I returned to Jimmy John's to show them that the BLT I received had uncooked bacon on it. Which to me, is a health hazard, but at a bare minimum is worth a refund or replacement. Instead, I was told there is nothing wrong with the bacon. Take a look at my attached photos and tell me you'd eat that bacon. I've had, 0 exaggeration, 500+ BLTs from Jimmy John's. Never once has the bacon tasted like this, been cold/soggy to the touch and had zero evidence of being cooked. They DID NOT replace my item. Jimmy John's is my to-go place for a quick sandwich for lunch if I am having a busy day at work. The staff are always very professional and on top of things with each order. From the time you place an order to when you pick up your sandwich, it is a streamline process that expedites the time of each order so that you get your sandwich in less than 10 minutes, sometimes 5 minutes. It's very rare that I have had an issue with my order at Jimmy John's, and when I do, they fix it right away. I love the delivery service to your home for sandwich orders because it is quick and saves me a lot of time on busy work days. The sandwiches are phenomenal and of high quality at all times and always fresh!! The customer service is always top notch and I can tell the staff always take pride in their work. Jimmy John's is an excellent place and I commend them for continuing to produce a great product and delivering wonderful customer service each and every time I go in to get a sandwich. All the sandwiches are excellent, especially the chicken Caesar wrap and the beach club sandwich. Thank God for such a great sandwich! Best location I've been to. Not to mention - one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. The service was phenomenal - the employees were mostly (if not completely) men, who usually act like they don't care. However, these guys greeted me with a friendly smile when I came in, took my order quickly, made my sandwich even quicker, and cracked a joke about my order and made me laugh (i got extra extra Jimmy peppers... the guy said "JJblt! With SO MANY Jimmy peppers"). At least three people told me to have a good day on my way out, including someone who was mopping - they didn't even need to say anything to me. I have been stopping in here on and off since moving to Indiana. When my fiancée and I are zapped after work or a long day of activities, we usually default to Jimmy John's for some sandwiches. The food is consistent and the customer service, initially, was just adequate. However, the Jimmy John's in Nora just stepped up their customer service game. Recently, I was riding my bike and hastily trying clip my shoe into my pedal. I missed my pedal and took a good chunk of skin off of my ankle. The wound quickly began to bleed and get messy. I decided to step into Jimmy John's on 86th for some help. I initially asked for a napkin and was provided one. I went outside and blotted the cut. I quickly realized that I needed some more napkins. As I went inside to ask for more napkins, an employee named Angelo asked if I wanted some Neosporin and a Band-Aid. I said "Yea." Angelo instructed me to use the bathroom to clean my wound and he would go grab the stuff. I followed Angelo's instructions and returned to the front counter when I was done. A kind employee named Lauren handed me a large bandage (the expensive kind) and some Neosporin! I patched myself up and continued the long bike ride I was itching to do all day. I Work for a large employer in the area and learned that this was the wrong location to order from! They're delivery is the complete opposite of freaky fast. Ordered at 12:56, called to check on it at 1:42 and was told it would be there in 10 minutes. Called back to cancel the order at 2:05. I could've driven there 7 times and back in that amount of time! JJ's is right down the street from my place of "business," so many of us enjoy their great sammitches. I have a few personal favorites, but I tend to gravitate toward the Hunter's Club or the Beach Club - both are filling and delicious. I must also comment that the service has always been fast and friendly. It's amazing how quickly the sammitches come to the counter - they live up to the "freaky fast" moniker. I've just moved back to Indy after 40 years in the Rockies. I've never been to a JJ, but have heard of them. Saw online that a Italian Night Club would be to my liking. In a nut shell...ample meat, tomatoes fine, lettuce VERY minimal, mayonnaise minimal, onions minimal, asked for yellow mustard...got NONE, asked for peppers on the side...got NONE. $7.90. I will say, they were fast. Too fast maybe? It was basically a 'meat only' sub. I'll stick to Subway where for the most part (for the same price) I can order a BMT with double meat, and...AND better orchestrate the additions to my sandwich. Green pepper, black olives, chipotle sauce, etc. (other things JJ does not offer). I can say "please put more lettuce on" at Subway. I can get a little cup of peppers on the side. I was very happy with the meat on the JJ sub...just not at all happy with what went also on the sub. read more

Good: Fast which is awesome when grabbing a quick lunch, they get the orders right, mostly friendly staff, food is so tasty Not so good: Getting in and out of this place when busy, argh, it can get so crowded at the intersection going into their lot and you can get stuck in weird spots trying to get out. I have almost been hit here at few times. Try parking around the back/side to make it a little less stressful. Staff sometimes seems new and confused and mildly rude, this isn't though and I am guessing it is just due to turnover due to the fact they do hire a lot of teenagers. read more

This location itself is ok and the food is fine, but recently their delivery service has completely dropped off. I live 4 minutes away. One order I had to call an hour and a half later. They claimed that the sandwich was made and on the way and was delayed because a delivery guy got a flat tire. 3 hours later, still no sandwich. After that I gave up and it simply never showed up at all. Getting a refund was a total pain in the ass too. Today I called over an hour after ordering and they told me again that it was made and heading out the door, but going to be another 25 minutes, which is what normal delivery time should be. I'd put money on it that the sandwich wasn't even made yet. Might as well just drive anywhere else and pick up food. Don't order from here if one drop of rain sizzles on the scorched earth. They are ill prepared for rainy days. Case in point, I ordered my sandwich an hour before my lunch break. I've heard horror stories from coworkers about their meal deliveries taking an hour, so I thought I'd be pretty good. Over an hour later and 15 mins into my lunch break, I called to check in on my food. They couldn't even tell me if my food had been made or not. After some back and forth with some teen with attitude, he quickly said "it's been made". Ok. After he couldn't tell me, magically he changes his mind? No, that was to placate me. He asked if I wanted to cancel, and I said yes. Then he asked for my address and said ok. I left to get other food, and they delivered my sandwich while I was gone. 30 minutes after I called. The delivery guy told a coworker it was on the house. So, not being an idiot, I watched the charge in my bank account go from pending to complete. I called today to get this corrected. Initially, my option was to get a free sandwich at 6:30pm (GM's option.) The manager (not GM) kept saying "today", so I asked if I could only get a free sandwich for today when I'm at home when they're by my work. She said it expired in a week. She asked if that was ok. I said it wasn't. So now she has to email someone higher than her GM to get me my refund. This is some ridiculous crap I'm bring dragged through for them to make good on this. So far it took 2 hours to get my sandwich and then at least five days now to try and get my refund they promised. I will update. Big thank you to manager Jared for being the first manager to apologize after speaking to three people. Update: It took nearly a month (ordered 6/23, refund received 7/18). No bueno. I've been eating JJs for years & years and my first experience with the Nora location was simply frustrating. Its bad enough when you're at work & about to take your lunch because you're STARVING but the girl taking your order on the phone doesn't know how to add chips to the order. She said she would create a separate order for the chips but when the delivery guy arrives w/ the sandwhich - no chips! I had to call twice to confirm the chips were being sent. Both times the person on the other line (different each time) was rude & short with me. The chips finally arrived...over 30 min later. My office orders Jimmy John's delivery from this location multiple times a week. I work at the front desk and take all the orders to my coworkers once the food arrives if they have already paid. Yesterday, when the delivery guy placed the food on my desk, he tried to grab the end of my straw which is attached to my tumbler that I keep at the front of my desk. At first, I thought it was an accident, so I moved my tumbler out of his reach to give him more room before he could touch it. We talked for a moment, and then he tried to grab the end of my straw again. I moved it again, closer to me, before he could touch it. My coworker came up, asked politely why it took an hour to get the food. He explained why and she paid him without wanting change. He turns to leave, grabs the end of my straw and walks out! He did not take the straw, just grabs the end where I put my mouth and did not say anything. I was shocked! I called this location shortly after he left to report what had happened. The manager asked if I got it on video. I said, no, I work at the front desk and do not have my phone out recording what is happening. He then said, I guess I will have to take your word for it. I re-explained the situation to him making it clear that this was my personal cup, not something from Jimmy John's and that I was shocked the employee behaved this way. I told him, I just wanted them to be made aware that the employee did this. I did not ask for any compensation or demand he discipline the employee. He finally apologized, thanked me for letting him know and said he would talk to the delivery guy. I have no idea if he actually believed what happened, but I feel like the manager did not take me seriously. What the delivery guy did was completely out of line and should not be touching personal items on people's desks. I would advise people order from a different Jimmy John's location. read more

I used to have this Jimmy John's deliver to my office when I worked in the area. Haven't been in Nora for over two years. I now work for someone else and our office is in Fishers. However, I had a meeting in Nora that day so I stopped by the Jimmy John's. My old delivery guy was working the register and...still knew me by name and knew exactly what I wanted...AFTER 2 YEARS!!! This is a difficult review to write, since the food itself is always great. Very fresh and incredibly fast. However, if you're looking for "friendly" service, this isn't the place. Caveat: this only applies SOME of the time (we're there between 5 and 7 pm) and with just a few of the employees. I'm talking about no greeting, no smile, no thank you...just a sort of glare while you stammer out your order. And when sandwiches are ready and you've paid, you ask "sooo...where are my sandwiches?" And you're told "oh, they're down there" - she points to other end of counter and resumes her conversation with colleague. If you want a bag or napkins you're summarily told, "they're down there". Might seem petty to some but it's not to us. And we're going elsewhere for subs from now on. read more
