I continue to hope the ability to award ZERO stars for epic fails. JJ's is the most recent experience I've had that truly warranted the "less than a star" aware value. Let me share how this less-than-stellar visit rolled out: ~I ordered a turkey Unwich, no cheese, no mayo. Simple, eh? ~I received a turkey sub sandwich with cheese, mayo, etc.etc. ~Walked up to the counter, explaining that what they brought me was nothing close to what I ordered, displayed my receipt and order detail ~Asst Mgr apologized, saying they were, "awfully busy." ~Second try was all the stuff on the original sub sandwich that they made incorrectly, simply thrown in a lettuce wrap. LOTS of shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, turkey IN A LETTUCE WRAP. Looked like a salad there was such much lettuce! ~I returned the 2nd attempt, explaining what the outcome was supposed to be... ~It then appeared that they just removed the un-ordered ingredients and inserted into lettuce wrap. NOTE: We arrived at 1pm on purpose to avoid the crunch at lunchtime and it still seemed impossible to craft an Unwich. I surrender. read more

*UPDATE* order was received at 12:55 pm. If I could give them lower than one star I would. Ordered thru the app based on my location for an 11:15 am delivery. I called at 11:30 because no one had shown up. They said they just left and it would be 15 more minutes. The driver calls and says it's too far away and blamed me for choosing the wrong store so I called the store back for the manager and the driver answered! Why wasn't he out the door at 11:00 for delivery at 11:15? Why was he answering at the store at 11:45?? They transferred my order and allegedly it's in its way and yes I still have to pay for an hour late delivery if it arrives. This lunch at Creighton is time sensitive. It's an app problem not mine and it should have been caught before my 11:15 delivery. SMH. read more

I'm not a big fan of Jimmy John's, but my kids love the sandwiches so we occasionally will go to one. They are good sandwiches but I personally think there are better sandwich places. That said, this place gets 5 stars. If it wasn't for their staff, they'd get 3.5. (This review is about a month from when we went in cause life got busy). To whom it may concern in the corporate office, your current staff at this location (114th and Dodge area) is amazing. Seriously, these guys are what it's all about when it comes to customer service and just being an awesome representation of JJ. Here's what happened. 4 kids who are hungry, it's cold and they have lots of energy. It was almost 7 and for whatever reason the place was empty. The kids ordered and the staff was attentive and asked them all the questions instead of me, which is great cause they need to learn to order and tell them what they want. The food came out freaky fast, as promised and they ate their food. I was being funny and bet one of the kids I could make a shot into the trash bin with my wrapper. I missed and tried again from further away, missed again. One guy says "A cookie to whoever makes the first trick shot". I looked and him a bit bewildered since most places would discourage this behavior. The kids look at me like can we dad. I said you heard him. About 3 minutes of sandwich wrapper trick shooting occurs before the youngest makes a pretty crazy shot and everyone yells. The guy presents her with her winnings and we clean up our mess and leave. My kids talk about how cool the staff was and I'm left knowing I'll be back for more JJ's and if they are empty maybe some trick shots. That's a great experience that makes me want to come back. read more

Look, this place is about the only drivethru and healthy option in the area, so I'm sure I'll still go back and therefore won't give 1 star. But come on guys. I drive through and 1:45 in the afternoon, nowhere near busy time, and I have problems. I ordered ONE thing, a slim four. I end up getting a number 4. Close, but no cigar. I don't do mayo, I don't do lettuce, so that's not gonna work. Then when I get to the window, the girl working the window didn't seem the least bit interested in the fact that I was there. The only words she told me were my total and "have a good night" (remember, not even 2pm). She was, however, fully capable of joking around and laughing with her coworkers inbetween those two engagements. Very frustrated. JJ's is better than this. This location has even been better than this. Step up your game and maybe hire someone with customer service experience. read more

Tasty food. A little pricey and not the best subs in town, but they deliver. And it's not like the food is terrible. It's just that there are better subs available elsewhere. Plus, here you have to settle for chips; no other sides are available. But that being said, I continue to order Jimmy John's for lunch and have them deliver. It took absolutely forever to get us our food. Multiple people have gotten out of the drive thru line to go inside or leave the restaurant. We only ordered 2 sandwiches and it took 30 minutes. I just ordered two sandwiches at 10:02 and the employees working were INSANELY nice about it. Didn't realize they closed at 10 and they insisted on making our food, after I asked what their hours were in the drive-thru prior to ordering. That deserves a good review. read more

Jimmie John's is one of the few fast food restaurants that delivers exactly on their promise. Wether you order online for pick-up, walk-in, or have it delivered they truly are exceptionally fast and efficient. Food is always good and made as you requested. How many times have you left a fast food joint to see you got someone else's order or didn't get something you payed for, even though the receipt taped to the bag clearly says correctly what you ordered? Anyways, this location is no exception. All employees are upbeat and chipper, food was good and super fast. I wish other fast food joints were this efficient. read more

Never accept a sandwich without opening the wrapper and making sure it's correct. Most times I've gone here my sandwich has been super bad. Once I opened the wrapper and my sandwich was not on the bread. Wrapped up together, yes, but the bread hadn't even been opened. Another time they completely forgot to add the meat to my #5 Vito. They also like to add veggies and mayo to their Slim #1's. But the thing that really disgusted me was when I took my sandwich back (on the day they forgot the meat) where they took my sandwich, added the meat, and handed it back unwrapped. Was handled by lots of people without changing their gloves. I also know that company policy is to start over and completely make a new sandwich to avoid being unsanitary. Since then I have not been back. It's not safe to eat here and a waste of money. read more

Customer service very poor. Arrived with kids we were not greeted. No one in the place the people behind the counter were bossy and sassy. I asked to modify my large sandwich and they were not accommodating. They refused then all 4 of them stood behind the counter and said no we can not do that won't happen. Had I not have paid we would have left. They said they had to beat the time deadline? THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS..once they finished they all got back to chatting and messing with their phones texting...the restaurant area was a mess. The kids and I felt uncomfortable being there but we did not want to eat in the car. Very unpleasant experience. Next time I will beat the time deadline and go to any number of restaurants that are the competition. Too bad good concept and ok sandwich but it was a horrible experience. read more
