The food is made pretty well, but I know one of the workers there. The other workers however, were drinking and talking about drugs on the job. Ordered from the Gravois location for the last time. They constantly refuse to fully read the tickets they are preparing. It baffles me. This order in particular, forgot the oregano, mayo packets, and there was literally 3 little peppers on the sandwich. I hate leaving a bad review. Only done it a handful of times. Ordered online. Went to pick up in store. They did not have my order ready when i got there. I asked girl making my sandwhich if she saw the extras on there because they messed up before. She rudely replied yeah i have the ticket right in front of me. Then I asked for two small sides of ceaser dressing. She did it and it was not full so i asked if she could fill it up a little more. Then she got an attitude and said we will have to start charging you for these. I said they have never charged me before and I even ordered the exact same thing the day before and had no issue. I said it dosn't show it costs on the website, because you can ask for extra dressing at no charge. She said it won't be on the website we charge you here. If im spending my hard earned money on a already overpriced wrap that is almost $11 you really can't give me a side of dressing but want to charge.69! If this is the case i will stop eating there. I love the wraps, but will not spend additinal money on a small cup of ceaser. It's the principle of the matter. When I called up there to ask for her name she would not give it to me and said she is not obligated to do so and just said she was the store manager. I am so aggravated that i went through all this becasue i'm tired of being treated differently every time i go, and when she is there it's never a good experience. This is a great Jimmy John's! I frequent this location and when I dine in, the staff are friendly and the dining area is bright and clean. This Jimmy John's also has a drive thru. I have ordered in the drive thru and had food delivered to my house and they are always "freaky fast"! Many sandwich places skimp on the meat and toppings, but not here. I knew I never ate here for some reason. But went with a friend. Overpriced to say the least. Food was not fresh. And staff is not friendly. And they rushed us while ordering with "what else?!" When this business moved into the neighborhood their drivers were menacing. Kids blowing through stop signs trying to make their fast deliveries on time. The reason I never went before was due to almost getting hit by one of their "delivery people" running a stop sign not once but twice. That stopped after neighbors complained. Typically Jimmy johns never disappoints me but I went to the drive thru Monday afternoon and ordered a number 12 on wheat with no tomato and no mayo add hot peppers!! I drove away and started to eat my sandwich and noticed a weird texture in my sandwich after getting home I looked and all of the turkey on my sandwich still had the plastic coating!! Just came home from Jimmy John's after picking up dinner there after a long day, my husband ordered one sandwich with green peppers and one without peppers, and we received two sandwiches with burning hot peppers of some kind and had to throw away both sandwiches. We called them and they said they can't deliver a replacement to us even though we are quite close, we would have to drive back and we had to wait for them the first time around and they were not even really apologetic about it. I live 1.6 miles away and have 3 kids at home. I called them and the lady was nice but said she couldn't deliver to me. So she said the good news is the Lemay Store will deliver so I called them and he said no they don't either. I asked for an exception considering I'm 1.6 miles away and a 4 minute drive and still no. Might as well deliver with a bicycle since they only go 100 feet out the door to deliver. What a joke. I'll get food elsewhere. read more

I'll be honest, I almost didn't bother calling after reading the reviews listed here. I work from home with a three month old so from time to time I like to order out for lunch. Jimmy John's is a personal fav so I gave this location a whirl. They were more than happy to deliver to my house (1.28 miles) and my order was here within 10 minutes of me getting off the phone. My sandwich, drink and chips were delicious! They might have had some kinks to work out initially, but I would highly recommend this location! read more

First off, I'm only giving two stars because of the nice delivery driver. Second, I love Jimmy John's. It's a somewhat healthy alternative for people who need to have food delivered that isn't pizza or super greasy. With that being said, I love that they deliver to my place of work on days I don't have my car or forget my lunch. I've ordered from this location three times. They have forgotten my drink all three times. The delivery guy from today when this happened was actually quite nice about the situation and told me that he was going back for my coke and was going to throw in a free cookie. It did take a while for my food to get here, so I missed my lunch break. It took over thirty minutes. So that was a bummer. I even called up to the store to check on my food and there was a girl who answered and I heard her say "oh my god, it's rothman." By that point, I didn't know about them forgetting my drink. Some guy named Matt gets on the phone and all I said was hey I was just checking on my food and he said it will be there soon there was just two other deliveries ahead of me. That's fine. I said okay, I was just calling to check and thanked them. They neglected to tell me oh by the way we didn't send the delivery guy with your drink that you paid for but your order is on its way. I also just want to say I put no blame on the delivery guy. That's not his fault. There was attitude from the Matt guy and whoever the girl was. That's unprofessional and customer service should be important to any establishment. I'm allowed to check on my food if it's been a long time and the location is less than two miles away. Come on, there's no need to groan about it or act like I'm inconveniencing you when I paid for the food and one) It took forever to get and two) you didn't even give me all of my order. That's not cool. I won't order from this location anymore because I feel uncomfortable with the whole ordeal and how I was treated. It's absolutely ridiculous.
