Freaky Fast needed? Great location fulfills this mantra every time, whether I have placed my order online or stop by in person, the sandwich is often being made as I'm ordering it and it's wrapped and ready for me by the time I walk down to the end of the counter. Expert sandwich makers for sure. I appreciate the option to have any sandwich served in a large lettuce leaf wrap - it's surprisingly refreshing with the italian sandwich fillings, like an antipasto crunchy, crisp wrap and very satisfying. My favorite sandwich is the vegetarian on white bread though - comfort food in spades and very delicious and fresh-tasting. read more

My work loves ordering food for the office. We're typically in a weekly rotation between pizza, wings, or subs. Jimmy Johns is no question THE SPOT for subs. Their delivery slogan "freaky fast" is no joke. We always order multiple subs and sides so we expect a bit of a wait, yet we always get our order dumb quick. I wouldn't be surprised if it was announced that Jimmy Johns actually tracks your orders live and starts making the subs simultaneously as you're placing the order online. I just now noticed some of the other Jimmy Johns locations have rough reviews, so it speaks for itself that the Perimeter Dr in Dublin location has the best reviews in the area if not around Columbus. I was on a kick for their Jimmy Cubano sub for awhile, which is amazingly delicious and filling. However, I've discovered my true calling and passion for their Club Tuna sub (tuna salad & provolone cucumber, lettuce & tomato). You may read and think "dude not a big deal, these are just basic subs". Let me tell you that Club Tuna with extra tuna (worth the extra $1.75), extra pickles or even better a quartered pickle on the side, a little bit of Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard and a little bit of Hellmann's Mayonnais is taste-bud Heaven between some French buns. To add to how Jimmy Johns stands out from other sandwich places is that their sandwiches are all customizable with options from Freebies (free options) to Add-Ons (cost a little extra). My biggest pet peeve about subs at other places is when you unwrap their subs and take that first bite, they are dryer than the Atacama desert. Jimmy won't let you down. Went to pick up and they had no record of my order and after seeing my confirmation and credit card statement, they would not give me my food or refund. Had to call corporate to request a refund. Apparently there system was down but no one ever apologized. Still waiting for refund. read more

Okay, I know it's boring, but if I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be a turkey sandwich. When I find myself with a craving and I'm in a pinch, I usually seek out a Jimmy John's. Their "Turkey Tom" (#4) is my favorite fast-casual turkey sandwich on the market because it's delicious and a great value IMO. All ingredients are always super fresh, which makes for a very refreshing sandwich (but I miss the sprouts!). Their "Thinny Chips" taste like other restaurants' regular chips, so I usually grab a bag of those too. Skip the cookies though, they're pretty dry. My experience with the rest of the sandwich offerings is nonexistent. If I go to a sandwich place, you know I'm going to be ordering turkey. Maybe I'll get a little fancy and add avocado or bacon, but the star of the show will always be my favorite poultry. Be still my heart! No matter the location I visit, Jimmy John's does a fantastic job of delivering on the "Freaky Fast" motto each and every time. The speed alone is worthy of five stars. I know I'm not going to receive outgoing, attentive customer service because that's not their jam. It's the speed that counts here. This location is probably the fastest and most efficient of the JJ's I've visited in the city. Two thumbs up for Jimmy Johns. I'll be back for another Turkey Tom before you know it. read more

I sat next to the soda machine and was able to observe one of the workers preparing lettuce. He wrapped the container several times with cling wrap. I could tell that proper food handling was important. The freaky fast mantra is true. By the time you pay and walk to the drink machine the sandwiches are done and waiting. The convenience of delivery and time savings is long gone by the time my order is received. Interestingly enough there is never a update or notice of any kind that the order is going to be over an hour otherwise I would make a different choice. I've never been to a Jimmy John's- I figured they were just another chain bent on taking over the world, and I usually avoid places like that. I've been ordering Jimmy John's from this location for over half a year and they have been so nice. Not to mention they get a lot of business from my company and the company next door to us. I remember my first sub was the tuna and I wasn't so crazy about it until my co-workers started suggesting the best subs on the menu. So from then on I knew which ones I like the best and only order those when I'm in the mood for Jimmy John's. I don't mind that now Jimmy John's wants us to do group orders so they don't have to keep driving over to my work so many times, it's the only logical thing to do. So my co-workers and I always order our subs online as a group now and usually have everything very quickly just as they advertise on the radio. There are better quality subs in the area but this Jimmy John's location is always a go to when I am in a hurry and don't have time to wait in a line. Coming in, I was basically comparing this to W.G Grinders, which is big shoes to fill. Overall, they come in below the W.G bar, but that doesn't mean this place is terrible. Decent atmosphere and nice service. They are new, so they want to help and earn your business - thus they aim to please. They were nice to me, pleasant and prompt. Can't knock the service. The real "meat" of this review comes down to the food. It's pretty decent - but not outstanding. They go a little heavy on the Mayo, so if you don't like that, be mindful. This place is better than subway - crisp toppings, nice bread, fresh ingredients, but doesn't stand out as exceptional. I love this place. Love the sandwiches... they always taste fresh. I do wish they wouldn't have gotten rid of the bean sprouts on the sandwiches. Those were good, but I get it - most didn't like them. At this particular location, the service is wonderful. I've probably ordered here for delivery a good 10 times over the years and visited the sandwich shop in-person maybe 5-8 times and each time, the staff is all super friendly, helpful, and you're greeted with a smile. The first time I visited this store, it took about 15 minutes for them to make 2 sandwiches with no other customers in the store. The second time I visited (today) I walked in the store and they told me it would be a 30-40 minute wait for my sandwiches. Visited this Jimmy Johns tonight for dinner with my husband. I've read the reviews from the other Yelpers and since we are in the neighborhood (Mom's in the hospital), we decided to come here for dinner. There were at least 3 guys working the counter. I dont recall any of them smiling at us. They took our order, we grabbed our drinks and we were seated. I will have to give JJ's credit for working so freaky fast in making our sandwiches. I went in for a sub and a pickle. I added hot peppers on my sub. When the girl handed me just a wrapped sub I asked if the pickle was wrapped in, and she said yes. Once I got home I discovered there was no pickle. And no hot peppers. Very sad. read more

This Jimmy John's is awesome. The workers (all 500 of them) are super friendly and very efficient. I almost always order the beach club. It has turkey, provolone, avocado spread, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, and mayo. It is supposed to have sprouts, too, but they don't even have sprouts at this location so I don't have to make any special requests, which is awesome! Their french bread and their avocado spread are the best parts of the sandwich, in my opinion. Today I'm pretty sure I was in the store for less than three minutes total. Just make sure this franchise doesn't get your order wrong! I live west of Marysville and patronize this store regularly, as a vegetarian I get their veggie sub every Sat. This time my order was wrong, Tuna (which I don't eat) instead of my usual and I didn't notice until I got home. I called, expecting an apology for their mistake and my lack of dinner. Nope. The manager would not even take my call personally, sent word through an employee that (get this), Jimmy Johns will replace their mistake only if I SAVE MY SUB UNTIL NEXT WEEK OR UNTIL THEY CAN VIEW IT PERSONALLY!! 1/052015 we put in an order for JJ. One was a totally tuna..The sandwich smelled horrible like it was rotten..The taste was very extra fishy. Called to tell JJ's, and told them what happen . I am new to the area, i love jimmy johns and the first sandwich I thought about ordering was jimmy johns. And I have to say it was the worst sandwich I have ate in my life from there. Jimmy johns is one of my top favorite restaurants! But I was truly disappointed today. I ordered a sandwich for delivery and I literally live 5 minutes away. So I would say maximum I should've received it in about 15-20 minutes! My sandwich got here in 55 minutes!! That's almost an hour for one "freaky fast" delivered sandwich!! What disappointed me the most was that I chose jimmy johns in specific today because I wanted the fastest delivery possible instead of waiting the normal 45 for any other restaurant, and it actually took longer than that. Not to mention the worst part!! Since it took an hour to get here it was so soggy and disgusting Bc of the mayo and tomato in this 80 degree weather! The bread and lettuce were all watery and soggy and and the tomato was hot and nasty and the mayo was more like white juice now dripping down my arm. Just a complete mess!! Once a week i end up in Dublin for work, i usually eat at this Jimmy Johns.Occasionally i bring my kids with me when school is out, my daughter orders a slim 5. salami, capicola and cheese. She doesnt like capicola, i ask them to take it off, (which they have no problem with), however when u ask if they can put a couple of extra slices of salami on (which is a cheaper meat), you would think you asked for their first born. Im told that it is Jimmy Johns policy that they do not substitute meats, SO YOU ARE ESSENTIALLY STEALING FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS! So i go to the website to complain (the website keeps giving me an error message. Now usually i would not complain or go through this much. But this irks me (i really cant stand when a business puts sales over customer service) So i call in where im told again pretty much; Too bad, company policy. No, what can we do to make it right, nope, nothing, Wait; i did get a: we might review that policy a some point. I was also told that its policy, so that the assembly process is not slowed down. Apparently the assembly process is not slowed down by the removal of meats, just replacing them. I actually dont have a problem with the quality of the product, just the corporate policies of the company. Hence we had lunch elsewhere today. read more
