, Fuller. What took you so long? I sling open the door and stare daggers into the eyes of the chubby, bearded Fuller. "Uh.. $18.53..?" says Fuller. I thrust 19 dollars into his chunky hand. Step close. Look him straight in the eyes.
