Waited to review (live near Henderson and wanted to wait out the kinks. This review is for OTCC in Henderson). The service here has improved greatly since the OTCC transition. Friendly, quick, personal and folks who are always willing to fix snafus. Worth it to become a regular here. Espresso shots are absolutely decent (better than the old town location). There are a few healthy options that can be worked out for food. If you need/want food modifications, be very direct (things can sometimes get lost in translation here). Pastry case really needs more love on the weekends, especially Sunday (when cherry blossom is closed). This OTCC location could corner the market on family Sunday pastry outings if they hit 'em fresh and lovely on those luxurious weekend days! The few outdoor tables here are a nice addition. GF cakes are available for pre-order. A few GF and/or vegan baked treat additions would probably go over well. All in all a solid community coffee shop experience here. Expect late morning moms-with-stroller brigades and old dude coffee klatches on weekdays & a busy weekday lunch hour (call your order in ahead if you need to turn that around real fast). read more

Avoid this place unless you like waiting long for your orders or having to wait longer because they didn't complete your full order. On top of that, this old geyser that works there wont give you drink carriers if you need them because they're too expensive to give out. Makes no sense to have them if you're concerned about one drink carrier losing your store money. And the flies flying in the donut case where they have day old donuts. Great local coffee shop with plenty of seating and a wide variety of coffee/goods to choose from. There's a shelf of personal care/beauty products for sale to keep you busy while you're waiting for your order. The coffee was pretty good and the mixed berry pastry we ordered was delicious as well. The customer service was good, it would be helpful if they were more knowledgeable about the baked goods they were selling. There are plenty of tables available but most of them were in need of a good wipe down. read more

Yikes they are surely slow. 4 ladies behind the counter and 4 customers and 10 full minutes to get through it. Yesterday our county had a 30% positive covid testing rate with 400 positive tests in 4 days, and these folks didn't have the door open. Staying in town for jus a cpl days rode my bike thru the sequoia park and then rode into town to grab a bite to eat. The staff here were friendly AF and the meal was immaculate! I have been coming here forever! Always liked it. This time, and actually the last couple times, I have to say I was disappointed! New cook??? Don't know but I ordered a grilled cheese. It may have been the worst grilled cheese I have ever had! How does one mess up a grilled cheese? By not grilling it lol. It was barely grilled, so much so that the bread was soggy, perhaps fr butter or grease? I do t know but there was a ton of two different cheeses all flowing out, the thing falling apart into gooey pieces and raw bread. disappointing for a 9.00 sand! I like their cookies and pastries. However, I ordered a CHOCOLATE Strawberry Delight Cake a few days ago. When I cut into the cake I saw it was white cake. I was very disappointed because I was expecting chocolate. I specifically said chocolate numerous times, yet somehow received white cake. The cake part itself was good but it had way too much frosting. The cut up strawberries in the middle were good but the chocolate dipped strawberries on top were disgusting. They tasted like dirt and chemicals and the strawberries didn't look very fresh. After I ordered the cake I got a strawberry banana smoothie. It was also disgusting. It was WAY to sweet. I could see they put syrup in it and it w not mixed in all the way. I couldn't drink it because it was way too sweet so I gave it to my mom who loves sweet things and she said it was too sweet and had to throw it out. I will never be buying a cake or a smoothie from here again. I would not recommend this place. This place used to be good but in the last few years it has been horrible. read more

In terms of a local coffee shop, it does its job very well. They have drip and all manner of espresso, so the bases are covered. You can even get tea and chai. Beyond the coffee there are the chocolates, which are varied and in size, composition, texture, and everything else. There's fudge, there are dipped cookies, truffles, you-name-it. The selection changes, but you can probably find something you want. Service has never been an issue for me. If anything, the rush that comes with certain times of the day causes things to get bogged down and they're a bit slow, but beyond that it's not a problem. read more

Just got the worst breakfast burrito I've ever had. The eggs were just little egg white cubes and it was terribly mixed.

At 10am on Monday, I ordered large coffee and ham/cheese/jalapeno croissant. I chose the dark roast coffee and it was very fresh. Sometimes it's hit and miss when you get a premade coffee, but my experience here was fresh brewed. The dark blend had a very good flavor to it and was nice and strong. I don't use any sweetener, so it's important that the coffee tastes fresh. The croissant was fresh and tasty, although it lacked any flakiness. My total was $6.50 which was reasonable . Went in yesterday for the first time. I was very excited, who doesn't love coffee and chocolate. It was 15 minutes before they were to close but I was just going to order some goodies and leave. The young dark haired girl was so rude she didn't even acknowledge that my friend and I were standing at the ordering counter. When I asked her a question she seems very bothered. She put my friends order in the bag charged her and walked away. Then the young man who seemed very disconnected helped me because the girl had to hurry and clean the chairs and tables before anyone else sits at them. He couldn't answer my questions about what some things were in the cabinet and so he asked her and she was still rude. Terrible customer service. The candy that I bought were great but because of the customer service I will not be going back. read more
