I asked them if that meant the sandwich was just 'Hot' and not 'Xtra Hot' and I was told that if I ordered extra hot then it meant it was extra hot. My sandwich was really delicious. While the smashed patties didn't have the lacy crisp edges a next-level smashburger does, it's fast food, so I'm not going to hold it against them (I may be tough, but I am reasonable!).
