My girlfriend and I went through the drive thru for a quick bite to eat. The girl who took our order was very cordial but didn't repeat back our order to confirm everything was correct. We ordered a 12-count grilled nugget entrée but were charged for a fried 12-count nugget and medium waffle fry instead. We also ordered a grilled club that didn't have the bacon on it. When we got to the window to let the team member know the nuggets were supposed to be grilled, she asked for us to give back the fried nuggets after we received the bag. That is a huge violation of the health department code. I was overall very disappointed with the experience. read more

The last 3 times my husband has picked up our Mobile order here they have given us the wrong order. Either they are not reading customizations or they are not looking when packing orders in the right bags. Chick-fil-A is never my first choice due to not being fond of the Cathys but they're there in a pinch and then some. Also considering that (if memory serves me correctly) every other fast food joint in the area is complete trash. To give you an idea, Popeyes is my ABSOLUTE favorite but the standards 'round here are lower than low, so I'll avoid the Popeyes across the street like the plague or a MAGA. Order was correct, good and fresh, but not 100% perfect. No straw and way too many ketchups. No biggie, but obviously worth mentioning because details matter. Both company and employees could benefit to learn proper fry:ketchup ratio, which would help keep costs down, and possibly passed on to employees and community. Or at least invest in a better drive thru model. Lawd. Why do y'all have the employees want to take your order before you get a chance to look at the menu?? That's just weird. Not everyone knows it by heart, you know. If there's a good reason for this, please... someone explain it to me. The line for breakfast and lunch at any location in the city is very long. Can anyone do chicken nuggets like Chick-Fil-A? No. No, they cannot. They are the best anywhere. I love the new spicy sriracha sauce! It's my new favorite! I also really love the Market Salad (when there isn't a ban on lettuce in the WHOLE US-insert crying sad faced emoji) with balsamic vinaigrette. It is so yummy! It has sliced grilled chicken, blueberries, strawberries, candied pecans, blue cheese, and some sort of lettuce mix. It is so perfect! I love it! And I am craving it. One of the main reasons we come here is for the kids to play in the playground after they eat. But today I guess I'm at my limit for cleanliness standards because the play area is absolutely filthy. My kids' feet were not just a little dirty from the rubber mat, they had all kinds of little crumbs stuck to them. Disgusting. The entire thing looks like it is never cleaned. I'm not sure I'll be back soon; the Airport Rd location seems to be a better option right now. The food was ok except for the fries, which were cold and a mixture of raw and overdone. Did an online order through my app tonight. Sent my daughter to pick it up. She got there and called to tell me which curbside spot she was in. She sat there for 30 min waiting on our food. At 25 min she text and asked where the food was so I called the restaurant. They claimed they sent the food out to the spot she was supposedly at and nobody was parked there. She never moved spaces. The employee asked if I wanted them to remake the food. I said well obviously because she never received it to begin with. I asked for a manager and he responded by saying they were remaking the food and rushing it out. I love Chick-fil- A for their friendly service and good food, but after my last three visits at this location I really don't know if I will be back. The employees were so horrible and just rude. My order was wrong and I had one sauce in a bag of 3 twelve piece nuggets. I know mistakes happen but I have always loved how Chick-fil-A employees were so different from other fast food restaurants when issues occur. I guess they are no different now. If their employees are going to be just as horrible as all the other low budget fast food joints then I'll just stay home from now one. This location is awesome. Sometimes the wait can be a little longer, as cars can be in every lane and backed up outside of the driveway all the way to the other stores. However, they are fast and efficient. The lines move quickly and they have never gotten my order wrong. They have this down to a science! All the employees I have encountered are nice and courteous-not acting like you are ruining their day-like other fast food places(especially McDonald's). The food is always hot and delicious. Nothing tastes warmed over or just plain old and cold. And....they actually give you straws and napkins without having to ask! Keep it up Chick-fil-A! This should be the gold standard all fast food places should aspire to. Their management and employee training is top-notch-obviously expecting the best from their employees. And it shows! I enjoy many mornings at Chick-Fil-A on Schillinger. The minis are to die for and the customer service is wonderful. The minis are soft and buttery with perfectly cooked nuggets. The staff is very friendly and personable. The food is delicious and if you have any complaint, they will make sure you get exactly what you want and the way you want it. My kids love the nuggets and the playground. I love coming during the school year, reading the newspaper they have set out for customers, eating my minis, and chatting with the friendly staff. read more

Chick fil A has the nicest people working for them. No matter where we go in the U.S., they have the highest caliber of people working for them. McD's employees are seldom high caliber, nice people. They just do what they have to in order for you to leave. But we love this place! Last time I came for a sandwich, a crew of people with smiling faces greeted me at the window, busy as usual, they had made a peach milkshake and they offered it to me free of charge.
