Every time I have ordered food from here they get the order wrong. The quality of food is horrible. Few times the avocado spread is turned brown. They always leave out one or two ingredients. Oh Jimmy John's... takes me back to my poor college student days. When I was sick of the university dining hall food, my friends and I would hit up JJ's for a cheap sub and some Jimmy chips. This location does the job. I stopped by for a quick sub to go on a Sunday night around 6 pm. There was no line, the cashier was friendly, and they made my sandwich for me right on the spot. I got a No. 1 (ham and provolone), with lettuce and tomato, no mayo, and I added sliced cucumbers for some free added crunch. Of course, I had to get a bag of Jimmy chips (if you're unfamiliar, they're basically super salty kettle chips) too, for old times sake. I don't understand why people have absolutely no patience anymore. I've been ordering from this JJs for years and they've been nothing but cordial. There have been some hiccups but the owner has personally called me to apologize and make things right. Maybe the employees aren't moving as quick as possible because they're new. Turnover can be high and training employees takes time. This is a franchised store so it's the owners livelihood. Accuracy, Short lines ( speed) and Price Accuracy - 100% - They have never screwed up my order Short lines- 100%- Its always clear when i go. Price- 60%- This place has smaller subs for the same price as subway. HOWEVER, i still like their meat and bread better.. so its worth the extra buck. Delivery- super fast. I have difficulty choosing between the Billy Club (Roast Beef, Ham, Provolone) or Beach Club (Turkey Breast, provolone, sprouts). I'm getting hungry now. I give this Jimmy John 5 stars because the crew is great. They are sharp, all smiles and give great customer service. I don't see those qualities in many place let alone at sub place. I've been going to this Jimmy John'a location for years and the staff is always friendly. The longest I've ever had to wait for a sandwich being made is maybe 3 minutes. Anything that comes with avocado comes with too much for my liking so I always get light avocado. Just ordered online from the Jimmy John's app and I am extremely happy with my service. My delivery appeared extremely, "freaky" fast and the guy who delivered it was so nice and friendly. He deserves his job at Jimmy John's. My neighborhood is hard to navigate and he had no problems at all finding my front door. Horrible experience and horrible food quality and food prep. My Vito (#5) had one piece of cheese on it and barely any meat. It was flat like a pancake, I guess from the weight of all of that bread crushing down on one slice of cheese and two slices of meat! It was dry as well! IMHO, talking to Kyle the assistant manager was a WOT -- never trust a manager who questions you like you're a criminal, blames the "new hires" and then tells you to do whatever you think is best when you realize they are not helpful and decide to take the matter up with corporate instead. We have spent lots of money supporting this sandwich shop in the past and today we brought the receipt, the sandwich, and the bag which it came in because we received the wrong sandwich. Nothing was offered to us to rectify the issue, no solution was offered and they actually accused us of going to the wrong sandwich shop and that they weren't the ones we originally purchased the sandwich from. This is my go to Jimmy johns when I'm at home, but I had a really bad experience this weekend. It's funny because i didn't even order any food. I was in front of my building planting flowers when a Jimmy johns delivery person rode up on a bike. She asked to be let into the building and I told her I couldn't and she had to call the person on the intercom to be buzzed up. She proceeded to yell at me about how she's not trying to rob the building and she can't call up because she didn't have the persons last name. Then she asked to use a cell phone to call back to Jimmy johns to get more info. Number one, where is your cell phone? My neighbor who was there agreed to call Jimmy johns, but the number was disconnected. What's going on with Jimmy johns and there crazy delivery bike messengers?
