I've been coming to this Chick-fil-A for years, and I'm happy to say the food quality is finally getting closer to what it used to be before they changed chicken vendors. You can really taste the improvement, my spicy chicken sandwich had that classic crisp and flavor I've been missing, and the 3-piece tenders were juicy and cooked perfectly. One thing I definitely appreciate is the mobile scan line. It moves way faster than the regular line, and it makes picking up food feel a lot smoother and less chaotic, especially during the lunch rush. Service was friendly as usual, and everything came out hot and fresh. If they keep trending upward with the chicken quality, this location will be back to top-tier status. After spending several minutes in the drive thru for my order, I arrived at my home 20 minutes later to find missing food items from my order. I immediately contacted store manager for a resolution. He suggested I return to pick up my missing food items. He offered no other solutions. I have my receipt with pertinent info and requested a refund for the missing items. When I advised him of my time and gasoline concerns, he was not interested. I contacted the corporate customer service and they were equally uninterested in issuing a refund. Chick Fil A always hits the spot! This location did things a bit different, upon entering you'd grab a table marker and seat yourselves, someone would come up to your TABLE and take your order. We felt we waited a good bit to order that way as opposed to the typical counter service, but the food still came out quick! They had a play set here and cute little fresh flowers on each table! My meal was delicious as always, but both myself and my friend felt the "spicy chicken" patty on our sandwiches weren't as spicy as they usually are. I ordered a small fry and spicy chicken sandwich. They charged me $8.78 for my meal, I get this meal often and it usually costs around $7. So, I decided to look in my bag before I pulled away. They gave me a mac and cheese, not a small fry. I told the girl in the drive threw about this and she asked me for my card, to "refund me the dividend" and asked me for the mac and cheese back. I gave her my card and the Mac and cheese. She then returns 2 minutes later and gives me 2 more receipts. A refund of $1.20 and a charge for $2.19. I never CONSENTED to her recharging my card. I decided to call in and talk to the manager. I asked why I was not refunded the full $3.39 for the mac and cheeses, if they were going to still charge me $2.19 for the fry? He replied with because I got a small fry, and they could only give me back the dividend for the fry/mac and cheese. I had to explain it to the manager 4 times for him to understand that I was charged for two small fry's and only received 1 fry. I explained to the manager my card got charged $9.77 when it should only have been charged $7.58- after having to do all the math myself. He then at the end of the call said he understood and apologized and said he would refund me the $2.19. (This phone call lasted 11 minutes, I just worked 11 hours with no lunch and was very emotional after this call because my food was now cold.) What I don't understand is why didn't he compensate the whole bill? Why did he argue with me for 11 minutes saying I was wrong, to realize I was in fact correct. Why was my card charged without my consent? And why was my fry so cold that it was barley edible? I've been to this location a handful of times but never remembered to write a review. It was the only Chick-fil-A I went to at first, until one opened in Grandview. I came around 9:45am on a Friday and there was one other car in front of me for drive thru. I was shocked although it was well past rush hour. I ordered the breakfast burrito because I had a craving. It's just so good! Taters, fried chicken pieces, and eggs with the jalapeño tomato sauce that gives it a nice kick. Whenever I used to come here for lunch or dinner with my parents last year, the parking lot would be packed and the drive thru Lane was chaotic. They still did a good job of serving you and cleaned tables quickly. Service was great, as usual. Food was ready at the window. I will add that their burritos are expensive. A little over $3 each. It's filling though, but more like something to treat yourself. Still, they do a great job. They have a sausage option instead of the fried chicken in the burrito that I'll have to try next time. I've only had Chick-fil-A once before, so I wanted to give it another try after several years. The drive-thru at this location is intense. We went during peak dinner time, so there were tons of cars. I was super impressed with how efficient the process was from start to finish! All three lanes were constantly moving and employees were getting orders taken fast. Before I even got to the window, my order was brought to me. I got the four piece chicken strips with honey mustard and a medium side of waffle fries. The strips were average in size, but delicious!! Tender and crispy. The fries weren't salted too much, which I find to be the best. And of course, the honey mustard went perfectly with both the fries and chicken. This location has reopened after being shut for renovations for a couple of months. They seem to be primarily focused on drive thru right now, as it was the only option on our recent visit. They were very busy and had four lanes going for the drive thru. They were doing an excellent job at keeping everything flowing smoothly and efficiently, with one person directing traffic and several others taking orders in each lane. The lane closest to the building was getting food from the drive thru window as is traditional, while the farther out lanes had runners bringing over the food (not unlike the old curbside pickup). Chick Fil A is full of dark magic. The play place here cannot be heard from the dining room. How do they do this? Can I get this feature in my own home? Dark magic is everywhere. We come here to fuel up the kids, let them play safely inside, and enjoy a moment of rest in the day. I enjoy the Southwest salad, the other food is great too! I stopped by chick-fil-a this morning for a bite to eat and I have to say, I'm beginning to think this company should be in charge of our country with how well it is ran. As a 3rd shifter, I crave dinner items when everyone else wants breakfast and it can be hard. I walked in and was instantly greeted with a smile and a hello. I let them know I'd need a minute because I was hungry but breakfast didn't sound great to me. The gentleman at the register happily offered to cook me anything I wanted on the menu and told me it may take a few more minutes than usual. I happily agreed and ordered a chicken sandwich meal with pickles on the side. When it came out, a lady walked it to me and asked me to double check and make sure everything was right. Everything was perfect, they even stamped 'no pickle' on the sandwich bag to ensure it was right. The sandwich and waffle fries were so hot and fresh I burnt my mouth a few times. Even the last bite was still hot. Every employee is friendly, well kept and clean. The restaurant itself is immaculately clean and there are even fresh flowers at every table. Monday-Saturday this location is a perfect stop from any meal! Situated on Sawmill Rd in the center of all stores you need. They have a good amount of parking and dual lanes for drive thru or you can order ahead through the app and they will bring it right to your car. Today, was the hottest day of the year and I was saddened to see workers outside still taking orders but then I noticed they have cooling compression vest and hydration stations. I was impressed the location wanted to give great and quick service but was also taking care of their employees. Try their cookies and cream milkshake paired with chicken nuggets(grilled or breaded)! They also have great lemonade as well. Be sure to download their app and gain rewards towards free meals. As text book as you can get. I've yet to find a Chick-fil-A that has failed to meet expectations, and it starts from the top, they must bleed great leadership and great great people. The staff was as friendly as can be, all the regular "my pleasures" and warm smiles and nice faces. Chick-fil-A has a standard to uphold and this store meets that perfectly. Once again showing why they are number 1 in the customer service industry. The food was extraordinary, and once again textbook. I had the same meal two days in a row and consistency was there, it looked and tasted the exact same both days. I order their Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich and it looked like the kind of sandwich you see on the front of a magazine, the lettuce perfectly balanced, the tomatoes perfectly placed, the bacon crisscrossing and slightly over extending the edge of the sandwich to show its presence, and the chicken PERFECTLY cooked. Absolutely amazing flavor, all packed into a chicken sandwich that will knock you off your shoes. The experience of eating this sandwich two days in a row with the same exact consistency was amazing. Top to bottoms, great experience. I've been four times in the last 2 weeks, and each time my drive-thru order was taken a different way; that's how eager they are to be efficient during rush hours. There's always at least three people inside the drive-thru window so you don't have to wait, they wipe the drinks off before giving them to you, they're always polite and fast even when the line's wrapped around the building twice, etc - small details, but ones that make me choose to wait in line there as opposed to Chipotle or something closer to home.
