I Love Del Taco! This location is newer and very clean. I ordered through the app for dine-in. My food was hot and prepared properly. I stopped visiting Taco Bell because of their prices and the very low quality of their ingredients. That's why I am thankful for Del Taco being here! Their ingredients are much better quality, their crunchy Del Taco bottom does not disintegrate due to excessive grease, and portions are as they should be. First time visiting and super impressed! The loaded nachos were huge and the steak tacos were so much more filling than I could have imagined. The fries are plentiful and salty (I am a fan). Churros were a perfect sweet treat. The staff are friendly and the space is super clean - they stay on top of it! It was full when we got here but didn't have to wait long for a table to open up. Food and service is not a good as it was at the beginning, which is a shame because it was SO much better than Taco Bell! Picked up food here after running errands yesterday, and they totally screwed up our order. Not only did they give me the wrong epic burrito, they left off the guac I paid extra for. When I looked at the receipt, I saw that the kid who took our order entered it in wrong. That being said, it was also the kitchens fault for leaving off the guac. The burrito was not good so I ended up throwing it out. The other issues we've had lately is them leaving out the extras we pay for (like sour cream, guac, or pico) and getting really skimpy with things, especially the guacamole. A couple visits ago they left sour cream off all the del tacos we ordered, and the taco shells were broken! It's gonna be a while before I wanna go back here. read more

Only thing shittier than the food was the service. Workers there are rude and will not do the right thing and compensate you for how long you wait. Wait time for fast food is egregious here. They also will not refund you for waiting claiming it's in some system they can't pull from. Don't fall for the dog food or app deals. They also will not do right and fix your order. Stick with Taco Bell. They'll have you pull up and just wait for your pig slop. Waste of time, money & calories. read more

Absolute gem! If taco bell is a hot wheels then del taco is the real deal race car. Combo bean and beef burrito is HUGE, filling and SATISFYING. The deluxe chili cheddar crinkle cut fries... DELECTABLE. The potatoes they use are much tastier than mcdonalds or wendys or other fast food places. Location is clean, air conditioned and the lot had plenty of parking and service is good. Our first time here. I will start with the food. The man behind the counter was helpful and friendly. Answered our questions and was patient with us. I was asked if I wanted sour cream on my tacos of which I agreed. We were also told you could substitute other things for fries. So we opted for the chips and queso. We were not told about the up charges for sour cream and chips. Ran the bill up another $5. My taco sat on a tray for some time waiting on my wife's quesadilla. The lady was nice about it and apologized for the abnormal wait time. I made the comment that I hoped my tacos were not cold. Again, she was sorry about that. They were barely warm. The dining room was fine except for no one cleans a table. I am tired of wiping my own table off when I eat out. This place is not the only guilty place, but hoped they would be different. Over this bordered on a 2 for me but my wife pushed it to a 3. However, nothing set out world on fire and felt we would be hard pressed to return. This new Del Taco is a very welcome addition to the area, however because it's new and its emps are new here's a very important tip: Stop burning the fries! Del Taco fries are prepared correctly only to the point they are slightly crispy and still soft inside. You are overcooking the fries every time I go here. STOP! They should never be brown or have black edges. Also the burgers oddly seem undercooked. Good luck. Stop overcooking the fries and ill come back. read more

Ok. First I'll start with the Best parts... Their best is their grilled chicken guacamole burrito. The chicken has a great flavor. And the guacamole actually tastes like avocado and tomatoes. Not the overwhelming crap taste of spices the other places want to put too much of into. I haven't had a chicken burrito this good in 27 years. And yes, it's been 9 times in 9 weeks, and theyre consistent. Their cheesecake chimmis are awesome. Even their crinkle fries are cooked right. Not undercooked, and definitely not burned to rocks. What's even better, the cost. These burritos cost the same as T.B... But you get a bigger burrito with twice the ingredients than the other place. Now the bad... Their Tacos are half the size, and 50% more than T.B. So not a good deal there. Their burgers are ok. But taste like any other. While the grilled chicken is awesome, the beef has an odd (almost rank) taste. The carnitas are very bland, in my opinion. As long as they keep making the great flavors, I'll keep getting that burrito, fries, and cheesecake chimmis. When they screw it up a few times, or change the recipe, it'll be over with. read more

Del Taco 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. Food is great - especially the street tacos, shrimp tacos and burritos 2. Staff greets you with urgency and friendliness unlike other places where you get the feeling you are bothering the staff by walking up to the counter. 3. Prices are reasonable 4. I was upsold on the $7.00 cheese cake bites and after I got home I found they were left out of the bag. WTH!?
