One of the most anticipated openings on New Albany in a while! So glad it lived up to expectations. I went inside to check on how the place was set up and it was interesting- different from the long counters I was expecting. They have associates who come to you with the hand-held tablets you see at the drive through- but inside. If you are dining in direct you to a table and take your order there. If you're a carry out order you order then move to the side by the window where the mobile order waiting area is, and they bring you your order. I wasn't too hungry but figured I'd try out my favorite item on the menu: the chocolate shake. Took a full 2 mins from order to in my hand, so I'll take that as a win. It was as good as I have had there, with lots of whipped cream and cherry on top for $4.50. First when I ordered my food it took 10 minutes to come, then when it came out they messed up my peach frosted lemonade and brought me a milkshake instead. Then it took another 10 minutes for them to bring me my drink & it was just a frosted lemonade. So sad read more

There is a 50% chance an order is incorrect. Not sure how to even get my money back for all of the missing items over the past number of orders. The quality of chicken has gone way down and fries seem only 70% full. At least the staff is polite and the place is clean read more

This store stole $5.09 from me and refused to credit it back. I ordered four meals plus an additional chicken sandwich in the drivethrough. They handed me a giant bag and when I went over the order, the runner assured me it was all there. I get home 25 minutes away and there is no chicken sandwich. So my daughter has no meal. The power had been out for more than a day so we had no food. I trtied to call the store and got routed to a call center. Two days later the store manager, Paul Rankin, sent me an email offering to give me a replacement chicken sandwich next time I visit the store. Literally, offering to give me what I've already paid for, and requiring me to return to his store 25 minutes away to get it. They owe me a refund at the very least, which still doesn't make up for the inconvenience they caused. Forget this store. read more

First time we've been in a Chick-fil-a like this. It's not the normal fast food place but has a different layout and more of a sit-down restaurant feel. Like usual, the food was great, and we got it quick. The dining room was busy and clean. The only issue I had was that there were not a lot of places for a family of 5 to sit. Most spots were for 2-4 people. The restrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stop in and eat here. read more

This place is literally so amazing! The absolute best fries ever. The chicken nuggets are Crispy and savory. The sauce and the chicken combined is so amazing. The milkshakes are so good. The menu is small but the food is delicious and does not disappoint. The drinks are so tasty and refreshing. I always go for the great service. The employees are always so nice and so happy. They genuinely look like there in Disney world. Would recommend, great place. read more

Opening day at Chick-fil-a! Hands down the best fast food chicken spot. This is the location off 161/Hamilton in the Hamilton Quarter shopping complex by Target and OSU's outpatient Care Campus Easy ordering thru the drive thru line. There is a lane earmarked for online/app orders so you can get through even quicker. Inside is very clean and staffed well. Food came out quick and hot. Delicious. (The foodie in me is cringing that I called fast food delicious, but it was. Yum) What brings this from a five star to four is the "very dangerous" parking lot. People speed thru it and it just isn't planned very well by the developer. There are two entrance's/exits that can be utilized by customers. The first entrance/exit is the closest to the drive thru lane but the issue is you need to do an immediate ninety degree left turn to enter the drive thru lane from the access road so it's almost like doing a 180. Thats not ideal as turning into the restaurant lot and then immediately turning into the drive thru area needs to be done carefully and can be tricky. you may need to dodge the traffic of customers leaving -as both the drive thru and the restaurant tend to "fly" out of the lot in a hurry. And appear out of no where. It would almost be safer to make this entrance dedicated to ONLY the entering of the drive thru-- but I really don't know how that would be accomplished, all I know is I will go inside to get my food. Lol.. I saw someone almost get hit coming in while turning into drive thru lanes and then I was almost hit trying to leave (but I was parked in the middle of the dine in lot). Decided to give this place a second chance. My food was hot and fresh. I love how efficient the drive through is. I wish they would provide the employees with jackets so they are not out in the cold. 4 stars overall read more

I've only done drive thru and the mobile order drive thru and their operations in the drive thru lanes are on a whole new level compared to other fast food places. Their drive thru is quick and you can tell the people running it are hard at work and they've always been friendly. Their process is SO EFFICIENT! And their mobile drive thru pick up is a true timesaver since it has its own lane -- unless mcds where you are waiting in the same one lane even though you ordered ahead. Food-wise... omg their chicken is out of this world. I have never craved chicken as much as I have after trying both their spicy chicken and grilled chicken sandwiches. I've also tried their spicy cool wrap: Pass. It was dry, flaky and you can tell it was premade and sat in the fridge Their sweet tea is delicious! I've learned I prefer their half sweet/half unsweet tea Tips: - download the chick fil a app, makes it easy to order what you want (I like how they let you customize and take odd $ off the cost .. eg: no lettuce? Then take off $0.xx from the total)... and you collect points! - order everything chicken sandwich (super flavorful, warmly served, perfectly soft buns, juicy where it should be and crunchy in the right parts) - use mobile order drive thru - you will fly through the lane especially helpful for lunchtime rushes Pros: - the food, employees are friendly, order has been right each time so far, super fast drive thru (3 lanes!) - their sauces are so good - quality has been top notch consistent each time so far. They also do NOT skimp on their ingredients -- the chicken, lettuce, buns etc are HUGE! Cons: - drive thru makes me anxious - so afraid one of the employees will be hit by a car with it being so busy! read more

Got a chrispy chicken sandwich and it was subpar at best. It​ wasn't crispy at all and the fries were over done. I asked for a refund and management was rude. And the atmosphere was terrible and they were hostile to my child. We didn't feel invited at all. read more

I dined in the other day at around 4 PM and it was a mess filled with middle schoolers. Though the food was great and service was excellent and fast, the dining part of this experience was horrible. Kids throwing food at each other, workers yelling at the kids, it was not a great experience. If you visit this location I recommend you drive-thru rather than dining in, to save you the headache. read more
