The beds are comfy & I knock out every time I come in lol. They offer blankets if you're cold & little pillow to put under your legs or your back. There is a parking lot & lots of street parking so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue. I've tried out multiple different lash techs here and am never dissatisfied. My eyes became painful, and I even developed a stye. These last couple of days have been extremely stressful because of it. I followed their after care instructions since it's my first time getting them done and wanted them to last me a good time for the amount I paid for. When I contacted the salon, I was told they don't do refunds and only offer fixes. Because of the irritation and pain, I couldn't go through another appointment. They eventually agreed to remove the lashes and give me a partial refund, but the removal is scheduled for tomorrow--my husband's birthday--and I'll most likely have a swollen eye and won't be able to take pictures with him, which is really disappointing. Overall, the quality of the service and the impact it had on my eye made this a very upsetting experience, and the partial refund doesn't feel like a fair resolution.

We went with 6D and although it was not my preferred style and I was not too thrilled she advised next time we can do 3D but the problem is that 24 hours later my eyes are still red and irritated from the glue. I found Lash Glow on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Booking an appointment online was super easy, they have all their services listed. There isn't a parking lot but you can try to find parking on the street in the front of the store or in the neighborhood that's around the corner. It's a safe neighborhood so I wasn't worried about my car. Walking inside, it's one huge room with multiple lashing stations divided by a curtain. It was empty when I was there, just me and the girl who gave me my lash lift and tint. I didn't catch her name, but she was so sweet!! She gave me a run down of the various lashes they offered, I told her that I would eventually come back to get my lashes done and she had great recommendations for what I was interested in. My favorite thing about this place was the lashing bed! It was cushioned with a foam mattress pad, it put me straight to sleep! The process of getting the lash lift and tint went so smooth. I didn't feel any burning, the tech had the softest touch, and I felt really comfortable. I highly recommend trying our Lash Glow if you're interested in getting your lashes done! Looking at their prices too, it didn't seem too pricey.

The YY lashes are my favorite and I've had them done by both Cherry and Scarlet before. Both ladies do an excellent job and they last pretty long. I usually go in for a 2 week refill and sometimes I can stretch it out to 2.5 weeks depending on my social calendar. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed and please avoid this place so you don't lose your own natural lashes.
