Yes this place just opened and maybe they are understaffed in the previous reviews but my experience today was great! I came in on MLKjr day around 11am. I had a large order and yes I had to wait about 12mins. The food was fresh and delicious! The customer service was great! The young lady taking my order was so nice! On the receipt it said her name was "Marshall" so shoot out to her! The restaurant was extremely clean and they have a great area with sinks to wash your hands and a fun kid zone too. I love the modern decor! I will definitely come back here!

The drive-thru team was super kind and helpful! First time trying the Frozen Coffee & it did not disappoint! Amazing!!! Drive-menu is easy to read, lanes are wide opening for comfortable turns, and area is very clean. Thank you!!

You can order different levels of spiciness. If you don't like spicy chicken, order the 1st level. It's not spicy at all. I order level 2. I've tried level 3 and it was too spicy for me. I find level 2 to be perfect, has the kick I enjoy, but not overly so and blow out my taste buds. We went when they had their $5 hot chicken sandwiches in honor of National Hot Chicken day. Not surprisingly, it was very busy. They still put out good food and EXCELLENT service. Everyone was so nice and they all handled the flow of people very well. I was so impressed. Man sat in the drive-thru for 2.5 HOURS. I wish I was exaggerating. At some point he had already gotten his shake and drink... and then just... continued waiting another 45 minutes for the food like it was a full-time job. Now here's the crazy part, after ALL that... the chicken was still a 10/5 for me Like??? How is it THAT good even after that experience?? I can only imagine how amazing this place is on a regular, non-chaotic, why-did-you-do-this-to-yourself type of day. Because if this was a 5/5 THROUGH the drive-thru madness... I'm already sold. Moral of the story: don't be like my husband. Go on a normal day. But DEFINITELY go. Delicious!!

The workers were quick to answer questions, take the order and offer water while I waited for my to go order. The food, I think I would do without the ton of salad I got in my bowl next time. I think there was so much salad and not enough rice that the ratio felt off. The lamb I got was really good though. The spicy tzatziki was different but I think I prefer the traditional instead. Though it may seem unusual to dine next to a gas station, don't let that deter you from visiting this spot. The parking is plentiful, there is minimal cross traffic, and you get a full fast casual experience when you dine inside. In fact, the decor inside this restaurant is a bit nicer than average for a restaurant in this segment and the service is both quick and friendly. The food here was surprisingly good for me. Not only are the portion sizes large but the food is fresh, flavorful, colorful, and has good textures. In particular, the YR fries give a good mix of everything you could want in a dish. The fries are super crispy (even after 10 minutes), the meat is piled on generously, and the onions & green peppers are fresh flavorful. This is a fantastic comfort food for anytime you're craving something savory. The yeero flight is also an excellent way to try out their different meats, all of which are tender and flavorful. This is provided with a generous amount of sauce and condiments. Overall, worth a visit for a delicious meal if you're anywhere in the area. Though there was several similar options in the area, this one stands out for its value and speed.

In the meantime, I ordered a Hot Chick (medium heat), with a side of fries, some extra pickles, and the garlic sauce to make my Slavic heart happy. The food came out fresh from the bubbling oil, it could be handled without burns, but clearly spent no time under a lamp. Both the chicken and the fries were fried to a delectable crunch. No twice-fried-as-an-excuse here, genuinely well done. My only note is that it feels as though the fries and chicken *may* have spent an extra 15 seconds in the fryer. While the innards were tender, it felt as though a tinge of moisture was sacrificed without need. The fries were seasoned perfectly, and other than the usual delight of dipping them into everything on the plate, they were perfect as they were. Fantastic amount too, not the starch overload of Five Guys, but not a skimpy serving either. The chicken sandwich was the real star. The medium contained some proper spice without having smoke come out the ears. It was well sauced, and had a great hit of acid from the pickles. Out of left field came the slaw: I was not expecting to like this to the point of almost leaving it out. However, it was fresh, felt homemade, and wasn't a mayonnaise bomb. Would order the again without complaints or reservations. I also had a chance to try their house-made lemonade. I appreciate that they use zero-calorie sweetener to cut down on sugars. However, it came out too sweet for my liking. It would be helpful to have options of level and type of sweet. Final notes: The server behind the counter was very welcoming and friendly, and the food came out in a reasonable time frame considering how fresh everything was. Final verdict: A case where I say it's a good thing Nash Bros is a little bit of a hike, otherwise I might visit too much for my health. Barring some minor notes, everything was scrumptious, and I'd happily order it all again (and likely will!)

There were a few people eating and someone waiting for an order to go. I asked they type of cut their fries they serve and they were the thin, crispy kind similar to McDonald's. I was like DONE, let's order a large order. As I was waiting for the fries, I notice that they had 4-Cheese Pizza Puffs - boom, ring me up as they don't have cheese ones very often. The sandwich, while perhaps slightly generous in meat, was fairly bland with little flavor in the chicken and only minimally elevated by the honey mustard. The fries, thankfully, were quite good with an excellent amount of crisp. The inside is clean but somewhat worn down, with the addition of gambling video machines in a cordoned off area nearby, always disappointing to see. As we ordered take out I will defer on service. I found $13 to be rather expensive for such food of limited quality. While there are limited pickings at this intersection, and I like to support local businesses, I was disappointed by Niki's.
