I gave a 2 as my husbands food was fine and mine was not. The restaurant closes at 2 during the week and the lack of service was definitely reflecting their expectations of closing an hour earlier than they actually did. We felt bad for the large group next to us as they waited just as long. We didn't think anyone was in charge as there was not a person paying any attention to items other than their closing duty. There were usually three or four people in line at the register, but service was quick. Our drinks arrived within a couple of minutes and the sandwiches in about 5-7 minutes. I also got a kick out of the self-serve water station: sparkling H2O is "fancy water," iced H2O is "cold water, very sad," and ambient H2O is "just water, kinda mid."
