I went to the drive thru, and as usual, the line moved quickly, and the associates were friendly. I tried the brand new bbq grilled chicken tenders. They came in a set of 8. When I got home and opened the package, I found the tenders swimming in BBQ sauce. The sauce was surprisingly spicy. Not too much spice, it was pleasant. I was annoyed to see that I had approximately 1 and 1/2 pickle slices to accompany the tenders. I guess I needed to ask for extra pickles to have one for each tender. I'm not a fan of this location because of the drive through is and how they run it. Once you enter you can not leave and you always get your food before you get to the window so you are stuck waiting until the 4 cars ahead of you also gets their food. I understand that they are trying to keep things moving and it would be different if you could hop out of line once you get your food but, you can't. Wanted to grab a quick breakfast after getting gas at Costco and before taking my car to the dealership for repairs. Checking my options on Yelp, this Chick-fil-A was going to be the fastest. It located in the parking lot of South County Mall in a very cramped space. Even in their own parking lot, they had cones up blocking the direction and path you could travel. There were more people using the drive-thru then coming inside to pick-up their food. Does anyone get out of their car anymore? I've recently gotten hooked on Cold Brew Iced Coffee and was impressed to see that Chick had one on their menu. However, it had more ingredients then I wanted. Chick-fil-A Iced Coffee is handcrafted daily, made with a custom blend of cold-brewed coffee and fresh 2% milk, sweetened with pure cane sugar and served over ice. I just wanted the coffee with no milk or sugar. It was good, but I didn't want the sugar. My breakfast was a plain and simple Chicken Biscuit. How can you go wrong? A chicken biscuit is definitely more tasty then a sausage biscuit. The biscuit was fluffy and the chicken was crisp and juicy. The service was typical cold fast food service. There was nothing warm and fuzzy about the interchange with the staff. I did like that they had fresh flowers and a box to "Save Our Sauce". The employees at Chick-Fil-A work so hard to give you high quality chicken. The nuggets and sandwiches are quite good! Whenever we ask the kids if they want some Chick-fil-a, they shout, "YES!" The drive through isn't the worst. It was easier than most to get through. The breakfast at Chick-fil-A is yummy! I love their egg, cheese, and bacon biscuit. Like most CFAs, this is a good one. They're always swamped, but their drive thru process is so efficient that it doesn't even matter. My go-to is the spicy chicken with fries and a Coke. You can't go wrong. Add the Texas Pete if you want more heat. read more

I go here a lot because it's dependable. They will get you your food and 99% of the time it will be completely accurate. They are nice and to the point. They keep it professional. Even when they have 30 cars in drive thru and a full house inside - they do an amazing job. Their menu is diverse and if you're someone trying to watch your sugar, carbs, or gluten they have all the options for you to choose from. Also, it's always clean in here. read more

This is definitely not the best Chick-fil-A. Ive been here many times and they have messed up my order more than a few times. One time I went through the drive thru right before they were about to close, when I got home I noticed they messed up my order. I tried to call but they were closed so I called the next day and they said there was nothing they could do because it was the next day... so I guess if you go here near close and they mess up your order than your screwed. Also the portions regarding fries and drinks are inconsistent. Sometimes my drink will only be 3/4 filled. Also see the attached picture showing my medium french fry today, it has about 4 fries in it. There has never been a Chick-fil-A I didn't like. I appreciate a fast food place where the service is great and the food is of high quality (for fast food) and tasty. My stomach never hurts after I eat CFA, which unfortunately is not the case for most fast food. This location is great, since it's about a mile from where I work! I've been stopping by at least once a week since they opened to get an ice dream (ice DREAM, not just ice cream) cone before going home. There are lots of parking spaces here (unlike the CFA in Brentwood). The drive through is efficient and it's set up well as far as the route being out of the way of the parking spaces. The employees are friendly and sometimes even genuinely enthusiastic. Inside, it's bright and clean, with huge windows and modern decor. I love the fresh flowers; it's always a nice touch. If I'm eating a meal here and not just getting an ice dream cone, I usually get a kid's meal with 8 count nuggets. That way, I get my sweet tea (which is actually sweet enough for my southern taste buds), my tasty nuggets (which you can tell are made of real chicken), waffle fries, AND an ice dream cone. Everything I want for less than $5. Oh, the way to get the ice dream cone is to take the toy from the kid's meal and trade it in. It's only a kid-sized ice dream cone, but it's the perfect amount after I finish the rest of my meal. And they never judge me for getting a kid's meal!! read more

We wanted to try the new salads. When we arrived we entered the drive thru lane and were met by employees taking the orders outside in the lanes. We order two salads and paid. We proceeded they the lane and when we neared the drive thru window an employee called our name, approached the car and handed us a bag. As soon as I grabbed it I could tell it only had one salad. I checked the ticket and was relieved to see that even though we order two salads we were only charged for one. Just today me and my husband took our girls to eat and then play in kids are which they enjoy. We left the place at about 7:30 and I end up forgetting my phone there and about 9 o'clock I'm searching for my phone at home. I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. When I am on business out of town I will actually use Google to find the nearest one so I can have a meal I know I will love. I was super excited to see a location in South County! I have been really enjoying the grilled market salad. It's very satisfying and yummy! My only criticism (not food-related) might be the location they chose at South County Mall in the parking lot... It's not really a great location, and it's sort of sunken in a hole where you can't see it very well. The awkward way they have the drive-thru can make it a little dangerous with pedestrians crossing in front of the cars trying to get in and out of the drive-thru. I stop here on Tuesdays before work. People might not know this but they have an amazing breakfast biscuit and I am VERY selective when it comes to biscuits. Sadie seems to always be there when I go and she is great and attentive, it helps that it's never crowded when I'm there in the morning so they have plenty of time to do what they can for you. Overall I've never been to a Chick Fil A that I didn't like but this one is by far my favorite. I'm so happy I don't have to drive to Arnold anymore as this is on my way to work.
