My experience:…read more So i reached out via yelp to andres and was replied to pretty quick. He was able to visit the following day to get measurements / estimate price. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.

We wanted solid wood doors that are hung from the top instead of the typical bottom track. Redlands Door was able to find the hardware to accomplish this. They ordered the doors and had them painted to match our current color. Two bedrooms had double mirrored doors and the master had three plain doors. All are non-standard sizes, which made buying them from a Home Depot or Lowes impossible. As mentioned, Tim was very through and made sure everything was installed correctly. He found that there was some additional siding that needed to be added to be sure the doors closed with no gap. It was extra challenging as besides being non-standard, the wall are slightly off square. He also did a great job in cleaning up the area when done. I would not hesitate to recommend Redlands Door as well as call on them again.

I would had to pay a lot more for Milgard or other name brands. Crystal Pacific Windows is the West Coast division of Crystal Windows in Flushings, NY, which has been in business for over 30 years. So they aren't a fly-by-night company. And they have the warranty to stand behind their work. I did my homework. I chose Crystal Pacific for their commercial lines of vinyl storefont windows for my motel lobby and all 11 rooms facing the street. The quality of the windows exceeded my expectations. The guest rooms facing the street used to the last ones to sell because of the street noise. Fire trucks and ambulances would race towards Providence St. John's Hospital. These dual-glazed, energy-efficient windows cut the noise level by 80%. I also swapped out the old-fashion, wall-sleeve PTAC air conditioning units that also transmitted sound. Now, our worst rooms are amazing quiet and comfortable. And they look great from the street too. Here's our facade renovation poster about our facade renovation. We are almost done. I'll post the actual storefront and guest room windows once we are done and all the dust is gone. During the renovation and installation by our general contractor, we noticed that one of the windows had a crack. My GC said it was due to stacking too many windows against the wall.
