Five minutes after the friend's drink had been delivered, and ten minutes total in waiting, I left. I've never had a bad experience at Jitterbean before this. But if I was a manager I'd sure want to know about this, so I called the company. The woman I talked to transferred me to the managers voicemail. I also sent an email to the addy on their website. Six weeks later I have had no response. I no longer patronize Jitterbean which is a shame as they're local. But they chose, in multiple ways, to treat a loyal customer poorly. Super disappointed

No customer deserves to be treated that way, especially in a space that claims to serve the community. Coffee shops are supposed to be places of comfort and inclusion, but this establishment failed completely.
