Nice and clean establishment! Excellent customer service, Alejandra was great! Food was excellent! Plentiful portions, well seasoned and reasonably priced. Menu had a lot of variety, something for everyone!

Omg... I'm not sure how this restaurant never caught my radar. 5/5 flavor, customer service, food quality, all of it is there. I had a crazy burger with no bacon and fries and also some fried Oreos (which I devoured right after snapping a picture). Oh my and those fried Oreos literally melted on my tongue. The burger was soooo juicy and seasoned to perfection. You can tell the chefs crafters the burgers with love and passion. Once my diet is over, I definitely plan to return. I highly recommended this Houston gem.

Fish and chips (with fries, onion rings, and a hush puppy).

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered the london style fish and chips, and I liked that they gave the option to choose your side of fries, hush puppies, onion rings, or all three. I went with all three. Everything was made fresh and had a nice crispy crunch. The fish was good, but it didn't have much seasoning, so I added some Old Bay and seasoned salt when I got home. The fries needed salt too. I really liked the hush puppy, but I wish they gave more than just one. I had no issues with the service, my food came out quickly after ordering. The ambience inside appeared clean and well kept, which I appreciated. One small thing I noticed, the cashier seemed to also be helping in the back. She came to the register with gloves on and was touching the register. As a healthcare worker, I'd recommend removing gloves before ringing people up. Overall, I'd rate it a 4/5. I would come back and recommend it, but I'd suggest they add more seasoning to the fish batter and directly onto the fish.

Cheese burger with jalapeño and onion rings

I saw an influencer show this place TikTok or Instagram and I saved it and went to try it today. I have to say this place is damn good, one of the best burgers I've had in Houston and the homemade buns make it so special even the onion rings were really good. I would've never tried this place just driving by and I guess it shows you how important influencers are to this industry but I'm glad I've discovered it. We will definitely be back.

The ambiance here is atrocious. I can't say it's all the restaurants fault but the noise from the customers all listing to there phones on speaker is crazy. One little girl is live streaming in the corner. A couple guys are reviewing country music on the phone next to me. The brother in front of me is watching tiktok vids all on speaker while the restaurant trys to play 90s music on top of all that. The food came I got the Crazy burger. It's very big, 2 patties (they ask how you'd like it) medium I added mustard to mine after it came. The fries are ok I've had better but they aren't bad. the burger was very good, though it fell apart halfway through. All in all I'd try it again. Hopefully less people that want to listen to thier phones while eating will be there.

Absolutely amazing. Wife had burger. I had the fish and shrimp combo. We shared a funnel cake fries. Only negative is that the TarTar sauce has to much onion flavor. Place stays clean. And portions are HUGE!!!!!

Amazing service and amazing food. Would come back for sure. Clean space really good fries

Amazing food for the price! The service is good and the place is comfortable. Definitely will visit again.

I stopped in on the way home from work yesterday and the service was great and so was the speed of the food. Since I've never been here before, I asked the cashier for suggestions. She said the Crazy Burger was their top seller but was really big. Well, I went ahead and ordered that burger even though I knew I wouldn't be able to eat it all just bc it's what they are known for. The burger was HUGE.... But unfortunately it was so salty I was only able to eat a few bites of it. Maybe next time I will tell them light on the seasoning. I'll also get a different burger bc this one just wasn't for me.

Fresh and delish. A tiny surprise...A+ food. The eatery is nestled in a small business space, but it's worth your time and money. We tried the hamburger and wings, enough to fill you up. Generous portion for your money. Food well seasoned and cooked just right. You would be missing a treat if you didn't try it at least once. Clean establishment and courteous service. I'm definitely a repeat customer and you will be one, too. You should hands down check it out, you won't regret it. Enjoy .

Friendly, fast service! The burger was so juicy and flavorful! The fish was fresh & crispy! The onion rings were huge!!! You could tell they were homemade! I'll definitely be back!!!

Stumbled upon this neighborhood restaurant through a random Yelp search. The reviews were good, the food looked good, so I decided to give it a try. I went with the intention of getting a burger and that's exactly what I got. The menu had quite a few offerings though. Fish, chicken sandwiches Pattie melts, even fried Oreos. I ordered a combo which consisted of a bacon cheeseburger, fries & a drink. Total was about $15 which was pricey for lunch, but it was a large portion so that made up for the cost. The burgers are made to order and the wait was minimal. I received my to-go order and headed home. Once I opened the box everything looked amazing. The burger was huge and the thick cut fries were piping hot. My only disappointment was that I didn't receive the bacon that I paid for. I also requested onions but there was no charge for those so no big deal. Despite the missing bacon, the bio was delicious. The huge smash burger style patty definitely filled me up. I ate lunch around 1:30 and that meal kept me full until almost 9pm. I would dine here again, but I will be checking my order before I leave. Also worth noting...despite there being only one person working the counter, she did a great job. She took orders and also kept the table clean between customers. It's very comforting to see staff cleaning the tables.

Crazy burger!

Delicious and gigantic burger and fries. This was more food than I should have eaten and I'm a big guy. You would be hard pressed to find better or get bigger at this price! Made when you order so you may wait a bit of it's busy but it's totally worth it for hot fresh fries! I need to come back for some fried Oreos... Wanted to try them today but I was too full!

Fries Oreos brought to us at the end of our meal! Save room for these!!!

I had opted for a beef burger with a side of chili cheese tater tots to share. The burger is quite large and filled generously with whatever add-ins you check off so it was very filling for me. I went with two 2oz patties, but considering the size, I'd opt for a single 2 oz patty if I go back. For my burger I also added scallion aioli which didn't have a strong green onion flavor but was still nice and added creaminess to the burger overall. The tater tots were super crispy, and the chili cheese topping was nice. I had gone shortly after they opened and it wasn't super busy but it started to quickly fill up around 11:30-12. The basic burger is $12, and anything you want to add or replace is extra. Now that's including the basic sauce, which I thought would be an additional homemade sauce if I needed. Again, I am learning. I ordered grilled chicken, but at the counter, a very nice person, Eric, told me they were out of grilled chicken and had fried chicken available. I guess so, since I spend some time. I don't want to wait any longer. I also ordered homemade lemonade, which came with lots of ice. I requested that some ice be removed. I also added chard jalapenos, which were tasteless and slightly burned, so they lost their flavor. The food pick-up area was separate, and the guy who gave you a food tray could have been friendlier and said thank you. Oh well, my burger was a piece of chicken with lettuce and onion. It was ok but very dry inside. So make sure you order sauce or anything for your burger, and pay for it. When I got there, the dining hall was empty. I like this place, but plz if you're going there for the first time, read the menu carefully and place your order. Service could be friendlier, and the dining hall was clean.

I went with the Double Good Burger at Johnny Good Burger, and honestly... it was surprisingly good. Perfectly smashed patties with those crispy edges, juicy inside, and well-balanced flavors that didn't feel overcomplicated. Sometimes simple just works--and this definitely did. The fries deserve their own shoutout: extra crispy, hot, and downright addictive. No soggy sadness here. I kept telling myself "just one more" until the tray was mysteriously empty. All in all, a very satisfying burger experience. If you're in the mood for a legit smash burger and happen to be wandering POST Houston, this one's absolutely worth stopping for.

There were no other customers at the time, but that's to be expected for a slow Monday. The menu is quite simple with just 4 different entrees, 3 different ways to order fries, and a few soft drink options in a cold case. Everything here is a la carte but there is a combo option where you can save about $3 off the regular menu pricing. I chose the "Double Good" and added a patty for $3 more figuring the patties are most likely very thin. The burger comes with lettuce, onion tomato, pickles and special sauce. I subbed the American for Swiss, but the Swiss ended up being a Swiss-American blend, so it tasted mostly like American cheese which I hate. I keep having bad luck with Swiss lately. The patty is about 1/4 lb and tastes similar to a home cooked burger. I ended up setting the burger down and just eating the patty with a fork since I didn't like the taste of the cheese, sauce, or the entire burger as a whole after a handful of bites. Overall, I'm glad I finally tried it but this is not a burger I would come back for, especially at this price point.

Clutch City Grill sits next to Burger Chan (the most recent title holder of best burger for my son) but this Sunday, they were not open so we tried the one we didn't try last time--CCG. And let me just say that this place tucked away inside a collective indoor food concession aka The Conservatory Galleria, has every right to boldly don the clutch city burger title. Inside this perfectly grilled almost Hawaiian role type hint of sweet homemade bun is a masterclass of burger perfection, made right in front of you and to your liking based on your selections from the order tap screens. While, waiting, I looked at everything I didn't order as it was being served and I'm almost certain that anything you order at CCG is delicious. Presentation is superb because others were sitting with large selections in front of them that caused me a bit of buyers remorse--I couldn't decide. The vibe is chill enough to talk to the grill master while my son was figuring out his massive burger order--he randomly had a hash brown added to a patty melt. And ordered something to take home or in case one order wasn't enough for the teen appetite. But the food is massive. I cannot stress that enough. Portions of everything there are beyond generous from what we saw and this is the kind of place where there's delivery guys picking up, people working on their laptops and the average joe grabbing takeout after work as well as families having dinner but not crowded. We sat and reflected on a great shopping day in a chill environment and reminisced on the old days of Galleria area last minute back to school night before/we should do this more type of memories in the making. The take something to go plus my own leftover (cutting the burger in half is an open from the order touch screen) and it passed the ultimate test of being really good cold the next day. This place begs the question--where is everybody? I can't be the only one who knows about it. But also was inviting enough to silently confirm that I think we've found our place. One that even has a cool bathroom with a mirror that says "you look amazing." Exactly how you're going to feel about the food that looks even better than it does in its promo photos
