My sandwich was ready when requested was delicious. as always I've given up on the competitors It's always Jersey Mike's Subs for me!

Ick. One star above subway in my book and I'm not a fan of either. The smell alone makes me nauseous. Unfortunately, my kids don't feel the same way and love Jersey Mike's. It also is conveniently located next to where they play tennis and may be one of the more healthy fast food options to choose from (chipotle, panda express, etc). So we end up here more than I'd like. I've also found that their lunch hour tends to be very busy (guess my kids aren't the only fans) so i recommend ordering ahead on mobile. I made the mistake of not doing that today and waited in the slowest smelly line for about 20 minutes. Everytime i step in there i tell myself it will be the last time, but find myself there the next week because it's an easy, fast lunch that all 3 of my kids can agree on (hence 3 stars)...but no Jersey Mike's for me! read more

I should not be doing this when I'm not fuming mad. I am trying to contain myself. It was just horrific folks. I had forgotten how bad this location is. Truly corporate needs to step in! Hell Cat Subs told me to contact them last time. I did not. Let's start with a gentleman who was eating (or at least still chewing ) while making my sandwich "Mike's way."Food was dripping off his lips into the condiments. I told him about it and he thanked me kindly and wiped his lips. To the store- check your surveillance video and see if I'm telling the truth. You will see it. I wanted a giant kahuna and a giant jersey shore. Turns out they didn't have bread. Yes they didn't have white bread and a jersey Mike's! So I settled for two regulars with older bread. The gentleman kept insisting that I order by number. And kept asking me things "do you want lettuce on your 56?" Or whatever the # . But here's the worst part (and just wait until you see the picture) I was given an ice cold steak sandwich. With the ice cold cheese thrown outside the sandwich into the wrapper. Look at the picture! Tell me Jersey Mike's would you feed this to someone in your family? What a disgrace. You really should be ashamed of yourselves. If one iota of this is wrong then let it all be wrong. This place is unbelievable. I walked in and everybody was just smiling and saying hi. Grant welcomed us and was very zealous and awesome. Zach made the best sandwich ever. They were training and having fun, what a great sight to see. On Sunday 6/22/2025 I placed my lunch order on the app. Came into the store and walked up to the counter. The guy asked me my name, I told him, and he told me they were still making it, and it would be just a couple of minutes. No problem. I see him, maybe 2-3 minutes later making what looks to be my order. He finishes it, puts it up on the shelf, and then walks away seemingly to take his break. Doesn't call my name or anything. I look at the ticket on the bag and see that, sure enough, my name is on it. Then the Asian guy asks "can I help you?". I point to the bag and say "yeah that's my order". He then hands it to me. As I'm about to walk away he says, "don't ever reach over the counter and touch anything". I say "excuse me?!". He starts lecturing me on the protocol, as if I'm A) stealing food and B) touching food. I explain to him that I didn't reach over, and I certainly didn't touch anything. Again, he lectures me. I then explain that the guy who asked me my name then made my order, put it up and then walked away so my food could just sit there while it gets old. The absolute worst service of any chain restaurant we've ever experienced. My companion ordered a 6 inch and the manager took the time to berate her about what Jersey Mike's terminology is about sandwich sizes in a very rude and demeaning way. This used to be the best staff in the entire area. Extremely professional and friendly. Used to be four people there - today (Thursday) there were only two and both were new. Definitely worth the wait for these freshly prepared sandwiches. I used their app to place order while I was enroute to the restaurant. Very easy to use interface. The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked about our order (we arrived prior to the stated time on the app). Pepsi products are sold, either bottle or fountain. I only had the Italian before, which was pretty good this time as well. All ingredients were fresh and the juice is a must for the Italian, a bit sloppy but it's fun like that. One Giant is equivalent to 4 mini's. I think I would have been filled on a mini. But this time I wanted to try some others as well, the club and the cheese steaks. The Club had bacon, which added some nice texture and smokiness. The cheese steak is better than what I've had when in Philly. It had good flavor, well seasoned beef, the toppings were awesome with mushroom, onion and peppers. I think the cheesesteak is what I'll go with going fwd. Nothing like a hot sandwich with the melty cheese. They have about a dozen tables for dine in, but we noticed alit of folks just did pickup from order in store. I think more people should use the app to expedite, but maybe it's just me...I hate to wait in queue. I digged the beach vibe and the art along the wall. Did an online weeknight order to eat inside the restaurant. It was easy to order on the app. When we arrived the white bread had just come out of the oven so the bread had to sit for a bit before it was cool enough to handle and make sandwiches with. We ordered 3 giant subs to share. The original Italian, the club Supreme and the big kahuna cheesesteak. All the sandwiches were freshly made and tasty. They cut the giant subs into 4 equal parts so its easier to eat. 2 pieces of the giant is equivalent to their regular sized sub. The cheesesteak is fresh made to order, so that is an added plus for their hot subs. The mikes seasonings and oil and vinegar combination definitely makes the sub here. read more

There's not much to say about this shop that is part of the Jersey Mike's chain. It's pretty much like every other location I've visited and that's a good thing. We came here for lunch and waited in a line that moved forward at a moderate pace. If you're in a rush, be sure to order ahead on their app. At the counter, I ordered a giant classic Italian sub to share with a few additions to "Mike's Way." There were no mistakes. The food service area was clean and the workers were courteous. The dining area was similarly tidy although some tables needed to be wiped down having been recently used. We ate the sub with some chips and soda from home. It was delicious. read more

I came here for lunch and it took 25 minutes to grab two regular sandwiches during lunch rush which was longer than I expected. But when I ordered my sandwiches no one asked what toppings I wanted on my sandwich so they just handed me both sandwiches. I thought the whole point of having an assembly line at the topping section is to ask what toppings you want so that you can customize your sandwich. The one person kept complaining that they asked me when I addressed it but I was standing waiting so I walked out with two sandwiches with toppings that I didn't want. Came here once to get some subs while I was on a lunch break. I don't go to Jersey Mike's at all but the employees talked to me like I was an idiot and were strong arming me to make me believe that I should "drive 30 miles to get my subs every day " I get the enthusiasm but that was a bit too far. I placed an online order for pick-up for myself and two work colleagues at this location today. Picked up the order and took it back to my office. Discovered after opening my sandwich order (tuna) that it was missing a key ingredient - the tuna. Immediately called the location to request that they refund me for that part of the order. Called 4 times and it went to voicemail each time. Despite the fact that there were at least 9 associates working behind the counter when I picked up the order, no one could pick up the phone? Sounds like a great sales prevention strategy. I am now not happy so I get back in my car and drive back to the location to get a refund. I relate this information to the woman behind the counter who never apologizes for the inconvenience and seems annoyed that I'm complaining during their lunch rush. I'm a regular at Jersey Mikes but this location disappointed not for the sandwich but for the drink cost. So I got a mini sub and a large fountain drink and paid the price for that. I then asked for another large cup so I could also get a large fountain ice water since I'm working outside and was dying of thirst. The girl handed me a small water cup which I know is typically what is done but I nicely asked for a big cup. She said I need to charge you the 2.79 for a large drink. I mean really!!! Charge me for the cup at a fair price is one thing but a full blown large drink price for a fountain water is a bit absurd. Disappointed to say the least as this place is my stop when I work up here. What does a cup cost .25 or less. So in a bit shell I paid $6 for 1 drink and two cups. BS read more

For the most part, I really like Jersey Mike's. And the workers there are great but one young woman she has an attitude every time I walk in to order at first I taught it was because the place can get busy at lunch time and it can get nerving with so many people at once. But then I went back in on a different day, and she had the same attitude, and she acted as if she doesn't like me, but then I thought I had never treated her mean are said anything out of tune to her it's just her personality that make her like she is and it's really sad because the rest of her team is great. But she is a bad fit for the store because she is mean and I for one don't like talking to her because of her attitude maybe she should rethink working fast food because it take a skilled personality and a patience to work with the public and she definitely doesn't have neither. I was a semi-regular for a while, then I went several months without visiting, and now I've been back a few times over the last month. While I would have said 3.25 stars before, it's more like 2.75 now and sort of cements the idea that I should not be a regular. First, they stopped carrying Barbecue Baked Lay's. Major bummer. Second, they replaced the energetic middle-aged blokes who opened the store with a boatload of teenagers. Now, to be fair, these kids do a great job and are generally pleasant, but they're just not the same as the original crew. Third...well, the sandwiches are still just plain bland. The meats are good, but the bread and vegetables do not even register. And finally, no more stamp cards. I was coming back pretty obsessively to fill up my stamp card, and then they gave me another stamp card so I completed that one too. Now apparently the stamp cards are history. At least, I haven't been asked for mine, haven't been offered one, and haven't seen another customer's. So I conclude that they discontinued the stamp cards. So there is no impetus for me to return. Actually they have decent sandwiches and use to go occasionally. Today during the big corona virus scare I went in to grab lunch. The tables were all dirty and full of leftover sandwich parts from high school kids. I asked them to clean a table off and watched her grab a dirty rag without any sort of cleaner or disinfectant. She proceeded to clean every table with the same dirty rag and never sprayed with any sort of anything. Just moved the dirt from one table to the next. I wonder what protocol they use behind the counter if they will do that in front of a customer. read more

I had the girl there (who may potentially be the manager from other reviews) practically scold me when they messed up my order as she whipped the sandwich into the garbage to remake.
