Came here after traveling for 8 hours to get something quick with my best friend. We sat in the drive thru and waited for a bit and no greeting or nothing. So we pulled around to go inside. Right as we parked, I watched a worker come up to the door and lock it then rudely tell us to go back to the drive thru. After that, they ask us what is our order and stopped us in the middle of it. Had to come back to review this horrible Krystal's. The last time I went with my girlfriend the guy over the intercom was extremely impatient despite me being patient and polite. He would say "anything else?" In the rudest way you could imagine someone saying it and sighed heavily when I asked for one more second to see what my girlfriend wanted to drink. I've had horrible experiences with the staff before this who all seem to genuinely not care in the slightest and do not have common human decency but after this happened I drove across the drive through, gave them the finger, and haven't been back sense. After they demolished the old building and built a new Krystal's, I felt like everything has improved. The drive thru experience and the level of service has gotten better. It's probably because of having all the new equipment and materials they need helped them to achieve this. Went through the drive thru for breakfast and I was so pleased with the service. The woman who served me was so sweet and has the best smile. Food was EXACTLY how I ordered it, eggs were perfect!!!! I have been using a lot of drive thru because of COVID and I am repeatedly disappointed with service and quality at other places. So refreshing to order and get what I want and with such kindness. I love little steamed bun hamburgers. I break for them. They're always so delicious and tasty. Since visiting Mobile a few times, I've absolutely wanted to visit Krystal to compare against White Castle. The Krystals were the right amount of steamed bun, onions, meat, cheese, and mustard. They stayed true to my love of little hamburgers. Krystal's fries are awesome. I especially like the chili cheese fries. Those things were fantastic!!! At this location, we ate in and the service was dreadfully slow around the lunch hour. It seemed disorganized in the kitchen area. They would have gotten more stars but the service was so bad that next time, it's definitely the drive thru. Overall, it was a good visit to a home of steamed hamburgers. When I pulled up at this location I was told it would be 15 minutes for my 24 krystals with cheese and then was asked if I still wanted them in a disappointed tone. I said yes thinking there is only 1 car ahead of me why is she saying 15 minutes. As I listened I hear her saying this to every customer. Not sure what is happening at this location. Didn't look understaffed. Maybe the wrong staff? I want to feel my business is wanted and needed as a customer. In this case I did not. I love Krystal's but this has got to be the slowest fast food place. There is always 2-3 cars in front of me having to pull up or pull to the side to wait for food. Last time I went they were rude, the people in front of me were waiting even after I left, they filled my drink with ice all the way and 1/4 of sprite so I literally got 3 sips of a medium drink. I will NEVER eat at this location again! I went in for breakfast and ordered two sunrisers. Literally, my skin was warmer than the food that I was served. I asked for a refund. I wasn't going to give them a second chance to make me sick from poor quality food. Apparently the entire morning shift should go through food service training again if they believe that it is acceptable and safe to serve food at that temperature. If I could give this no stars, I would. My mother and I went in on a Sunday morning and we arrived at 10:30 and we were the only ones in the dining room and one car was in the drive-thru. We ordered and we didn't receive our order until 10:58! We were very upset with this location and we notice every time that we pass this place that there's at least one car in the drive-thru and people wait WAY too long for their food at this location. I recommend finding another location or going to many of the other places surrounding this location. There were four workers and to have waited nearly 30 minutes for fast food was extremely disheartening and I have no idea how this place is still open after all the terrible comments about service on here. Not to mention that three people came in behind us and they all received there food within a minute or two. There's no excuse for such poor service and this place needs to be either shut down or shaped up because the attitude from the workers was nasty as well. PLEASE do not go to this location as you will not be satisfied. Our food was as cold as the workers' attitudes and having worked in fast food many years ago, the customer is ALWAYS right.
