Stopped to try their roast beef. I've heard alot of talk about their sandwiches so it was a must to try. The "order taker" was very friendly and helpful. He went thru all the roast beef entrees and how they could be combined. Not being exceeding hungry we settled on the 2 for $7 every day value. The sandwiches meet or exceeded our expectations. Honestly f*** this place especially the one assassuma rude ass people girls took my order didn't even ask me if I wanted a medium or large I got two meals and a chocolate shake added she gave me a drink and a chocolate shake and when I asked her for my second drink she said oh no I just switched out your drink for your chocolate shake and I asked her for extra sauce she said you got some in your bag she gave me one sauce for two meals refuse to give me extra sauce hell I would have paid for it!!! read more

the wait wasn't bad, it's just the fact when i got my order, I didn't even get my sandwich, so my mom went in to get it, and when she came back out, it's literally not even the sandwich I ordered. Arbys is one of my favorites so this kinda sucked to write read more

They will let you sit in the drive through for 15 minutes, then make you wait at the order sign thing for another 5 to tell you that they are out of roast beef. Dude was super snarky about it. Just avoid it. read more

Update to review Feb. 2, 2020 - 2 STARS We visited here for lunch today. We got in the drive thru line around 2:02 (I know the exact time based on the receipt from when we left McDonalds next door) and we didn't get to the window to get our food until 2:26. We sat at that window for another 7 minutes, so I assumed they had to cook our food. What we ordered: one crispy chicken sandwich combo meal and one French Dip and Swiss combo meal. What we got: one crispy chicken sandwich that tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour (it was only lukewarm and the chicken was hard on the outside and somewhat rubbery on the inside) and one Swiss sandwich - NO DIP. The fries were hot, but soggy, which means they weren't fresh either. So why did we sit in line for that long, and then at the window for that long, just to get food that wasn't even freshly cooked, and some that was missing? How do you give someone a French dip and Swiss combo without the dip? Our last experience here wasn't that pleasant either, but at least all of the food was correct in the bag. I guess we should have checked it before we left, but then again we shouldn't have to double check someone's else's work. ORIGINAL REVIEW- I'm not really sure if there was an issue with the headset that she was using or what, but I had to repeat my order multiple times. I was trying to order TWO French Dip & Swiss combos with Coke to drink, and a crispy chicken sandwich combo with Dr. Pepper. Somehow, she got a roast beef classic sandwich and Diet Coke our of that order. I correct her, she repeats it back to me, still wrong. Finally understands I want a French Dip & Swiss combo but completely misses that I've repeatedly asked for TWO of those. Then apparently gets confused thinking I wanted just those two meals, and not my chicken sandwich combo. I almost drove off, but there way no way out of the drive-thru and a car was in front of me, so I told her my order one more time and she finally got it right. To my surprise, everything was correct in the bag (we checked before driving away) and everything tasted great. It was around 2:30pm, and the place wasn't busy at all. Oh my goodness. I cannot believe people actually eat here. First off, the food was disgusting. It made my son so sick. And I asked if the food was actually real meat and the worker said NO.
