I've been going to the Jimmy John's in Salisbury for years. The food and service were great, until a few months ago. Now the service is really slow. I always order ahead online. I prefer to pickup in the drive through, but if there are 2 cars that will be at least 15 minute wait. If that is the case, I go inside to get my food, but even that is slow. One time, 20 minutes after ordering online, I went inside and they still hadn't made my sandwich. I can't spend 15-20 minutes of my lunch hour waiting for them to make a sandwich, so I will take JJ of my list of lunch options. read more

Have been wanting to try Jimmy John's for years. First time going...not too impressed. Wife ordered a BLT that was okay but pretty dry. Personally ordered the new 3 cheese pizza sub...and ended up with a glorified hot-pocket. Best part of the meal was the fountain drink. Definitely not worth the value for the money. Why do employees ask for tips? It's a drive through and a pick up order!! Please! Where they trained that way?

I went to Jimmy John's to have a previous order replaced that was all messed up. I get home with my new order and they literally took one piece of turkey ripped it into pieces and put it on my sandwich. This is more like a veggie and cheese sub. The only reason I even noticed it was because I had to add mayo when I got home ready to eat it. TWICE we have tried to order from here, and BOTH TIMES OUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED. By 8 pm they will be out of bread and god forbid you ask them to simply do a wrap instead, they act like it's absolutely impossible and you're stupid for even asking. Just overall horrible customer service, they didn't have a problem taking our money with absolutely no idea if or when we would get a refund. Please don't waste your time and just avoid the pretty much guaranteed headache you will get from ordering from this store. read more

This was a nice place to visit. I went to the va hospital in salsbury. On the way home we saw a jimmy johns. So we stopped in. They was cleaning up but stopped to serve is. I had a roast beef and turkey. My son i don't know what he got. We both had chips and pop. The food was good. Nice service. Clean of course because they was cleaning up.to go home. Ordered online for delivery and missed their call. They left a voicemail saying I could come pick it up but then immediately voided the order and now I have to wait 3-5 days for my money back. If you don't have delivery drivers the order needs to be stopped online or have an alternative resolution besides tying my money up and canceling my order. read more

The three times I have ordered here, I asked for onions on my sub. All three times they forgot them? I thought adding onions would be easy, but I guess it is to much trouble for them? Slim on the meats and expensive for what you get. It was $9.25 for an 8" sub. That's $1.10 an inch crazy! Next time I will try Jersey mike's across the street. read more

A newer location in Salisbury, Jimmy Johns was a great addition to this shopping center. The people working are super nice and patient for someone who never knows what she wants when she gets to the register. The decor is typical Jimmy Johns style and entertaining read. It also includes some fun things in the bathrooms so make sure to check those out. The sandwiches including bread live up to Jimmy Johns standards, but alas are not available toasted, which is why Jimmy Johns cannot be my number 1 go to sandwich place. read more

Jimmy Johns had a great menu, however they changed it. It appears they have cut down on the amount of meat you get now. I ordered a Hunters club unwick and only one layer of beef. They need to go back to the original menu. very disappointed. Guess its time to try somewhere else read more

We love jimmy johns and decided to go try the new location today. It's the first free standing one we've been too, they are usually in a strip mall. Upon walking in I couldnt get over the size of it, this is the biggest JJ's I've ever seen! Staff was friendly, we ordered and had our food right away. Our sandwiches were delicious though my ham had a few grissly places in it. I always get the #7 on 7 grain bread and hubby gets the gargantuan. I'm surprised though being in Salisbury they didnt have Cheerwine on the fountain machine, I was disappointed in that and took off a star for it. We'll be back but would like to see Cheerwine. read more

They deliver to my work and each driver I have ever met has been very nice. They are just as described "good food fast". The sandwich is made with all the yummy ingredients just as I ordered it. So glad Salisbury finally got a Jimmy Johns! I love the bread! The Salisbury location has kept with the good quality of the other Jimmy Johns in the area. They haven't quite gotten to the speed of other Jimmy Johns I've been to, yet there still very quick with getting your order out and a lot faster then other sandwich shops in the area. Lots of close-by choices to get a sub..... chose JJ's and went thru drive thru. Feb 16th at 12:31 chk#81. Guy at window had no manners and said nothing except what I owed for my order. In some parts of the country ungrateful dispositions are typical, but here we think manners and a simple "thank you for your business" are necessary..... especially in a highly competitive area where currently even more competition is about to open up. Great sandwich (JJ'S BLT) but nothing in the bag to bring me back anytime soon. read more

In a rush, closest drive thru...wow...pleasantly surprised. first time visit to a jimmy johns ever. the salt and vinegar bagged chips were the best I have ever tasted...just the right amount of both ingredients...the corners of my mouth were not assaulted! I chose the italian sub sandwich...delicious...I could taste every ingredient..Fresh..perfect amount of meat, cheese, lettuce, sauce....very filling. service was so fast...ladies at window were professional and sweet. Wish I could give the time I was there...sorry. Anything to yelp about...the prIce was a little more than i usually like to spend, and the dr. pepper...was horrible...warm, watered down something...not sure what...maybe the machine. Good cold subs. Usually go through the drive through, but have on occasion went in to dine. Food is always very fresh and very good. Quality meats and veggies make this a great place for lunch, I'm not too concerned about lack of a smile or greeting as long as they remain a great value !! read more

Stopped for a break and a quick bite to eat when driving thru Salisbury. The place was very clean, and the staff was the friendliest I have ever seen. The food was fantastic and I enjoyed watching the staff work together to put those great tasting meals out the door in record time. I will stop here every time I am close to Salisbury. The guy working the drive through window had on food prep gloves. He took the money, then proceeded to help make sandwiches. Yuk! Needless to say the sandwich went in the trash. They need to take their gloves off to handle cash, WASH their hands, and then put on new gloves. This is disgusting. Will never go there again read more
