Very clean inside and modern with a play place. Employees were constantly sweeping the floor and customer service was top notch.

We ordered via the mobile app with pickup inside the store. The food was ready and warm by our expected pick up time. All items matched our order. The tables appeared clean and not crowded. There is plenty of parking at this location too. Will go again if we are in the area!

I had a craving for something cold, so I just stopped by to get an ice cream cone! It was not bad at all!

Half of an $18 meal with deceptive offer

I am terribly disappointed and feel betrayed by the bait-and-switch marketing I experienced while at the Deerfield, IL, location. Beware the Chick-fil-A "Be our guest" promotion offering "Your choice, our treat." This offer is only honored for specific products. My family does not frequent Chick-fil-A regularly, so the promotion was effective in attracting us to give them a try. When I presented the coupon to redeem for grilled nuggets to align with my low-carb lifestyle, I was told that only the traditional products were a part of the promotion. The Grilled Nuggets are a $0.70 premium above the Chick-fil-A nuggets and nearly twice the calories and eleven times the carbs. I plead my case, first with the cashier and then with the manager. I shared how disappointed I was and felt the promotion was deceptive. The manager retorted that many people do enjoy the offer. I further explained that my family does not consider Chick-fil-A among our meal options. As someone who markets my own business services, I know the tragedy of creating a promotion intended to raise awareness and create positive experiences only to have the opposite effect. While I understand that "many" may enjoy the promotion, who doesn't like free food? Unfortunately, the offer excludes those seeking a healthy option at their restaurant, forcing the far less healthy option over a difference of $0.70. The manager was unmoved and suggested that she would share my complaint with upper management. I am not confident that the message will be delivered or received. Best of luck to you, Chick-fil-A. You don't need my endorsement. You have a large and passionate brand following. I offer this review as constructive feedback on your marketing practices. The bottom line is that their promotion enticed me to give them a try, "their treat," and I ended up spending more than $18 on a meal for two rather than the offered and expected $13. Oh, and they got my wife's sandwich order wrong, too. Will we go back and add Chick-fil-A to our meal options, the intended purpose of the promotion? Ah, no.

Chick fil a Don't Play! Went to the drive thru for a simple mobile pre order of nuggets and fries. Get to window and employee asks me to go around the corner to drive thru parking spot to wait for my food cuz it wasn't ready yet. I explain to the person the last time they made me wait in that space someone forgot my order and i had to wait a long time. So she tells some manager who comes to window and politely says Sir the nuggets are not done and I can't have you impede service, if you don't move I will call the police. Mind you I said nothing to this guy who came up to window. Not one word. Did not say I'm not moving. Nothing. To be threatened in this way really shocked me. And even after that i still said nothing and drove to where they said, because 1. I get the pressure the food service employees face. 2. The kid looked like he was in high school and probably not used to dealing with these situations and probably explains his response. But dam to be threatened with the police at a drive thru by simply explaining my previous experience? Chick fila please do better.

Spicy Southwest Salad. Chicken was really spicy and quite good. The rest was blah.

I just don't get all the hype for this chicken joint. I've tried all I'm gonna try here. No more! It's just not good or craveable. From the chicken sandwiches to the chicken tenders to the crinkle cut tatters and the salad on my most recent visit it's just not all that good. I will say the spicy chicken on my salad WAS surprising spicy as advertised but the rest of it was not tasty at all. Bye-bye CFA

First time ordering from here. Had the nuggets, fries & Mac & cheese. The Mac & cheese is very good. Very decadent. The nuggets were yummy. Nice flavoring. Perfect 2 bite sized.!The waffle fries were eh. They were a tad cold.

We ordered a whole bird with a side of roasted potatoes (Rosemary Reds) and greens beans - plus the mole and Clucker's style sauces - and the cornbread... we also added a side of Mac and Cheese. The chicken was perfectly moist with a solid rub that had a great smokiness and rosemary flavor. It paired BEAUTIFULLY with both sauces. The mole negro is a bit thicker than I'm used to, but is perfect for the chicken, it's most like a peanut sauce consistency. The Clucker's sauce, a play on a honey mustard, is closer to a chutney - spectacular. Potatoes were perfectly seasoned with some roasted onions, they weren't super crispy but I attribute that to delivery (they were still a 5/5). Green beans were nicely blanched and had a strong fresh garlic flavor. Mac and cheese is not baked and more gooey - I prefer that, although a lot of people (my wife included) prefer it baked. Cornbread was delightful, but I'd get the corn tortillas next time, especially with that mole. If I could rate this place above 5 stars, I would, and we had delivery! I can't speak to the ambiance. But when recently walked past there, it looks great inside and has a patio, and the food, just from looking at people's plates, was memorable. Do support this awesome establishment! They will soon be expanding the space to include a bar and more tables. I am from California, so I look forward to see what they do to the place when I get back. I ordered the Etoufee Egg Rolls, Wings, and Jambalaya. My cousin ordered a burger, and his son ordered the Mac and cheese. OMG - the egg rolls were incredible. It came with a roumalade that I think they need to bottle up and sell. It's the kinda sauce you'd want to put on everything. I liked the texture and flavor of the wrap and omg the flavors tasted like they were wrapped in love. Chloe, the owner, told us that the jambalaya ones are even better. I was already ordering the jambalaya so I opted for the etouffee to get a wider variety of flavors. I ordered the wings with the lemon pepper and buffalo seasoning. The combo was a little salty, but good. That roumalade with it was bombacious! The jambalaya won my heart. It gave me the warm fuzzies because it felt like a beautiful story unfolded with every bite. So many flavors to take your tastebuds on an incredible journey. Love that the food is cooked in beef tallow. You can taste it in the fries. In the meantime, I ordered a Hot Chick (medium heat), with a side of fries, some extra pickles, and the garlic sauce to make my Slavic heart happy. The food came out fresh from the bubbling oil, it could be handled without burns, but clearly spent no time under a lamp. Both the chicken and the fries were fried to a delectable crunch. No twice-fried-as-an-excuse here, genuinely well done. My only note is that it feels as though the fries and chicken *may* have spent an extra 15 seconds in the fryer. While the innards were tender, it felt as though a tinge of moisture was sacrificed without need. The fries were seasoned perfectly, and other than the usual delight of dipping them into everything on the plate, they were perfect as they were. Fantastic amount too, not the starch overload of Five Guys, but not a skimpy serving either. The chicken sandwich was the real star. The medium contained some proper spice without having smoke come out the ears. It was well sauced, and had a great hit of acid from the pickles. Out of left field came the slaw: I was not expecting to like this to the point of almost leaving it out. However, it was fresh, felt homemade, and wasn't a mayonnaise bomb. Would order the again without complaints or reservations. I also had a chance to try their house-made lemonade. I appreciate that they use zero-calorie sweetener to cut down on sugars. However, it came out too sweet for my liking. It would be helpful to have options of level and type of sweet. Final notes: The server behind the counter was very welcoming and friendly, and the food came out in a reasonable time frame considering how fresh everything was. Final verdict: A case where I say it's a good thing Nash Bros is a little bit of a hike, otherwise I might visit too much for my health. Barring some minor notes, everything was scrumptious, and I'd happily order it all again (and likely will!)

We got here about 30 minutes before closing time. The restaurant was somewhat busy w/ dine-in and carry-out orders. I ordered their original Nashville Hot fried chicken sandwich made Xtra Hot based on their heat level offerings (which was the highest heat level) and my wife ordered their Honey Butter fried chicken sandwich with mild heat level. I also got their House Fries that were seasoned crinkle cut fries. We asked for cups of water but were told that they were out of cups, so either buy water or can of pop. They did not have fountain drinks. The food came out shortly. My etra hot sandwich tray was tagged as 'Hot' w/ three symbols. I asked them if that meant the sandwich was just 'Hot' and not 'Xtra Hot' and I was told that if I ordered extra hot then it meant it was extra hot. My sandwich was really delicious. The flavor was good and the texture was nice. The Xtra Hot flavor was not overwhelming but also it did not seem like the extra hot they said I should be mindful of because it was going to be very spicy. My sandwich was decently crunchy and the pickles and coleslaw had a tad bit of sweetness that went well with the heat of the fried chicken. The Brioche bun was well toasted. The fried chicken patty was decent in size. The Honey Butter fried chicken was a major letdown. It's a sandwich in Brioche bun w/ fried chicken and only spicy honey butter (no pickles or slaw). The bun and the fried chicken were drenched in melted butter but there was no taste of sweet heat or just sweet honey. The fried chicken patty didn't have any flavor either. We mentioned it to the staff members and they apologized for the way it turned out for us. The crinkle cut fries were okay. They were soft and unevenly seasoned. The seasoning was decent in taste. Overall, we had a decent experience. The service was okay. My original Nashville hot chicken was delicious but the Honey Butter chicken sandwich was anything but delicious. The restaurant aesthetics were decent. They have a live band performance area. It's a nice, friendly restaurant with a decent menu variety. We weren't wowed by the food but I would say that the original Nashville Hot fried chicken sandwich was worth trying.

First, the good: every piece of chicken was juicy, moist, and plump, so the quality of the chicken itself was great. The Deli Soy (Teriyaki) Wings were easily the best. They had a great savory garlic-soy flavor with a nice spicy kick that wasn't overpowering. The Original Drum Box was just okay. Nothing was wrong with it, but it was lacking seasoning and tasted pretty bland. The biggest disappointment was the Honey Garlic Drum Box. It had a rancid fish taste that made it completely inedible. I think it might have been cross-contaminated with the calamari or shrimp. Chicken should not taste fishy.
