Short staff, An employee wiped their hand over the top of my drink before giving it to me through the drive through. Multiple employees were goofing off and joking. The food was delayed for about 5 minutes. The employees had cars lined up outside waiting for food. read more

Wendy's - Waiting on the employees to bring the food. - Fast Food Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

Weekend lunch at 12pm only two employees working the entire store! Line inside is literally to the door. Been standing here four 12 minutes and not one person has been able to order. They are only taking drive through orders. Horrible management to have their employees work in this type of condition. read more

A repugnant establishment! Apparently, there's still operating under Covid restrictions. I watched as they only catered to the drive through and not one person acknowledged my presence. After 15 minutes of this I questioned an employee who muttered something under her breath as though she was being inconvenienced. A second later, the manager asks me "can I help you?". At that I grabbed my kids and brought my business to the chick-fil-A next-door. I'd be happy to see this place close its doors. As far as the food never got a chance to try it. Ambience was, I just want to collect a paycheck and I hate my life. read more

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I would be ashamed to call this my business shame on the owner shame on the managers. The staff is incredibly stupid and that's me trying to be appropriate. They messed up everything didn't know anything about the app or how to work it. They are all high as a kite with their eyes barely open. I'm allergic to cucumbers (I can't have pickles) and they put them on my burger anyways. I bit into a pickle and had to go to the hospital. Whatever I should have looked better. They got the sauces wrong and forgot the straws and napkins. This place is a sh*t hole. Don't come!!! read more

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Staff is the worst and skip the Krystal's next door too. What did they did that was right is easier to tell than what they did wrong. They handed me some food...That's all they did right. It wasn't good food or hot food or even the food I actually ordered but it was what some might say is food. So if you are desperate and looking for cold food and the absolute worst service then this is your place. Otherwise just don't. read more

This Wendy's is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. We stood for ten minutes quietly waiting but all the workers did was glance at us a quickly look away. No one evening said they would get to us asap. We had to speak up and ask if they were taking orders inside and they looked at us a continued talking. The woman I assume was the manager then rudely asked if we needed help with anything. It was obvious we wanted to order so we stared back and left as the manager was trying to tell us to wait. This experience with these employees was horrible and it seems like they'll take anyone with a pulse. read more

Ordered in drive thru and got to the window and female was laughing so hard she had to shut the window in our faces. She then reopened the window and took out card and gave it back with no eye contact and just plain rude. The manager in the turquoise shirt then ha fed us our food and walked away but our drinks were still sitting there so we wait. They finally come back to the window and hand us our drinks. Too busy playing around and laughing it up! read more

Restaurant managers are using covid as an excuse to keep their lobby's closed because they are lazy! they are not understaffed, you can clearly see by all the employees standing around doing nothing when you go through the drive thru, extremely rude, go ahead and shut this place down and call it a day or hire actual store managers that want to work and lead by example! Do not come here unless you want to wait over an hour in the drive thru read more

Ok. First time at this Wendy's. Wanted to give their breakfast a try. First of all I would like to say the place was very clean and spotless. They have gone the extra mile on cleanliness with the coronavirus going on. The breakfast is awesome. Had the sausage baconator. Love the potato wedges. Definitely my go to for a quick breakfast in the future. Give it a try, you will love it. read more

Lazy staff refused to do made to order during morning hours. As a trucker, I've been to wendys locations across all 48 continental states, and this is the first wendys location that I've seen that only serves breakfast in the morning. read more

This place just needs to be torn down or completely remodeled, along with replacing the staff. A word on the address, it is listed as being on Airport, but it is actually further down Schillinger Road, in the same parking lot as Hobby Lobby. I am a fan of Wendy's in general. Their salads are pretty good, for being fast food, and I like being able to get a nice baked potato. However, this location is just plain awful. You walk in and stand in line, which seems like forever, as the service is painfully slow. The three employees behind the counter spend most of the time staring up at their order screen up on the wall, with perplexed and confused looks on their faces. Flies are more than abundant. You peek behind the counter and look down at the floor and food prep areas, and end up really wishing that you hadn't. Every table in the seating area needed to be wiped down and the floors looked terribly dirty, while two employees lounged in the corner, with apparently no fear for their jobs whatsoever. Flies continue to harass as you try to quickly consume your meal. The style of the building looked like it was one the original Wendy's built in the 80's, and hadn't been renovated since. Just avoid this place. Go next door to Chik Fil A or Moe's across the street. ~Anywhere~ else. read more

Food was fine but the service was among the worst I've ever experienced. Walked up to the counter and waited at least 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then a kid walks up to the register and stares at me. No "thank you for waiting", no "welcome to Wendy's", no "may I take your order", not even a "would you like to try our...". He just looked at me. I wondered how long this could go on? He just stood there like a statue for probably 20 seconds or more. Finally I gave him my order. He got it wrong the first time. Otherwise, the food was fine and the facility is very nice and modern. We did have to clean our own table. Probably due to the fact that the employees are so busy greeting customers and standing and staring at them. If you want to see polite and helpful young people who are happy to be earning their hourly wage, go to Chick-fil-A. read more

Food was descent but the frosty was too soupy and the fries were not salty. The fries were bland and it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get your food through the drive-thru. read more

I pull up to the speaker and get a rude "HOLD" 4 minutes later "YOU READY" I order one thing "IS THAT ALL" no, order potatoes "OKAY THATS GONNA BE A TEM MINUTE WAIT ON THOSE" that's fine. "Ugh" large chili "you done" yes "pull 'round" the rude tone across that speaker was ridiculous. read more

One of the worse visit and its sad to hear that mom and her 15 year was Bullied and was called ugly management has been notified and legal action has been taken towards the managers and the employees of the establishment. Where to start...? Went around 2:15 Friday afternoon. There was one man in front of me. It took the girl a couple of minutes to get to him... not sure why. This was their back and forth: Man: "This is to go. Just a sandwich, please. I'd like a single with NO cheese, NO pickles, NO onions, and NO mayo." Cashier: "That's a single, cheese with pickles, ketch..." Man: "No!!" He then repeated his order slowly and had her enter it as he spoke. After she took his money, she proceeded to the guy assembling the burgers and told him, very loudly and sarcastically, the man's order. She then said something else that I couldn't understand. She came back and put out a tray for his "to go" order. My turn. I ordered, gave my name, and waited in the dining area. After a few minutes, I heard the manager, the cashier, and the burger guy arguing about an order. Next thing I heard from the manager, "WHAT IS THIS!?! WHO IS THIS 'CHRISTY'!?!" From the dining area I told him loudly that that was ME! He proceeded to put my stuff on the tray and gave it to me. The burger wasn't great, but not too bad. I did have to ask for ice from behind the counter because the dining room ice machine was out, as was the ketchup dispenser. Wow. Anyway, sorry for the long story, but I felt it needed to be put out here. They REALLY need to send their staff for some customer service training or just chuck all the ones there now and start over. Sigh... read more

Pulled around to the drive through and the girls opens the windows and stares at me. No greeting, not even a price. I have to ask her for the total. I never received a receipt. I asked which drinks where diet and she told me she didn't know. Here quite was "it's whatever you ordered." Very rude service. I will not go back. read more
