It's just passed the Cafeteria entrance with a nice size sign that can be seen easily from that point. Hand sanitizer is located directly in the middle of the entrance. Masks are required to enter and all staff wear them as well plus the employees were wearing gloves. Market Place was a pleasant surprise as I entered and saw the cafeteria style hot and cold buffet pans. Unfortunately, the buffet closes at 2:00 p.m. and it was 4:00 p.m. but deli sandwiches, burgers and salads are available until 11:30 p.m. There's probably much more but I only saw a few customers orders. Joe, the owner, has a terrific personality and a fun guy and said he'd take good care of me when I came back downtowns. You cannot phone in orders but the line moved very quickly. A nice dining area is at the opposite end of the coolers with approximately 9 or 10 tables. You'll find a full coffee menu with a barista next to the check out counter. I picked up a hot Pumpkin Spice Latte along with a bottled Diet Coke. Along the side walls are chilled wall cases with many types of beverages, all types of snacks, salads, yogurts, fruit cups, cheese sticks, P3's and much more. A small breakfast island contains boxed cereals. So many options in this much needed and appreciated Cafe that stays open till 11:30 p.m. Patients' family and friends plus all the employees have a evening option to grab a meal, snack or beverage. Thanks Joe! I'll be back!!

Lately both of those options have resulted in horrible quality and quanity of food. We've received salads that are half portion and missing ingredients and the ingredients are often not fresh. We've came in to pick up food in evenings and some of them are actually running around, screaming and playing around. When approached about issues, they've acted annoyed, put out and even confused about why we want exactly what we ordered. Today, I had both of my children with me. They brought one child's kids meal out first, missing items and with only a 4th of a cookie. I've never had another location give anything less than a full cookie. Her potato also had like a pinch of the requested bacon. It was pitiful. When approached about wanting more bacon, the missing butter and sour cream, and a full cookie, the person in the kitchen became angry at the request. The plate was finally handed back with a little more bacon, another 4th of a cookie and still no butter and sour cream. By the time she got everything she'd ordered, her potato was cold. Second kids meal finally came out, the Uncrustable having been microwaved because they had forgot to take any from the freezer this shift. When she bit into it, it was hot and sprayed jelly all over her. She also only received a 4th of a cookie.
