Before we dive into the review, I want to say that I ordered to-go. Thus, the noodles were given to me raw so I had to go home and cook it. He gave me very thorough instructions and packed it with so much care. He was literally packing in front of me and it took a good 5 minutes since he wanted to make sure everything was given to me and placed accordingly (no broth spilling, kimchis, salad, noodles). He truly cares for quality and the message was well-received. WOW! Chicken kalguksu 10/10!!! I actually prefer the noodles here than Arirang Kitchen across the street. Idk if they changed recipes over there but the kalguksu hasn't been hitting the spot lately (as a long time customer since 2017). The noodles here were chewy and integrated itself very well with the broth. Generous with the protein as well. A single portion truly is a shareable size if you don't have a big stomach. I now have yummy leftovers for tomorrow. Please support this small business! I came in a little scared since I haven't had a good streak with soups lately but am now so stuffed and happy.
