I still remember back in the 70s as a kid, we would buy our candy here, and then sneak it into the movie theater across the street. They have a wide selection, and it is all delicious. Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, soft centers, hard centers, divinity, if you want it there's a good chance that they will have it. The prices are a little bit on the higher end, but this is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. I bought a couple of bags of cookie mix for Christmas presents among other things. They also have a large wall of food items, from companies in Humboldt County, including bagel toppings from Los bagels, marinara sauce from Tomaso's. , (I don't know if this is the same Tomaso's that ran the tomato pie restaurant or not...) and lots of other things. Here I am, a decade later still thinking about that visit, while enjoying a limited release 79% Dark Chocolate "Vanuatu Malekula" island origined bar. What decadence. I always enjoy every bar, with the Black Fig, and Brown Butter w/ Nibs being my all-time favorites of their staples. But this limited release is truly amazing.
