I dined here three times during my stay in Saraland. The sandwiches are good. The Italian is very good as is the turkey sub. The last two visits there was some type of tension in the air between the employees. You could tell there was some animosity. Not exactly how you want your employees acting in front of customers. This unprofessional behavior caused me not to return. For this reason they lose a star. Get your employees in line and you have the potential for 4 stars. read more

This may be my first check in on here but it is not my first visit. This has easily become one of my favorite weekly spots to grab a bite to eat. I am obsessed with their "sub in tub". I get the number 13 "Mike's Way" with honey mustard thanks to, Miss Katt. Katt and Tyler are so friendly and helpful! They are great with customer service and remembering faces and orders. I've never been a huge sandwich shop fan but I love this place. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed! read more

I just love their subs. Make each sub just the way I want and prices are reasonable. I was there last week for a regular roast beef sub. Hmmm good. Also just wanted to point out one would be wise to get the app and get points on the food you buy. Nice to go in every so often and get a free regular sub off points I worked up on. They are fairly fast in making the food even when I want to be in and out quickly for lunch. I recommend eating there. read more

My husband is a lover of all the sub sandwiches, so he's been dying to try this place. Today was the day. The place was dead empty, not a single customer. Both employees were sitting at a table together watching the tv on the wall. Both of them popped up and ran behind the counter quickly, though. We ordered the Mike's Chicken Philly and the Original Italian, both the regular (small) sizes. They didn't skimp on the toppings by any means. We got only the sandwiches - no chips or drinks since we were taking them home to eat - and the total was $16 and some change. When paying with a debit card like I did, a screen pops up with three options for you to add a tip (10%, 15%, 20%) so after doing that, the total was $20. My husband, who is very easy to please, was not impressed. He said they were good, but not the "$20 for two sandwiches" kind of good. He said he'd just rather stick to the other local sandwich shop for better food at half the price. To each their own though. I'm sure we will try this place again, at least one more time. First impressions aren't always the best, so second chances happen. The place was spotless and the employees were nice and friendly. read more

Hate to update with a lower review but a sub should not take over 20 minutes. I had to ask the staff to put my meat on the grill after 10 minutes of waiting. I'm hoping the manager sees this review and asks some questions because I love their subs but the wait is excessive. read more

The sandwiches were great. I truly enjoyed it. The crew were short staffed but the were very friendly.

I love this place!! The workers have been nice to me every visit! If they are slow they will talk & joke with me. If they are busy they still provide excellent service! I go here regularly for my work place & they never give me a problem using multiple cards or by making multiple sandwiches or tubs for me! The food is always amazing! 3 young girls in there can't even bag the sandwiches In the right bag me and the other customer had to make sure the sandwiches were correct in the parking lot and exchange the ones we ordered for the right ones , and even then the sandwich was made improperly and they asked me to drive back for a little poof of chipotle mayo. read more
