The staff is very friendly. The owner is such a nice guy and has given my daughter a free cookie a couple of times which makes her day. Updating my review, the owner called me very quickly and took care of us. We love Jimmy John's and this location is always very clean, we've only had the one issue for the past several years and don't anticipate any more. Thanks Bill! This Jimmy John's, which is the closest to our house is about 20 minutes away, but usually I don't mind because we love the sandwiches. Tonight we ordered two wraps and two sandwiches, when I got there, they weren't ready and waited about 10 minutes which was OK and I was then handed a bag with four items in it, which I assumed was correct. When we got home, we realized the large sandwich. My son ordered was cut in half and we were missing a wrap. I tried calling the store multiple times with no answer, so drove the 20 minutes back and let them know we were missing a wrap. The girl behind the counter Was completely clueless but the other guy working the bread area said there was a wrap on the counter. No apologies, no let us give you chips or anything just handed me the wrap so basically 40 minutes extra for me to go back and forth. I really hope the manager will see this and do something nice for me, because this has really soured me big time on your location. Thanks. read more

One of the things I love most about JJ's is the birthday reward aka free sandwich for being a loyalty member. As a sandwich afficionado, this adds to one of the many reasons JJ's ranks in the top 3 in commercial sandwich shops for me. Not to mention the app is user friendly and convenient in so many ways. Well today I redeemed my birthday reward during my lunch break because I only had 30 minutes, so I placed the order on the app, customizing it with ease. When I arrived to pick up my sandwich, I found it was ready in less than 5 minutes after placing the order - wow, that's freaky fast! As I was completing the checkout, the cashier (I am assuming he was the manager or franchise owner), he stated that I had a balance due and I was confused. On checkout, it totaled $0.00 with customizations but he and the sandwich technician mentioned it was because I added cheese, which I did. To be honest, I was caught off guard because I did not bring my wallet, did not have cash and do not use digital wallets. When I attempted to explain why I should not owe any balance, without hesitation, the cashier/manager just handed me the sandwich and said "here you go buddy, enjoy" - wow, again! While it was only $1.50, not having cash on me was my fault but the app said no balance and he honored it, no questions, with a neutral attitude. Horrible customer service practices.. I was in line behind a group of 4 that ordered 7 sandwiches which is fine just waited patiently then who ever was preparing the sandwiches started making and preparing sandwiches for the people behind me in line... I understand trying to be efficient but finish for the people who's turn it is... mine was not a special order but the ones behind were so now I had to wait for the group infront of me AND the people behind me....
