I ordered dinner for two on a Friday night using the app for the first time. The order was ready within 20 minutes per the app but going inside a bit early, the friendly and efficient staff finished my order and brought it to me. Diners have the option to request curbside contact free delivery as well. My order would have been placed on shelves near the front door otherwise. The sandwiches are generously sized but not overwhelming. Lightly toasted bread filled with a nice balance of great ingredients. You have your choice of multi grain or white and there is a 'thin' bread option. The menu has several options extending beyond the extensive sandwiches to include soups or macaroni & cheese. If you have a sweet tooth you are in luck here with cookies, dessert bar, and milkshakes on the menu. I also appreciate the option for Zapp's potato chips but this time went with two sandwiches. For instance today we went and I got my daughter a kids meal with a Coke. At the pickup window the server said the drink is in the kids meal box. I kept asking how is it possible there is a Coke in the meal box. It was a juice box. I told him that we ordered a Coke and over three times he said it was in the box. Then I finally showed him the receipt that said we ordered a Coke. Then he finally gave us a Coke with a side of attitude. My wife order a whopper with no meat. Only to have to go inside after asking three times if it was meatless. Once she went in they gave her another one. In the car she checked it again only to see they had put meat on it the removed it. So she just through it away as she will not eat beef. That staff is not aware what customer service as we seemed to be bothering them with our presence there. I would also say the staff has questionable uniform ideas as one person had their jeans hanging underneath their butt so you're looking at their underwear the entire time. Not exactly what I want to see when I'm going to get food from someplace.

I was driving down the interstate and saw a sign for Panera and with it being 8am, a bagel sounded really nice. This location is right off the interstate and very easy to get to. The parking lot was a bit full so I was worried it would take forever and I would be late to my appointment, but when I walked in I was able to walk right up to the cashier to order. The main thing that caught my attention was that everyone was so freakin' nice. These days, that's what really matters most to me. Burn my bagel? Ok, make me a new one. Be a meanie head, ok bye!! Literally even go to Kroger across the street for a $1 canned chili, I'm sure it would be better. I do not recommend stopping here for a meal.

Made perfectly to order as requested. If there was anything wrong due to the wait or delivery that would be on Uber Eats. It's sometimes a roll of the dice when you use a third party delivery service. The standard packaging used by Jersey Mike's helps eliminate any accidents... The tight paper roll doesn't allow much to shift. Realizing that experiences may vary with time of day and the staff behind the counter... I'd order from here again with confidence.
