My family also had the chicken tacos, the spicy chicken sandwich, the kids shrimp platter and kids pasta platter, and the club sandwich.

I've never once had a bad server at Trattoria and I've just never had a bad thing at Trattoria in general I have nothing bad to say about this place. The ambiance there just gives off that nice local Italian place that you'll have the greatest food ever at and never hear people talk about and it's just so nice and I've only eaten in the back once but it was super cool and I'd love to go to the back again. It is 7:50pm and the parking lot is busy. As we are walking towards the door, the cook runs out from behind the counter and LOCKS THE DOOR IN OUR FACE. Even the hours on the door don't have a closing time for Sunday. There are tables available inside but still plenty of people eating. How rude. We will not be back.

I'm not a huge fan of their fountain drinks selection, and every time I've sampled the sweet tea before filling up my cup it hasn't tasted fresh. But I can get any drink anywhere; the sandwiches are what I'm really after here. Music selection seems to annoy the staff because sometimes they'll play something else over the restaurant's music. It'd be better if they stopped the restaurant music, or muted it or something, if they want to play different music from a radio or other device. Otherwise, I love this restaurant and location!

Ordered a Sandwich today 08/26/2025 on my Birthday no less, only person in the store. I say specifically I want no mayo and no tomato on my sandwich. The guy at the register repeats it back to me, all is well. I wait about 5 minutes, sandwich comes out and I drive home. Take 2 bits into it, it is absolutely slathered in mayo. I can't express how angry I was and I don't get mad about much ever. The lady who made my sandwich was standing RIGHT THERE and could hear me say the order. The guy at the register was very nice and if I had to guess was the manager. The lady who did the sandwich was ok attitude wise but man she had one job and couldn't do it. It's a shame. Better off watching paint dry than wasting my time and $13.00 on a sandwich that I can't eat. Needless to say, this will be my last time at any Jimmy John's. Not the first messed up order I have had but it will 100% be the last.
