I rarely leave negative reviews, especially since I work in food service myself. I understand firsthand that kitchens get hectic, rushes happen, and mistakes are part of the job. However, my experience here tonight was completely unacceptable. I waited 50 minutes for a two-item order. For context, my friend ordered three items and received hers within five minutes. This wasn't during a rush--it was midnight, the lobby was empty, and there were maybe two cars in the drive-thru. About 20 minutes into my wait, I politely approached the counter to check on my food. The staff informed me they had lost my ticket. As a industry worker, I get it--tech glitches happen. What is not acceptable is what happened next: it took another 30 minutes to receive my food after alerting them. During that entire time, no one updated me, no one apologized, and there was zero communication. Losing a ticket is an accident; ignoring a customer for another half hour after realizing your mistake is poor management and a lack of basic customer service. I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism tonight. read more

I don't like to leave bad reviews unless I really have to, but this was insane. We left a concert and decided to stop here quickly for 2 items. A quesadilla and potato's. After FOURTY minutes of waiting we still had not received our food. We talked to them about 20 minutes into waiting and they said they didn't even get our order?? We gave it to them again and showed the charge and waited another 20 minutes. I'm writing this review as I'm still waiting so who knows how much longer. I understand it can get busy, but they should acknowledge us or at least try to seem like they have some urgency behind the counter. They are not speaking to us or updating us on our order at all. Always utterly horrible. Never have I ever been to a drive through that has been so consistently horrible at making their food. Below I have attached just one of many orders that are purely garbage in a bag. From soaking everything in sauce, to just throwing orders in a bag, not one order I have ever made is actually edible. Not to mention the quesadilla is never cut and almost always folded in the bag. Can't beg you people enough to not go here, just take the extra 6 minutes and go to dublin. Employees should be ashamed but I don't think a single one in there actually cares about anything other than screaming in the backrooms. Can't imagine the turnover rate is good at all here. Solid taco bell location - perfect for a snack after shopping at Costco + Aldi in the same plaza. It's tucked inside the corner of the plaza and was fairly crowded on a Friday afternoon. We ordered through the app and opted for drive thru pickup. The queue was fairly long (requiring us to drive around the existing cars to enter the line) but the lanes were marked clearly then the line moved fast. There was nothing exceptional about the food or extraordinary about the service--hence the 3 stars. That said: there's absolutely nothing wrong with hitting up this location when a craving for the Bell hits! Enjoy. read more

This just opened in the last week or so. Easy access, the usual menu. I got the nachos bellgrande and a beefy five layer burrito, which basically is beef and sour cream and cheese. Fire sauce for both, please. It's sustenance food, junk food, at cheap prices. I would rather have good, real Mexican food, but sometimes it's handy, and I'm tired of other fast food, so the Bell gets an occasional visit. It helps round out this plaza, with Costco, Aldi, a couple other quick food options and 2 nicer ones. read more

When or if you ever order doordash they always either miss something, mess something up, or make sure they don't give you any sauce or utensils. Never before have I encountered such awful customer service in my life. Around 9:30 in the evening, we ordered two meals for my husband and I in the drive-thru. We drove away without checking our order, but when we arrived home, one of our meals was missing entirely. My husband drives back to the restaurant to ask for the meal we paid for earlier that we did not receive. The man at the window adamantly refuses to give us the food, claiming "he made the order himself, so he knows the order was correct." We had also received no receipt with our order to boot, so the man blatantly refused to make our order, asking "What would he gain by making us our chalupas!?" When asked for a refund, the man blantently refused this, as well. At this point, all we want is our money back. My husband tried entering the store to show the employee our bag with the incorrect order, but they locked the door and would not let us approach the store! He sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, all while being berated by the same man for holding up his line. All we wanted was the food that we had originally paid for, or a simple refund! Unfortunately, the amount of disrespect we received, as well as time wasted was the most unacceptable customer service experience that either of us have ever dealt with. After 25 minutes of waiting in line at the window, he shoves a bag at my husband and slams it shut without a word. We had finally received the food we had paid for. I go into Plain City about once a month and I always stop at this location on my way home for because it has always been consistently good.....great job! When you advertise that you have Breakfast, it would be a good idea to be open during breakfast time. I have attempted to get breakfast 3 times now from this location and each time they have been closed. I went today at 9:15 am since they state they serve breakfast from 9-11am. Today, they actually had a sign out saying they will open at 11:00. When I went before it was around 9:30 and sat at the speaker waiting to get someone to take my order, nope they were closed with no note. The other time was my mistake, I arrived at 8:10am thinking they would surely be open since it is breakfast time. But did go to the interior door where I seen they open at 9:00 am. After reading the other reviews, I had to add one of my own. YUM! To sum it up in one word, that's the one I'd use. We've always received exactly what we have ordered and it's always been delicious. I must mention that I always ask for things a bit different and they never have any problem with it. The only thing I'd add is the nachos could always use more toppings, but I'm sure they're putting on exactly what they're supposed to because it never really varies. I do wish their specials lasted longer!! Their app is great too, so if you haven't tried it, you should. Keep up the great work and thanks for being willing to work hard so we can have great food!!
