Ever since this store reopened under new management, and new ownership the customer service has been outstanding. I come and eat here at least once a week and the quality of the food and service is is always phenomenal. Any one who enjoys jimmy johns or sandwiches in general should definitely go to this location. It far exceeds the other jimmy john's in the fortworth area. read more

I am a big Jimmy John's fan so my review may be bias. This was my third visit to this particular location. My favorite is the #16 Lulu (Turkey bacon) sandwich. The dining room is inviting and clean. The staff however gets worse every time I go. I don't know what the deal is, but this guy looks and acts like he'd rather be somewhere else and just makes customers feel unwelcome. I would have given a five star review otherwise. Do better! read more

Incredibly rude, clueless, and not helpful staff. "Hi I would like a #4 but I need the turkey toasted before it's put on the sandwich" "we can't toast the originals" "Oh no no, I don't want the sandwich toasted, just the meat toasted and then put on the sandwich" *cashier turns to lady making sandwiches 2 feet away and the lady says "just tell him no"* "Sorry sir we can't do that" "I'm sorry I have a pregnant wife who is craving this sandwich but she can't have cold deli meat so I just need it toasted real quick" *cashier shrugs shoulders saying I don't know what you want me to do* Apparently their toasters have artificial intelligence built in that scans each item in the toaster and it will not work unless it is one of the toaster approved menu items. This jimmy John's Does Not have freaky fast service. Just freaking lazy employees. It took them 20 minutes to make 4 slim ones. Additionally, a mobile order came in and when the driver showed up, one of the employees just handed the driver a cup to fill up instead of filling the cup, sealing and providing to the driver. Unsanitary food handling....I wouldn't want someone that hasn't washed their hands to fill my drink for me. The driver looked uncomfortable as well. read more

Omg. So, we stopped coming to this location a couple years ago because they only ever have 2 people working and you end up waiting 15 or 20 minutes for them to make your sandwich. Well, with some of the new menu items we'd thought we'd give them another shot. Never again. I ordered 25 minutes ago from home and have been sitting here waiting. They literally have 12 orders hanging up, one guy at the register and one gal who is taking about 5 minutes on each sandwich. Sorry, I'll never come back again. I worked there one week. The GM Lauren purposely held customer's orders from getting delivered if they didn't tip. I quit because of unfair delivery procedures. A driver may have five deliveries and I was given one. My check was supposed to be mailed to me but it's been almost two weeks and still haven't received my paycheck. They won't give me the owner's phone number or email. I don't work for free, I even did double shifts. read more

We ordered here once and it made me think of that old commercial WHERES THE BEEF? I love JJs, usually. But this one location killed it for me. Now I turn to Mikes. JJ has turned into all bread similar to what subway offers. And I Loathe Subway. So now I guess I loathe JJs. At least this one. I am tempted to go to the one a little further from us to see if it's literally this stores franchise owners issue or general managers problem. It's not a new issue and should have been long ago addressed. Reading other reviews with the lackadaisical attitude of staff. Absolutely horrible customer service. Went in at 1:09 today. Ordered one sub. There were 4 customers sitting in booths waiting on their orders. There were 4 employees working. I've never waited more than 10 minutes at a Jimmy John's , so after 15 minutes of sitting, I started to get impatient. I see a couple who has come in after me get served their food. At 1:30, the woman running the register looks at me and says "did you have veggie? I'm about to get started on it." And then proceeds to take the order of another man who just came in. Over 20 minutes of sitting there - at a fast food place - and they hadn't even started. It was NOT busy. There was no one sitting and eating in the restaurant. Everyone had to-go orders and there were never more than 6 customers in the store at one time. I went up and just asked for a refund. The same girl was incredibly rude about it and got the manager. Let me start by saying I love Jimmy Johns sandwiches. I live around the corner and this was the first time to try his location. I have it 3 stars because 2 1/2 isn't offered. It has nothing to do with the food though. Half of the experience at a restaurant is customer service. You can have the best food but bad employees will push good customers away. The young lady at the cash register was completely disinterested in anything I had to say. We went in after a workout and I took a couple minutes to decide which sandwich. It appeared that this irritated her. When I asked a question about a difference between the two types of sandwiches she just stared at me. Luckily the girl making the sandwiches spoke up and answered my question. As we are waiting for our sandwiches the girl that took our order still never said a word to us but then told her coworker that she thought "her man" was almost there to get her. Sorry jimmy johns but I'll go back to the one across the highway next time. Especially after I read prior reviews that talked about he same bad customer service. Tried again today 5/7/17 and when you're greeted by one employee in an empty restaurant with..." we won't have any bread ready for 25 minutes". U acceptable. How do you plan on staying open with subpar customer service. read more

10/18/21 - Downloaded the app and ordered the 'beefy black and bleu' for pickup. No notification that my order was ready at all, even though I enabled notifications. I drove to the location and opened the door to be greeted by an awful smell. Can't put my finger on it but smelled like rotting sewage. Surprise, my sandwich was waiting for me. The lady behind the counter plonked the bag in front of me and, without a word, carried on with her business. I asked if that was it and she reluctantly nodded so I left. If this is JJ's best attempt, they should rename it 'black and blah' as it is small, has a terrible taste profile and minimal beef. Sorry JJ's, but you did not win any prizes today. read more

This Jimmy Johns is NOT "freaky fast". Seems like every time I order here, I'm waiting at least 30-45 minutes. Tonight it took an HOUR to get food. I can get pizza in less time than that! When I called I was given some excuse about the driver not back yet. Maybe hire more drivers? read more

I placed an order on their app a little after 6. It was over an hour before I called to check on the status of my order as it hadn't been delivered yet. I spoke with the person at the store & he said "We had 1 or 2 days worth of people come in so we haven't even started on the delivery orders." I told him I only called because I hadn't received any updates. His response was "Yeah, we've been so busy I haven't even had time to call." I waited another 30 minutes without hearing anything and called to see if I could get an ETA on when my food would be delivered. He told me that he only has one driver & can't get in contact with the owner or manager to get help since they are now incredibly behind on their deliveries. He couldn't give me an estimate on the time, & didn't know how to process a refund if I chose to cancel my order. Almost 2 hours later & I haven't received my food yet. read more

OMG. Customer service was terrible. The man taking my order didn't smile and his expression on his face told me that he did not want me there. I asked how was his day going and he rudely stated "it just started". It was such an eerie feeling and I will never return to that location. To add to this terrible experience, I casually mentioned what happened to another worker outside as I was leaving and he had the nerve to say "everyone is not a morning person". Now that's sad. Well start your shift at a later time and not make the customers who are full of joy, pay for it. We are all experiencing too much right now to be so mean and rude too each other. This location has a customer service problem. When the store first opened the owner and his wife would work there, everything ran well. Now, the employee's are not friendly, they have no pride in where they work. I can't stand going to this location but I do because of my son. Great sandwiches today. I had the Italian night club as always. I love the way it has mayo and the Italian dressing. It can get quite sloppy but not today. I ate it inside and not while driving. To me, it's the experience that I appreciate about JJ's. 1.) I can order online and either have it delivered or ready for me to pick-up. 2.) Delivery is lightning fast. I mean, we're talking less than 10 minutes from the time I click "submit order". 3.) Food is always fresh. For a while my go-to sub was the Pepe (smoked ham & provolone) but lately I've been digging the Italian. I load it up (minus tomatoes, the devil's vegetable) and am always full once consumed. They have house brand chips that are good. They're kettle chips and come in a few flavors (I like the jalapeno) and you can also order a soda and cookie for dessert. I had one bad experience the first time (order showed like 45 minutes late) but the manager was cool and took care of us. Since then, we've not had a single problem. Wish they had a kids menu, would make things even better. read more

First and foremost, my family ordered 2 different sandwiches. One #17 ultimate porker, and #8 Billy Club. When we received our sandwiches, there was 2 of the ultimate porkers, now that wasn't a big deal, it was what the sandwich wrapping had written on it. It was a racial slur, I won't say on here, but my husband was very offended. & demanded a refund be made or for them to make up for it with an exchange of the sandwiches for something else. They stated "Of course, come into our store, we will write down your name and number and you will have your refund and two new fresh sandwiches made the right way" so we go there and get these sandwiches that we were told to come get and when we get there they were rude, rolled their eyes, and said that "there's no one in our system with that name or number" so, we left empty handed, offended, and will never return to this specific jimmy johns location. I ordered the turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, and mayo and it was pretty good. It was a pretty decent size as well. I like their mobile app and how they prepare the food pretty fast. The reasons why I didn't give it five stars is because it didn't come with a pickle like most places and they only deliver within a two-mile radius and we are 2.2 miles away so we have to pick it up every time. read more

Great sandwiches; however, the service was below par. I placed an order over the phone a few days earlier with Josh for a 30 ct box to be picked up by my daughter on May 2nd. When she got there she was told they didn't have any orders for pick up! They suggested I had called the wrong store and she needed a confirmation number. She was frustrated and called me. I told her I did have the right store and I was getting angry. I was assured there wouldn't be any problems as I paid at the time of order. Just show up. All of a sudden someone came up and asked if it was a box order and that they did have my order. No apologies, no excuses, nothing for the mix up! I was so excited yesterday when I saw this Jimmy John's location! There is one closer to my home but due to construction I haven't gone there because it's a pain to get to. Today after a very long walk I rewarded myself by having lunch here. From the moment I walked in the staff was courteous and helpful and the establishment was extremely clean and bright. I ordered a number 13 which is the giant beach club. It's a turkey sandwich on French bread with provolone, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and cucumbers. I added a medium drink and a bag of Jimmy John's chips my order came to about $10. My sandwich was make quickly and all the ingredients for fresh and delicious. I can't wait to go back again to have another beach club or possibly the tuna which is very good also. read more

When I walked in all three employees we're sitting down on there phones and not wearing their masks. They put their masks on to take my order but told me that I needed to put my mask up over my nose for them to except my order.
