She did not care 1 iota about any of the issues I had experienced. Nor did she suggest any remedies that addressed these issues. She simply proceeded to hang up on me! I have been in the service industry my entire life and I am dumbfounded by her attitude and actions. Knowing how she treats her customers.. I can only imagine how she treats her poor employees...
