The web says that the raw ingredients cost a restaurant between $.30 & $.50, to put a glass of diet Coke on the table. At some point customers should still be able to recognize bad value, even when they can comfortably pay the bill. Unfortunately, the food didn't make the pricing easier to overlook. The white onions were simply white onions, not grilled, and the whole thing promptly exploded all over the plate.
