Fantastic Jimmy John's location, very clean & serves fantastic food really fast! The staff was really nice & Nallely was so sweet!

I had gone to Jimmy Johns and got a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. I got my sandwich and opened it up and saw that half of the sandwich was lettuce. The guy who was at the drive through window was definitely stoned. The service was pretty slow. This isnt the actual location of the Jimmy Johns I went too but it was by the zoo. read more

waited 25 mins for my 2 subs. There were 3 of us total on the drive thru. pretty insane

Literally so slow. Took 20 minutes plus to get through drive thru. Definitely not freaky fast

they took my order fast and the food was fresh. Employees super friendly. Looks clean inside.

Normally don't leave reviews but this is already the 3rd issue I've had with this JJ. I pulled up today to order a meal. I was sitting there waiting to order for about a min or two without being acknowledged. A simple " we'll be right with you" goes a long way. I pull up to the window to see if I can order. The lady at the window tells me "your suppose to order in the drive thru" I explained that I had been sitting there for a min. She said she's the only one in there that can make sandwiches. I asked her if I can just order here now and she got an attitude mumbled something shook her head and said alright what can I get you. At this point why would I want to spend my money here. Only reason I go is because it's close by. I'll just go to subway they better service. read more

Stopped by this Jimmy Johns to grab a sandwich with my daughter just now. With 1 car at the drive through and no one in the store we stood there for 3 min (right in front of the staff) before even being greeted only to be told "we will be right with you". Walked out and will be going to another store. read more

Ignore the rating. I am not sure why this restaurant has a low rating. Every time I eat here, the food is prepared quickly, the employees are attentive, the sandwiches taste great, and the prices are reasonable. The inside of the restaurant is clean. read more

4 stars in Yelpworld is "Yay, I'm a fan!" And that's how I feel about this Jimmy John's location on L Street. Whether I dine in or take the drive thru, it's always consistently good sandwiches and service here. A friendly hello from the staff behind the counter along with the random sayings hung on the walls always makes me smile. The restaurant is well lit too. As for the food, the turkey sandwich (#4) is my favorite; made fast and fresh especially with sprouts and that whole grain Jimmy Mustard; delicious! I've never had a store make my slim sandwhich wrong except for this store. Avoid this location unless you want something cheaper than what you wanted and pay for. read more
