Great food. The service was fast and they were all very nice It took then 38 seconds after I ordered to finish my meal! Great work! read more

Kinda disappointed in this location. I asked for a little John with all the extras on it but just received a default little John standard sandwich. The cashier seemed to acknowledge what I said like he understood but clearly he didn't. It was ok as far as Jimmy John sandwiches go but nothing special. Sandwich was very dry. I also asked for a cup of water and never got one. I ended up eating the dry sandwich because I was in a hurry. Yeah I know I could have asked them for a cup again but they should have gotten it right the first time. The cashier just didn't do a good job of listening. The bathroom was out of order as well but I need to go so it felt awkward using the women's bathroom as the men's had an out of order sign with no other message about using the women's bathroom. I would have appreciated some signage on the women's bathroom explaining the situation. I do wish JJ would have genderless bathrooms. Also JJ's has, for some time, stopped listing the freebies, and you have to specifically ask for it. Also I will never understand why the napkins are behind. The counter and you either have to reach back there to grab them which doesn't make me feel good reaching the counter. It's like they are cost cutting in every way possible. read more

I order a simple turkey and cheddar, with mustard. that is it. they get it right every time. not hard to do, but I like consistency. they are always friendly, and quick for the most part. the place is clean, and someone usually jumps out to the lobby every few minutes to wipe down tables. good operation. read more

This place gets mixed reviews, my experience was totally wonderful! Great location, attentive employees, and a tasty loaded sandwich. It also helps that the place was super clean. If you're ever in Sherwood, do give them a try. read more

Worst managed store i have ever seen! Over an hour for delivery 3 of the last 4 times i have ordered. This last time was over an hour in a half and when I called to complain the horrible management did not even offer an apology. I will probably never order from Jimmy John's ever again if this is the way they run their business! The GM of this store deserves to be fired immediately. You should be ashamed of yourselves! read more

Worst sandwich I've received to date. Usually they are ok for a quick bite on my lunch break but today when I opened up my sandwich it had hardly nothing on it!! It was awful , not filling whatsoever unless you are into bread and mayo sandwiches. Glad I ordered chip and a pickle because this was terrible and I won't be back to this location. read more

Reward site is down alot, and says can't review your rewards at this time. Also sandwich order is always missing something when you customize. Need way better training or more competent employees. Maybe manager is not paying attention. It's just random! read more

the place was completely empty and we order and then sit to wait for our food, the cashier/the one making the sandwiches (young man) started talking to a group of boys around the same age and stood at the register and talked for 20+ mins while our sandwiches still had not been made, it was only up until we went up and asked how much longer it would be then he finally started making our food, overall very dissatisfied with the service read more

There is nothing "freaky fast" about this location. They use uber eats for delivery now apparently. About half the time they screw up my order and it takes over an hour to get an over priced mediocre sandwich. read more

Great location, it was super easy to order on their website and pick it up. It gives you an update once your order is ready. We also used a coupon code SAVE20 for any order over $10, it took 20% off & it expires on 9/5/20 It was a warm day and a cold tasty sandwich is perfect for such weather. My favorite is the Club Lulu it has turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I do add a little mustard and it's PERFECT! The bbq chips are really good as well. read more

The service and the food were excellent as always. I've always liked this location! Great loyalty program too.

Horrible . Service was fine. They literally slapped a few slices of Turkey on bread and called it good. Clean restaurant. read more

I would give this location no stars if I could. The employees all had the nastiest attitude when I walked in. God forbid you do your job and make a sandwich. And forget getting greeted. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. Even though were all struggling through covid the guy who delivered the food in a black car (refused to give his name) will shame you for not giving a bigger tip and ask for one because he has a car to pay for. Didn't even wait to see if we were going to give a bigger cash tip since thats what I prefer. Manager acted like she didn't give one shit said ok cool by the end of that call when we complained. I have never done a review or called to complain but this was rude and unprofessional. After supporting this business for years I'm done going here. read more

This is the most hurtful experience I have ever had with ordering sandwiches. It was very disrespectful and rude. As I started my order, they just hung up the phone with big sighs. There weren't even any excuses for not taking orders. AMAZING. read more

My parents and I always come to this Jimmy John's and never have had an issue with the service. We always enjoy our food and generally the atmosphere is is great. I would recommend this Jimmy John's and I will definitely go back. With that being said, I'm hoping this visit is just a one off and I'm hoping this reaches the franchise owner since I cannot seem to get ahold of them. The person that was kind of "running " the show made the environment extremely uncomfortable today. Every swear word you can think of was being thrown around. He helped an elderly couple and was very short with them as I observed. He made the other employee that was there at the time extremely uncomfortable and you could tell in that employees eye contact with me that he was apologetic but couldn't say it out loud. If you're that upset, just take a couple minutes and go to the back a take a few deep breaths... but it was truly unprofessional and unnecessary in front of customers. read more

We really like the food at this place, but tonight will probably be the last time we come to this location. The employee that helped us was rude and as my wife was ordering stood behind the counter with a disgusted look on his face like " hurry up lady your interrupting my day" he was a smart ass when asked questions also. I then thought they had mixed our food up and asked another employee if it was right and he was put out also. It must be a whole crew issue I guess. read more

Awful customer service!!! They screwed up an order; wouldn't fix it unless I paid more! The 'manager' came out and said they would make another but I would have to pay! It's a sandwich, not filet mignon. Very inexperienced staff and it's a shame because customer service should be a part of their business model. I will not be returning. Plenty of sandwich shops in the area that do a much better job. read more

I love Jimmy John's!!! I can't say enough good things about this place. Affordable and excellent quality, huge sandwiches. Always consistent and delicious. The #8 billy club is my favorite by far. Their peppers are out of this world in flavor and their pickles are divine. Reminds me of a really top notch kosher deli style pickle but at one tenth the price. If you're looking for a budget friendly sandwich with a lot of meat or even a veggie option or wrap, then you can't go wrong. Plus their freaky fast delivery truly is freaky fast. Always a reliable option and beats the pants off of Subway our Jersey Mike's. read more

I have been going to Jimmy Johns for years; in many different locations, and their service has always been lightining fast and always very friendly! I can only give three stars though because the music is always sooooooooooooo loud...at all locations, but in Sherwood, is is always blasting. I would like to note that I am 43 (not that old I don't think), and I listen to my stereo in my car at the highest possible volume, all the time, but I can't take music blasting that loud while I'm eating and trying to relax on my lunch break. My guess is that the owner wants to pump up his young staff and get them moving fast! My other guess is that the owner wants people in and out fast too...and believe me, if that's the goal, it is working. I saw two people eating their sandwiches outside in their cars.....hmmm....lol ;) Thanks for a great tasting sandwich though :) read more

My mother an I went there around 5:11pm today and they were closed. Last time I was in there we went in at 5:40 and said they closed at 6pm, and rushed us out. When we left, I checked the website, it said they were open until 9pm! What's the deal?! read more

Blah sandwich..maybe they need to hire better sandwich makers or train their existing ones. My sandwich didn't have enough fillings for a regular. Granted I omitted the cheese but they can up the veggies if someone doesn't get cheese. A $6 sandwich didn't fill me up! I like Jimmy Johns but this is my worst Jimmy sandwich ever. read more

Sandwiches are as you would expect. The reason for my 2 stars is the delivery service. They literally deliver within a few blocks only. Most of sherwood population are over by the YMCA/Woodhaven area and nope they won't go there, unreal. Was excited for something in the area that delivers other than pizza, let down. read more

The is the WORST Jimmy John's location. DO NOT go here! They have the WORST service. QUALITY? It's more of a DISAPPOINTMENT. BEWARE. I just talked to the manager. I bought a vegetarian sandwich & it tasted like it was made 6 hrs prior. You know the taste of staled lettuce & tomato? Yes my sandwich tasted like that. He spent 8 min arguing with me. Wasted my time over a $6 sandwich. I pay $8 for an Energy Bowl at Jamba Juice 4x a week. Do you think I care for $6? His behavior was disgusting. I will file a complaint to corporate office & spread the message here at the office. read more

I've been to this Jimmy John's about 10 times (even though I only have 6 check-ins). They opened a few months back. When any company first opens, I feel like you have to give them some slack. Training all new employees and getting into a groove can take a bit. You also can't just give up with one bad experience (thus the 10 visits). Unfortunately, as other reviewers have mentioned, they can't figure it out yet, even months later. The biggest problem seems to be quantity over quality. The sandwich is always made super fast. But it's only made correctly about 60% of the time. As another reviewer said, I would rather have it made right & slowly than get the wrong sandwich made quickly. The biggest problem seems to be in the details. For example, I have added bacon to a sandwich, then see no bacon. Same with hot peppers. I've also had no avocado added. But they sometimes place it between the cheese. Which is fine, as long as it's on there. The flow of their production almost encourages mistakes because they give you the receipt with the sandwich instead of when you pay. So you can't review what they put on the order until after it's already made. This really is noticeable with items that don't cost anything, like hot peppers. Some positive notes: the ingredients are almost always tasty and fresh. They are usually polite and no one back there seems to hating their jobs. Parking is awesome because of Walmart being there. Some other notes: the area to wait for your sandwich is awkward. Luckily you don't have to wait for long. But there isn't really a good area to stand. You are either in the walkway or standing in front of the soda machine. They also are not super giving on napkins. But this is Jimmy John related, not specific to this location. They don't give them with the sandwich. They are behind the counter and you have to reach over it to get any. I have never had a sandwich delivered or ordered online so I can't speak to any of that. In the end, I think I'm to the point of going elsewhere for lunch. Maybe I'll try again in 6 months or so. Hopefully they can get it figured out soon. read more

We ordered online. It was so easy to register on their website, customize and order our sandwiches. We paid for our order online to expedite pick-up. I ordered the Turkey Tom, no mayo, with all veggies on wheat. It was very good, the bread was thick sliced and soft. Wow, it was only 420 calories with less than 6 grams of fat! Ordered a pickle on the side, it was crispy and had a good flavor. Overall I enjoyed the ease of the online ordering process, order pickup and the sandwich itself. Good luck in your new location and don't let us down. read more

Nice friendly service but wasn't totally impressed with the sandwich. It''s not that it was real bad it's just that it wasn't real great.

Jimmy John's always has a great sandwich. Great price! I was excited when they finally offered delivery to my work. If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $8.50 for a pickle and this PATHETIC excuse you call a lettuce wrapped sandwich? If I wasn't SO upset right now, I would waltz right back down to the shop and give the entire place a piece of my mind. This is PATHETIC. Gee, thanks for the bundle of lettuce and so little ham and bacon I can barely see it, let alone taste it. At least the Jimmy Johns store by Intel knows how to make one, you should take lessons from their shop! Unbelievable. I really hope this review finds you, and you pay attention to what is going on o side your store. This is NOT Okay. read more

Over an hour wait for the food to arrive! Freaky fast, I think not! This is the second time I've ordered and they were 45 min. late the time before. After working all day and starving I contemplated between Jimmy John's and Firehouse subs. Guess I made the wrong decision by going to Jimmy John's. Ordered a #1 which is ham and cheese. I drove back home (tualatin) only to find out they didn't put the ham on it. I called and they basically told me there was nothing they could do unless I drove all the way back tonight. No sorry, no nothing. Firehouse subs it is tonight. Thank you Jimmy johns!!!!! read more

I come into JJ's at least once a week. They are always courteous, smiling, and greet me when I walk in. I order the same thing every time. It's what I like. Love that they have sweet tea. Chips are good, the cookies are good. And did I mention they're fast. The sandwich maker literally listens to what is being ordered to begin making the sandwich. By the time I fill my drink, the sandwich is done. So fast! And when I leave I get a long round of thank you's and see you next time. Great business and great food. read more

"X sauce" means EXTRA Olive Oil and Vinegar, it does not mean NO Olive oil and vinegar! Not sure how many times I get NO OLIVE OIL and VINEGAR! So frustrating. I usually go pick up my order now because on occasion when I pay for them to deliver, they deliver the wrong sandwhich (not made to order) and the pop is 2 inches below the top. Unacceptable!!!!! Everytime I indicate that the order was wrong, or that I had to come to the shop to correct the order after I paid for delivery, they NEVER offer to compensate for the delivery charges. Going on $6.00 now that I have paid, but had to go back. It is such a hit a miss here! Not sure if the turn over is so high due lack of pay or what, but it's a crapshoot on my order! Why I keep going back, not sure... It's getting close for me to go to the another sandwhich place soon. Get your crap together and pay attention to your customers complaints. One of the supervisors always gives me a glare when I come in too. Maybe get your crap together and I wouldn't have to complain. I also complain in a nice manner too, I don't talk down to them, treat them bad, I just want my order right. Damn them for making good sandwhiches when they are made correct. I don't ask for much!! read more
