The collard greens were really good and definitely one of the highlights. The coleslaw, though, was way too pepper heavy for my taste. Also, the piece of bread that comes with the meal was honestly not worth the calories. I'd rather see them either upgrade the bread or skip it altogether. This location really surprised me I hadn't been into this one probably in close to just at onset of Covid when things were open for takeout no dining in and it sucked. I remember because I got stuck here for the weekend and this sits directly on the same property as the pilot does just steps away. However times have changed in our post covid world things have gotten better or something's haven't I decided if I was hungry I wanted something quick I had a taste for Bo's and I said screw it let's go see what it's like. If I made another mistake so be it. I walked in and I was greeted promptly I noticed it was very clean in there which really surprised me from the last time. I ordered up my usual favorite the two piece I mix it a leg and a breast. And I got my two favorite sides the dirty rice and the Cajun pintos and got a fountain drink Diet Pepsi Quality of the food was fantastic. The bathroom was very clean I had to use it before I got back on the road and this one really surprised me this is a very much much improved Bo's I would definitely come back to this one again when I'm rolling down 85 outside of Greensboro to Charlotte corridor again. I've noticing a lot more positive newer reviews on Google also. So keep up the good work at this one I see why a lot of drivers like to whip in and grab some chicken and head back out again.
