First discovered Dutch Bros while in Las Vegas and noticed they have a lot of them in the Pacific Northwest and NorCal regions. All locations are drive-thru only with no inside area for customers. There are 2 drive-thru lines to enter that merge into one & a walk-up window. The employees are always friendly and happy and even wear umbrella hats in the rain! They don't have a full menu onsite cause their menu is really extensive but you can go online on their website to look at everything. They have all kinds of drinks like freezes, lattes, smoothies, cold brew, frosts, infused tea/lemonade, soda, etc. I personally like the Kicker, which has Irish cream breve in it. Their hot drink cups are cute & have various motivational/meaningful phrases on the lid. I saw a sign that Humboldt County locations offer a BOGO free coupon if you text DBHUMBOLDT to 27047 to sign up for their VIP club. I used the coupon before & sometimes they send periodic msgs about deals or updates. I also have a stamp card & am excited to redeem my free drink that can be used at any location for any size. There's nothing not to love about them. Great prices -- the best bang for your buck and every so often they have deals on drinks. And they have stamp cards which gives even more deals, and they're open fairly late for Eureka stores. The staff is talkative and friendly. I've been a Dutch Bro's customer for over 10 years (see original review!) but they've lost me. Under new ownership? All the fun stuff they used to do, completely gone. No more deals or discounts for holidays or local events. They even got rid of stamp cards. Now you have to use a rewards app. Who wants to be on their phone while DRIVING in a crowded line? +15% to 30% tip recommended by the iPad card reader. Yeah, sit-down restaurant tip rates, for drive-through coffee. The new line-layout is a road rage inducing mess. Line is split in two, and instead of just merging as the line moves, you have to keep track of who arrived in what order, because if you end up at the front of one side of the line two cars ahead of someone who arrived before you, and you dare go into the main line before them, you will get honked at. However, if you *DON'T* go when you're at the front of one of the lines, the people behind you might honk too. The first time I was on the receiving end of this, the line on the left was way shorter, so I ended up at the front before some lady in a white SUV. She pulled up right on someone else's bumper to yell at me that she was there first. I told her that I'd just let someone from her line go ahead of me, now it was my turn. "NO, I WAS IN LINE BEFORE YOU!" Jesus, whatever, go then! Crazy woman. So I let her go, she KEPT YELLING, and then when she got up to the window, she was visibly talking smack to the barista (the girl at the window looked back at me several times, so I know she was talking about me) and it made the wait in line that much longer. I was ready to just pull out of line and leave, even though I'd already paid for my drink. Right as I started cranking my wheel to try to edge out of the line, someone brought my coffee out to my car. I ended up giving my coffee away to a co-worker, though. I didn't want it anymore. To be clear, Dutch Bros isn't responsible for her behavior, but the way the line is set up right now is totally what caused it. The staff *tries* to alleviate this by coming out to people's cars to take their order, but all that did in this situation is make me feel like I couldn't just leave, because I'd already paid. read more

The service here was amazing. I am traveling with some friends and I'm from an area where there isn't a Dutch bros. I wanted to see what the hype was about. Pulled up and the woman that helped ( didn't catch her name she had blonde hair and brownish eyes) was amazing. I didn't know what to order and when I asked for something she recommended something even better. Great customer service and attentiveness. Then at the pick up window I saw a row of smiles like they were just happy to see me. I could tell that my drink was perfectly handcrafted by the employees and the were almost fighting over who was going to hand me me drink.
