Their sandwiches are always good. The syncing of email promotions and app doesn't work well. I talked to the afternoon store manager (Katlyn) about the discrepancy, and she was very helpful. This location has always treated me right. I occasionally will order a sandwich for delivery or will stop in & either way it's always fast & reliable. JJ has been my favorite sandwich chain for a while & that still rings true with this location. I always get a Vito with some extra stuff added & they've never gotten my order wrong or treated me unkindly. The delivery drivers are always friendly & willing to cooperate/listen to instructions about my difficult downtown apartment. The service has gone through rough patches but the past 5 months have been amazing. Everytime I order for delivery it's here within 15 minutes (unless it's a game day) and the ingredients are usually pretty fresh! I'm upset with the removal of Jimmy/Dijon mustard and the kickin ranch but I have replacements (sigh). The best sandwich (imo): #14 bootlegger with cheese, xtra turkey, no tomatoes (optional), e-z lettuce, xtra mayo, xxxxxtra oregano (dangerous levels but im a maniac), bread taken out, and add hot peppers with a side container of oregano. Now that's going to be a combo w/ Jal chips and a large sweet tea if not inshop which is a medium so you can refill. So this part is tricky, you want to get Dijon, now the squeeze bottle from the store isn't the same and is awful. You gotta order the Jar online (webstaurant is where i get mine), open up your sandwich, remove the cheese and turkey under that. Cover the Beef with dijon evenly and blacken both the meat with the side of oregano but the base incase it doesn't have any. Place the turkey on the beef and the cheese on the turkey; and FINALLY crush up as much the Jalapeno chips as you can (have fun with it) and put them to your hearts continent on top of the lettuce. Close it and eat from the open side in, drink your sweet tea, and enjoy! read more

I have ordered delivery from here numerous times and they only ever have one delivery driver. their slogan "freaky fast delivery" is absolutely false. i just ordered a delivery at 6:20 and it is 7:28 and have not gotten a notification that it is on the way. when i called they said that their only delivery driver locked their keys in the car. never ever order delivery from this place. this has happened to me 4 times in the past two months and it's ridiculous. the food might be good but not even worth it when they don't put their customers first. word of advice: never eat here. it's been now an hour and a half. no word from them. ridiculous read more

I went here for the first time today. I ordered the delicious-sounding #6 (the vegetarian), fully expecting the sandwich to live up to the menu's promises, especially as they related to supposed "chunks" of avocado. The food was up in about three-five minutes. I spent the waiting time munching on salt & vinegar chips and filling my 20-oz cup for some very refreshing Coca-Cola products. I got my sandwich to go and proceeded to walk a few blocks away so the beau and I could have lunch while he worked. The first bite was not promising: the bread wasn't stale, exactly--it just tasted of nothingness. It was reminiscent of the bread quality you'd get in a pre-prepared "deli" meal on a plane ride. Yes, that's it: I felt as if I was eating an airport sandwich. I munched onward, convinced I'd soon taste the aforementioned avocado chunks if I just got into the eating process a bit more. No such thing. Turns out the avocado was sort of a flavorless guacamole paste spread very thinly between the two slices of Provolone cheese. Yech. Hyper-shredded, light green (iceberg?) lettuce was overabundant and not to my liking, but the cucumber was crispy and fresh. Overall, it was just a mediocre sandwich--nothing to brag about. The service was good and quick. The store itself is very clean and sharp--impressive. Lots of the cutesy signs would be more charming were this place not a mass-marketed chain. read more

I really like the bread, and the sandwich itself is fine. Service fast. But when a customer wants the vinegar for their to-go sandwich on the side, you'll be met with, "I'm sorry we can't help you. I normally come here pretty often late at night for a good sandwich. I came in last night, got a dirt look from the worker as she shook her head at me shaming me, and watched us like a hawk as we ate our sandwiches and getting up to get water. Feeling uncomfortable, we finished our food and there was a box over the hole of the trashcan, so we moved it to throw our trash away and got screamed at for putting it in the TRASHCAN where it is supposed to go and not the cardboard box.
