I get the same sandwich every time, and it never misses. The service is friendly and rather quick. The value is there to me; I get a mini sandwich, and it's more than enough to fill me up for lunch. I'm not a huge fan of their fountain drinks selection, and every time I've sampled the sweet tea before filling up my cup it hasn't tasted fresh. But I can get any drink anywhere; the sandwiches are what I'm really after here. Music selection seems to annoy the staff because sometimes they'll play something else over the restaurant's music. It'd be better if they stopped the restaurant music, or muted it or something, if they want to play different music from a radio or other device. The employees here are rude, they never speak to ME when I enter the store however....you can imagine the rest. I always order online and pickup inside, the first time was ok, the second time, maybe they were busy and no one noticed me when I walked in. Today was the 3rd time and there was one gentleman ahead of me and he was seated, 2 people walked in after me and they were both greeted. I was asked if I had an online order, I said yes and gave my name. I was told, "you'll have to get the chips yourself" that's awful customer service. I wouldn't even write this place one star... we ordered our dinner because we hadn't eaten almost all day. We were starving after about an hour awaiting we just gave up. A few minutes later after the hour mark, we went in the front yard to take her dog out to use the restroom when we found the Papa John's pizza sitting on our doorstep we hadn't heard a single knock or ring. If you have looked at my reviews, I don't review chains for the most part. I was out today and just needed something quick. This location is new and I had never been to a Jersey Mikes so I thought I would give it a try. WOW. I was blown away by the friendliness and patience of the staff. The bread is so good and baked fresh every day. They receive all of their produce "whole" and slice or chop it each day. The part that really blew me away was that they cut the meat and cheese to order. I had #13, The Original Italian. It has provolone cheese and 5 different meats. Do that is 6 different cuts. I chose the Rosemary Parmesan bread and it was fresh and has just the perfect chew! Oh, also they actually have a flat top griddle. If you order a hot sandwich, it really is cooked. No microwave like machine, no conveyor belt, they really cook it. I went with a traditional cold sub this time, looking forward to trying something hot next time, which won't be long from now! Finally, I ordered the regular (over 7 inches) and could only eat half. The mini is about 4 1/2 inches, the giant is 13" or so. Enjoy! read more

I can't believe I just tried Jersey Mike's for the first time ever. It won't be the last time. I was slightly overwhelmed at first. I mean, did I want an Italian club, a Philly cheese steak, a roast beef with provolone? I settled on the chicken Philly and it was fresh and delicious. I'll have to admit, it was hard to pass up a sandwich with the meat sliced right there when you order it. I'll be going back for the Italian club sandwich soon. I know it will be easy to talk the hubs into going because he wants to try a Reuben. Good subs. Sadly service is either spot on or painfully slow such as today. Only 3 people in the store but it took 45 mins before they even took my order. Some days they are nice. However today, not so much. All the girl behind the counter kept saying was how she wanted to go home and how she wanted customers to leave and stop coming in. I feel this is why she made me wait 45 mins to even take my order. And as I write this, I am still waiting now 20 mins for a sandwich they have yet to even start to make. What can I say? I love Mike's Jersey Subs. I'm a regular at mine in Savannah, so when I was visiting my mother, I was happy to see a Mike's nearby. A go-to. A standard. Quality across the board. This location was no different. My shore points were easily accepted, my order was spot on (#9 Club Supreme!), and the staff was friendly and welcoming. If you're hungry for a great sandwich at a reasonable price, this is the place to go! Much better than Jimmy John's or Subway (not a fan of either) and your points really do add up. read more

This place is terrible. They take the phone off the hook so you can't call. If you order gluten free bread the are ALWAYS "out". The music is so loud inside you can't hear the people that are trying to take your order. Jersey Mikes has wonderful sandwiches that are top quality and have extremely fresh ingredients. HOWEVER; They have started a lunch delivery to local businesses with pre-made boxes for a reasonable price. Aaron is the regular delivery person who is a fine young man who take pride and passion in his work. He makes sure everything is up to standard. He makes a no onion sub for me on a regular basis which I am grateful. Here lies the problem! When he is off he relays to his coworkers to make no onion subs for me. Thomas was his fill in and NOT ONCE did he care to make any. I as well as others rely on Jersey Mikes for lunch during the week. We were extremely disappointed that we went without all because someone didn't care enough to make enough for the regular customers to enjoy. There aren't very many selections in this area for great deli style sandwiches. Of these few selections, is Jersey Mikes Subs. If there is one word to describe this place, it is "Fresh." I really like how the deli meat is sliced for your sandwich upon order, as opposed to having meat precut and sitting inside little tubs, like that one large chain for which I will not name. This gives such a fresh appeal to the place. In addition, the meats are very tasty and moist. The vegetables for the hot sandwiches are all cooked to order, and done so in a quick timely fashion. The staff is very welcoming and kind. They will make any accommodations or sandwich requests which they are able to do. I also liked how they maintained professionalism and a kind demeanor while a customer asked a million annoying questions. Overall, the food, price and service was outstanding! Driving back to Texas from destin and my husband was craving Jersey Mike's, he eats it all the time in Texas and hadn't had it all week. I put in an online order for 8 sandwiches to be ready at 8:22. We realized we would be there earlier so we called to adjust the time. The woman on the phone said it would be no problem. We showed up at 8:10 (the time she agreed would be no problem) and they hadn't even started the order. The tall kid behind the counter never said a word and just started making all 8 sandwiches as slow as he possibly could to make us wait. It took him 30 minutes to make 8 sandwiches. The purpose of an online order is to "skip the line" and get out quickly. He held us up and all the customers behind us. Funny thing, as soon as he was done making our sandwiches he was suddenly able to make sandwiches for the people behind us very quickly. Worst experience ever. read more

Jersey Mike's in Daphne is great! This is one of my go-to lunch spots during the week. Even if it's crowded and the line is wrapped around the counter, the service is still prompt and always very friendly. I had never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a sandwich. Hot subs always come perfect and cold subs are on point as well. Mike's Famous Philly is my go-to for hot subs. For cold I recommend the Super Sun. It's hard to go wrong with anything on the menu though! read more

The owner and his wife work in both stores and they are some of the friendliest people we have met! They have some awesome kids working and they were slamming it when we went in for lunch on Thursday! Had the #16 Chicken Philly and my husband had the #13.
