This is the first time I have had the experience of an automated drive through. How do I explain this ? Here is an example, sometime when you are paying a bill by phone and you've been on hold for so long you newborn is getting ready to graduate from highschool, thats where it happens. An artifical voice say something like, "You can use our automated system and end your wait". Its a lie. My poor wife spent almost twice as long trying to give the machine voice. I don't have to explain what a McDonalds is. But here's what you might want to know about this one. This place is incredibly busy, especially during the morning rush and at lunch. They get a lot of commuters going through the drive through, and construction workers inside. Seating is very limited, so it's best to plan on take-out. Food is McDonalds standard. The crew here is pretty helpful, and they're happy to make "secret menu" items and special orders as long as the ingredients are on hand. Tip: if the drive-through looks crowded, be sure to enter off of F street. read more

I've been here twice I think. The first time we ordered a plain chicken sandwich. When opening the packaging it was a bun only. No chicken. So I guess it was a plain chicken sandwich. We tried it again tonight. Never again. I ordered the two cheeseburger combo. With no pickle or onion. One of them came correct the other came with onion. So my husband took the cheeseburger back to the counter and said can we please have one with no pickle no onion. They handed him a new cheeseburger and he came back to the table. We opened it up there was onion and pickle. he took it up again. And demanded they make a fresh cheeseburger with no pickle no onion. You'd think that five teenagers standing around at the counter could maybe make sure the order came out correctly. Also, they forgot the apple slices we had ordered. Against my better judgment I went through the drive thru, only to have the associate yell through the intercom, "Nah, we dont have that" after I ordered the chicken tenders and 3 other things, I asked, what, all confused, he said chicken.
