We ordered a 12-count grilled nugget entrée but were charged for a fried 12-count nugget and medium waffle fry instead. We also ordered a grilled club that didn't have the bacon on it. When we got to the window to let the team member know the nuggets were supposed to be grilled, she asked for us to give back the fried nuggets after we received the bag. That is a huge violation of the health department code. I was overall very disappointed with the experience.

jimmy john is not a good place for people of color to work at, i heard a white man talk real nasty to a teen girl of color who work there, the teen girl was trying to take his order and the man was putting her down and the manager said nothing to make the man stop, i will never go back there again, i fell that the manager should have step in and made the man stop, he made that poor child cry, what type of manager alloy this to happen to a child ,and just stood there and said nothing to make it stop , shame on that manager, i do not want to go to a place where race hating people fell that they can get away with saying anything to people of color, no store should except it, and if they do except it, that mean that people of color should not go there, and i will not. read more

It goes without saying I would return here, as it's a local favorite for me.
